Had an appointment for a pedicure at 11:00. At 11:40 another employee noticed that I hadn’t been helped. Finally someone came to my chair. Was not asked what kind of pedi I wanted. Never was offered a drink. Never asked about the kind of lotion I’d prefer. The placed was very busy but people who came after me were helped almost immediately. What good did making an appointment time if no one would be available. The girl that finally helped me was nice but after waiting 40 minutes my day was shot. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment for 2:00 pm Saturday. I was told the person had no appointments scheduled and was available. When I arrived the person I booked the appointment with was already working on someone else. She told me she was running behind schedule. I waited 20 minutes then left disappointed. If you want to be disappointed this is the place to go. Won’t be going back again.

The salon itself is nice and they got me in quickly. However I am very picky when it comes to my nail shape, I got my nails square this time which is usually the easiest shape and every nail is crooked. They all slant to the left dramatically. When I first noticed it I immediately told her and she said she wasn’t done yet..then proceeded to file it down more the wrong direction not straightening it out. I gave up trying to get her to correct them because it just kept getting worse. They are all bubbling and catching my hair already, it’s not even been a week yet. I had my toes done with gel also and they’re chipping as well. I usually don’t have to get my toes redone for at least two months before I see noticeable growth from the polish.

Update- I still continue to go to this salon every nail fill and pedicure. My old tech Ken is no longer there. I finally got word because nobody would tell me I just wanted an honest answer. Everybody kept saying “Oh, he’s on vacation. “ I now see Ty, And he is absolutely amazing. Make sure to book with him a week or two in advance. Super impressed with this salon! It’s right next to my house, super convenient, and amazing techs. Got a pedicure Monday by a wonderful lady (didn’t catch her name) And then my nails needed a fill two days later. Ive been going to the same nail tech for seven years now and I hate switching but decided to because this is so convenient for me. I showed him what I wanted, KEN delivered 👏🏼 I wanted a coffin shape, and since I get shorter nails sometimes it’s harder to get it correctly. I was also super comfortable and relaxed with him. Great conversation as well! Thanks Luxury Nails. I will forever recommend!

This was the absolute worst set of nails I have ever had done. They were thick and uneven but most importantly not to my cuticle. I had them done around 4:30! along with a pedicure. ( I had an appointment that was made at 9am the same morning.) The pedicure was good. I felt rushed the whole time and felt like I couldn’t speak up. Actually when I told the gentlemen doing my nails that I wanted the square more rounded he told me but you said square and now you want round, I said no- I want the SOFT square like I asked in the beginning. They completely forgot to put the pearls on even though I told him in the beginning of the set and in the middle reminded him. He ended up remembering after my pedicure and putting them on. The only reason the shape looks decent is because i immediately came and showed them myself it was terrible and def not a soft square even after asking for it. These photos are from just right now and I got home from the salon less than an hour ago. I called a friend of mine and showed her, she told me I needed a fill. It literally looks like 2 week old nails. Like I needed a fill yesterday. I’m really disappointed because I’m going on a trip in 2 days and don’t have time to get them fixed and these were for my trip. I would have gotten my nails done 2 weeks ago if I wanted them to look 2 weeks old. Honestly, if the owner sees this I want a refund for my full set. This is crazy that you guys let someone walk out with this nails like this. Not to mention he didn’t touch my cuticles. Not at all. Didn’t push them back didn’t nothing. Left them dry, crusty and everything. And still managed to cut me when he was filing! Seriously the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. At the end they offered me 10% off for no reason whatsoever. When I asked he said a courtesy? I’m pretty sure the guy knew how bad they were and still let me walk out like that. 👍🏻

Alicia was great! She did my pedicure and was a wonderful experience. It had been a while since I had a pedicure and had a lot of callus build up on my feet. She was very thorough and my feet feel very good!

Do not go here. They don’t sterilize their equipment. The guy who gave me a pedicure ripped my skin and cut the sides of my toenails in a way that opens them to fungus, infection, and ingrown toenails. I paid for a 10 min leg massage which ended up being weird rubbing and scratching…. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

I love Luxury nails, it is the only salon I will go to in SWFL. I’ve been to numerous salons that don’t compare to the great service, beautiful enviorment, and great staff. I’ve gotten the best designs on my nails i’ve ever gotten in my life! If you’re a design girly this is your place and honestly everyone does a great job here!

My fav nail salon in Naples. It's so beautiful! Often during busy season (Nov-april) you need an appointment. Book online! My fav nail techs are Heather and Dena! They will take good care of you! My most recent dip show in pics. They offer a variety of services including acrylics, sns dip, mani, pedi, gel, and tons of polish options. You also can have a glass of wine or a mamosa while there. Treat yourself!

These are the worst French tips I have ever gotten. When I told the man several times to please fix this or that he was short with me. They were also way too thick, my cuticles were left rough plus I had nail glue all over my fingers. I left so disappointed and had to go elsewhere to have them redone.

Been getting a pedicure there for about 1 year. I love the atmosphere. Even though I am a guy they make me feel at home. Teaken is my nail salon person. She is great. She is funny and does a phenomenal job.

Wound up with an ingrown toe nail the woman didnt cut my toe nails right had to get it removed and its very painful not to happy
