This experience was okay. They did a good job on mine and my daughter’s pedicure. The service was not welcoming, or friendly. The only friendly person was Long. There is two specific ladies who have very snobby, stuck up attitudes. I only came here because my primary nail shop was closed due to the holiday. I will not be back. Had an appointment at 130 took until like 155 to get started because only 4 people working.

Love, love, love this nail shop. They have great customer service and the best nail techs in town. Their skills are unmatched and the prices are very affordable.

I absolutely LOVE this place. First of all, they DO NOT pop nails off. This is the last place in the IE that doesn’t pop off and actually cares about the health and quality of your nails. If you make an appointment they actually take you at your appointment time and take pride in their work and customer service. All of my IE girlies should definitely make your next nail appointment here 🩷

I went in after trying a new place and winding up with water mold on several nails. Tom was super gentle with me, gave me the perfect curve shape I wanted, and finished it off with an awesome chameleon type polish. I'm absolutely thrilled, my nails are perfect and Tom is a total blessing. Bonus: they play really nice mellow music too.

They are flexible with walk-ins and do a great job with acrylics and nail dips! These are my nails after one week. What i like the most is they take care of your Cuticles FIRST then do the whole acrylic and nail dip routine... other places do it in reverse and it drives me crazy!!! Like, why have that gap!? I go here everytime I need my nails done for 1 year now!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The lady answering phones and assisting when clients arrive should not be allowed to interact with the public or customers. My family has never experienced such rudeness. Appointments were made in advance for 4 family members, upon arrival the rude girl up front said only 3 were scheduled, so one person was not going to receive services... which was disappointing. When the lady finally said they would do a pedicure for the one who was waiting, my sister said no ill just sit here and wait. The lady proceeded to say in the rudest way, you might as well get them done since you'll just be sitting here anyway ... that's after saying they only had 3 appts scheduled and treating everyone so terrible. These appts were made to have a relaxing day before my nieces graduation...this lady's teatment of customers is awful...I reached out directly to the owner who said he would get back with me by the end of the day regarding this situation. Never heard back from him. Shame on him for allowing his staff to treat clients this way and for not at least calling back to make the situation right. Paid a good amount of money for the services that were rendered, but to be treated so poorly is unacceptable. Staff if definitely not welcoming WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN!

Every single time I've tried to walk in to get a pedicure they have no availability even though the door says walk-ins welcome. I've even tried to call ahead and they have no availability for walk-ins. It's false advertising to have walk-ins welcome pasted on your door but you don't have anybody available for to take a walk in. Especially on a slow Monday afternoon when there's only three people getting serviced.

I went to this nail salon because I was in a hurry. This is the second and the last time I went to this place. First of, they never have availability. I’m not sure if they’re short on staff or what’s the reason. They do have a very friendly attitude towards each other and the regular customers. The ladies who did my manicure and pedicure did not say a word to me. The lady who did the pedicure was very robot-like and almost rough with my pedicure. The regular manicure looks horrible. The surface of my nails are overly filed down. The color (unknown brand) and top coat is extremely thick. Literally, was not dry 3 hours later. I came home and redid my nails.

9/20/2020: It was terrific! We called this morning for a same day appt (Sunday morning) and were in/out in 1.5 hours with the full mani-pedi treatment. Linda and her staff are professional, prompt, and do a great job! 11/1/2020: My second experience was not quite as good as the first. The shop is clean, and Tai did a wonderful pedicure. And then Lena took the frustrations of her bad day out on my hands: she filed my nails crooked with sharp edges, until I asked her to fix them (and she did), and then she painted my nails and all over my cuticles as fast as she could and acted like she wanted me to be gone ASAP. I tried to make conversation, but she was not friendly, and she was in such a hurry that she beat the gel dryer by more than 10 seconds every time. I will not return to her. My cuticles are a mess.

Seriously hate this place. I've tried giving it multiple chances because other people would say it is good. Every chance I've given it I have regretted. For some reason they always rush on me (I had an appointment) and it really shows. They cut my nails so short this time, its been over a week and my fingers still hurt because of how short they are. I don't want to waste any more time even writing this review and thinking about this place in general, there is a bunch of things they have done to make me upset. No more chances. Maybe you'll go here and they'll actually give you good service like other people say, but maybe you shouldn't take the chance and should really just go somewhere else. Waste of my time and money.
