I regularly get my nails and eyebrows done here and have never had a poor experience. Several different technicians have performed the services over time, but Natalie did my nails on my most recent visit. Even though it was a detailed design that took up until the time they closed to finish (I was the last client in the salon), she did a phenomenonal job. I had a pretty vague idea of what I was wanting, and she helped to pick the colors and additions as well as took the time to ensure my nails looked perfect. Highly recommend! 🩷

Absolutely stunning! This was my first time at this salon and I was seated pretty fast and my tech was very attentive to what I asked for. She even made great suggestions to enhance the style I was going for and I am so glad I trusted her! It can be hard to find a salon that doesn’t apply the acrylic super thick, so if you like the thin and/or natural style of acrylics, this is your place! They also have a lot of unique design options to choose from for holiday/seasonal nails too! I really appreciate the dedication and attention to detail on this set because this design totally could have been rushed through and not look as good, but she made sure to take her time and get as close to my reference picture as possible! I understand a lot of people prioritize speed from nail techs, but you really can’t rush perfection! Especially with complicated designs! I had a very pleasant experience and she made sure that I felt comfortable to speak up if I wasn’t entirely vibing with what she was doing (I was happy the whole time so I didn’t need to complain about anything lol). I really cannot recommend this salon enough! I don’t leave reviews on google very often but I couldn’t wait to share how satisfied I am!

I took my daughter to get a full set. We came in last minute without an appointment, and they were able to take care of her. The service was professional and neat. Honestly, I've tried 2 other nail salons in Tulsa, and this was my best experience with the atmosphere, service, and professionalism. They offered drinks while there and very kind people. I would highly recommend it.

Don’t waste your time. They will agree and pretend to understand what you ask for, then mid-service pretend like they don’t understand what you’re saying. He refused to perform what I agreed to pay for mid-service. Terrible! I went in for a deluxe, no design, expecting to pay the website prices of $45. I got charged $80 for designs that I asked them to NOT do.

First time at this salon but I’ve been going to Natalie for the past 3 years wonderful nail tech she actually talks love her customer service even though I temporarily moved out of state I still get my nails done by her 14hr drive is always worth it she’s amazing if yall are as dramatic as I am and want to be unique she’s amazing at nail art and 3d it’s always an amazing experience

3rd time I have been here and they WONT do what you ask. They will act like they understand then tell you NO to what you WANT mid service after your time and MONEY is wasted. Natalie is talented but she DEMANDS shellac. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I don’t know why I keep coming here. It is so inconsistent. They mostly do a decent job and I like how I can always walk in. But this last time… I usually don’t mind when they do my nails and feet at the same time and I come here when I’m in a hurry because of this. But this time the nail girl made me sit all the way up which pushed my neck and shoulders forward. It was soooo uncomfortable and I am incredibly sore today. If I do go back I will not let them do that again. They were also chatting the whole time and the girl that did my feet wasn’t always paying attention to what she was doing because of that. She did a much better job on my right foot and was too distracted doing my left and it’s still rough.

Trash nail salon. Ask for cuticles not to be cut. Girl proceeds to cut them. Then when you say “ow ow ow!” Girl continues to be really rough. She was so obsessed with my cuticles that the polish she applied was super sloppy and uneven. Cuticles bled like I told her they would. Not the brightest. Awful experience. At least I got a water? I still gave a decent tip but unfortunately I won’t be back. Edit after store response: it said “Luxury Nails & Spa” above the door. Nice try though! You’re definitely the right location. Not owning up to your mistakes is pretty bad too.

Very sweet and attentive staff. Very nice and easy to talk to, tried everything to make sure we were comfortable and to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. We have been here about once a month since March, will Definitely be back!

Came here today for the first time in over a year because I was coming here all the time, but they were overcharging me or I was literally getting yelled at for walking through the door today I tried to come and get my nails done and he yells at me to come back an hour and 45 minutes later I remember why I do not come here now last time they burnt me she filed the side of my nails so much. It burned it and it was sore for about four days. I know people want pedicures but people want to get their nails done too, and I never leave Google reviews . You want customers you don’t want to lose them and I will never come back

They are always super busy no matter what time you go, but they normally havre lots of nail techs there and get you in and out pretty quickly. They are always super friendly and do a good job.

Very disappointed. I've been coming here for a while and it's always a mixed bag on what kind of service I'll get. Do not go on a weekend. It's so busy they'll rush you in and out. Went on a Saturday to get a color change on my gel polish. The girl was in such a hurry that she nicked me twice causing me to bleed quite a bit. Then at the end they were horrendously uneven and globby. I asked her to fix them and she moved me to another lady's station. This lady filed my natural nails down SO THIN, and I'm not entirely sure if that was on purpose or not. She ruined my nails and then only applied one coat of color and clear. so of course they chipped the next day. I went back to have them fixed and she told me it was the color I had chosen. I wanted a refund but she offered to fix them for a THIRD time. I agreed thinking it might help, but my nails are so thin from the second lady that they have continued to chip and I have solar burns from getting three treatments in 2 days. I don't think I'll be back. And yes this was the luxury nails salon in Tulsa hills by European wax
