I usually have had great experiences here with the owner who was Lee. Unfortunately, after getting an acrylic rebase yesterday + French tips ($53.$$), Talia was the worst nail technician I have ever experienced. While drilling and filing, she cut my cuticles multiple times and she did not even apologize. From every single nail being completely mis-shaped, every French tip being squiggly/not even/not painted fully, and none of the nail lengths being even, I will NEVER be returning. This is very unfortunate, but there are many nail salons that are more considerate to their costumers. Unfortunately, they have permanently lost mine and my family’s business.

I love this place! Lee is welcoming and accommodating with the schedules, Laura does my nails perfectly and Tina give excellent pedicures. I'm there every the weeks.

Amazing, outstanding, superb, excellent, fabulous, and fantastic! I come here when I’m having a bad day and the Luxury nails team Always makes me feel better! My nails always look great, the staff is always friendly, the prices are always fair, and I always feel very lucky to have found them! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me!

The person who did my nails cut my thumb nail so short that it needed an antibiotic so it would not get infected. She was not very good

I never get my nails done and this was a treat to myself before going on a trip. The person that did my pedicure barely spent any time on me and turned my chair massager off when I was trying to adjust it. The person that did my manicure was as nice as they could be but I left really disappointed (and $90 less). My gel was lumpy and streaky and I commented on this during the process and there was the offer to “take it off and be done” and “dip would be better for you”. It just kept getting worse. I would perhaps go somewhere else.

Got my eyebrows wax and they actually burned my skins. I have red scabs from where they waxed under my brow. My skin literally started to peel off and has been swollen and red.

Have been coming here for a year now at recommendation of a friend. The service is good quality which is why I keep coming back, however it’s VERY hard to get an appointment and staff are very rude when answering the phone — almost like it’s an inconvenience to them that you’re wanting an appointment! Almost every time I call I get told that my preferred date is “busy” and can I come on a different day, then when I really push for it magically (yet RELUCTANTLY) they can find a time on the preferred date. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for booking a mani on a day I want. They also aren’t open on Sundays which is a real bummer if you work the standard M-Fr. Plus I come to learn they are closed for almost the whole WEEK of Thanksgiving which I have never heard of a small business being closed for THAT long. One would think they’d want to make extra $$$ being open day after T-Day and that weekend! Their hours just do not make it convenient for their customers but it’s clear they don’t care about that. When I mentioned to the staff on the phone that it would be nice if they had more convenient hours they respond “well ma’am you gotta do what you gotta do and we’ll do what we gotta do.” Cool. You go do that then. And I’ll make my way to another salon that knows how to provide good customer service. Sorry but you guys aren’t the only nail salon in town! :-)

I had pedi and mani here a few times, so i went today for a pedi, mani with no polish...seems simple but right away, I got cut deeply under the nail on my toe ; I told her to just stop and forget the manicure...still i was CHARGED $32, ofcourse I did not tip. I asked for an owner or manager (ehhhh, suddenly no one around ?)and was told that getting cut happens and that's just how it is...horrible service and my toe is still bleeding and hurting an hr later. Rip off.

I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The man seemed rushed and was also rough on my hands and feet. He left lotion all over my hands and feet (didn’t finish rubbing it in). The “massage” was lackluster. I wanted French tips and when he was erasing the residue, he smudged the white tips and that’s what he dried. The bottoms of my feet are still callused because he spent MAYBE ten seconds trying to correct that. He jerked my feet and legs around like I was resisting or something. I am very displeased and I don’t recommend this spa.

This was a nice place. I just wish they had more nail polish colors and did more designs. UPDATE: so I went in for a fill and the gentleman that did my nails before I didn't care for the job that he did so as to get somebody else and by that time they told me that they were booked for the day so very disappointing
