LUXURY SPA AND NAILS

Went in a few days before Christmas and won’t ever go back. They were not friendly and everything was so rushed, it wasn’t the relaxing experience I was hoping for. They didn’t do nail prep on my nails and they didn’t soak my feet in water/do nail prep either. The quality wasn’t great for the price either. It didn’t feel sanitary and clean.

Victoria absolutely killed it with my nails! She was so sweet and paid attention to detail, this is my first time ever getting exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy I found this place. Everyone is so nice! I will forever be coming here! The first picture is my nails and second picture is what I showed her. You guys have to come!! 🩷🩷🩷

From out of town. Looking for a place to get my daughters nails done for her birthday. And myself. Found this nail salon and they were absolutely amazing. Nice staff. Gentle. Friendly. Clean. Just all the above of A+ place! Would highly recommend anyone local or non local to choose this place. Thank you Luxury Spa and Nails for your great work and kindness

I got a ingrown taken out by a lady here and it became infected I have had so many problems with this toe since I will not be doing back pretty gross

Victoria did an amazing job! I was not an easy customer and She was patient, nice, friendly, and did an absolute stunning job! I can’t express how much I love my nails! Very hard to find a good nail person and I can say I have found my person! Thank you and I highly recommend! VIP pedicure was soothing as well! Thank you everyone!

I first want to say I believe their transparency of being short staffed. I called for an appointment and they said it wasnt needed. I arrived on a Saturday and they were very busy. Theyre not very friendly. They could certainly have used a few more hands for the amount of clients they were accepting. My nails were soaked and filed off. Filing was very rough. Lots of broken cuticles and bleeding. She was overwhelmed by working on two clients at the same time. She left glue on my pinky and I could barely bend it. I finally mentioned to the next tech who painted and designed my nails and some was removed. My pedicure was pretty rushed. I never really felt relaxed because either you were forgotten about or you had a rushed service. Tools were shared and their salon is not the cleanest. My gel french tips came off two days after i saw them. I wouldnt pay $160 there, again.

I was visiting from Texas and had a set of acrylic nails that were lifting and weren’t the best. I picked this place bc it looked clean and friendly. They so are. Idk if anyone ever looks at their nails in the light or on the side but I’m always disappointed when I see bumps but not here! These are so even and so pretty. When I come back to visit I’m going to head here without a doubt. It was a great experience and I liked their prices.

Made a 6:00 pm appointment and didn’t get seen until 7:00pm. When I asked how much the service would be they estimated it to be 65.00 for a re base when they charged me 55.00 for a brand new set and they were doing less than what they did the first time as far as product used color and shape. I won’t be back. Poor customer service and scamming prices.

Came for a simple pedi. Looked nice but they locked the door 45 minutes before close. They had their open sign on and people inside but I guess they stop taking clients well before they close. Call before you drive over if you live far.

One of the best nail places I’ve ever been to Nathan stayed 2hours after closing time in order to fix my birthday nails he even used his own money to put as my nail art which I thought was amazing I don’t know any other nail business that would use there own money to please any client in any situation without asking ,my experience was awesome I am forever gonna come get my nails done here so should you !!!!!!! My nails are slaying for my birthday 🥳 ✨✨✨✨✨ P.S prices are very cheap and reasonable they don’t charge you for every little thing u want like other nail salons
