Crystal really makes you feel very comfortable especially if it’s your first time ! I went to European wax and I hated it and it was my first time going the service was so quick and they don’t even try and connect with you at all but Crystal on the other hand really does her thing and make sure she get Everything that doesn’t belong ! I will definitely recommend her !!

DONT BOOK and really think twice if you have a GROUPON! I wish I had read the Google reviews closer and focused on the 1 Star reviews and the GROUPON customers, before interacting with this business . All this over me giving a kid a break and not having a police report for a fender bender to now having to ask Krystal to not text me any longer after she told me to “own my lies”. Ive now blocked her. This woman is unprofessional, suspicious and vindictive …. she is not a healer as most massage therapists are. She is in the wrong profession. The worst part of this and I’m stating this for the record , she has ALL of my personal info. Scary interaction. The only thing this business has going for it is Kaitlin.

Loved the professional Brazilian wax that I received from Crystal. Funny and TMI but my boyfriend even commented on it being perfect. The last spa place I went to missed areas and my boyfriend noticed which is so embarrassing to have patchy hair here and there. I don't plan on going to that other place. Crystal is my new favorite. She is nice and calming too. I am a shy person despite wanting this done and feel put together after a visit with her. Nice energy.

Eyebrows waxed too thin and too far apart a month before my wedding. I was in such shock i couldn’t even tell her i hated it and had to leave before i started crying. I think i even blacked out and said it was good just to get out of there. Also my lash extensions were so long and trashy with two hanging down in my eye. She also used tweezers to pull my eye lids apart that she had glued together. I spent an hour when i got home with Olive oil removing the lashes. 300 plus dollars wasted and i look worse than when i went in there. No way my eyebrows will grow back before my wedding next month. Avoid this place at all costs. I hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do but since this involves how you look and could be disastrous… i felt it was necessary. Others also encouraged i leave reviews to warn others. I guess it’s my fault that i didn’t read all the other negative reviews.

Crystal was AMAZING! I’m used to those quick in & out waxes, but when I tell you my experience was so relaxing, gentle, and thorough.. omg. She took her time, paid extra attention to detail and she just has a kind spirit. You will not be disappointed here.

I booked my appointment and tried calling the business numerous and times no answer… So then I emailed them and no answer…then the other night I just decided to go over there because on Google it said she was open… It was a miracle that I caught the owner leaving… And I told her that I was trying to call her and email so she gave me her personal number and I sent her a message, no reply, I called no answer. I then booked via Groupon and showed up today and she wasn’t even there. At this point I am just disgusted with the lack of professionalism and customer service this establishment has. I will not be returning.

I went to get a bikini wax through a Groupon. At first, it was hard to find the location with the GPS. I called and the aesthetician directed me to it. It is not on the hotel side, but on the other side. Look for the Health and Style Institute. Its located in that building. Went once and the massage was ok. The a/c was broken. Rebooked a second appointment at a reasonable price. For my second appointment, I called more than 24 hours in advance to cancel but no one picked up the phone. I called again, and no answer so I left a message to be called back to reschedule. I find out the next day that my card was charged the FULL amount of the massage. When I tried to handle it with the owner, she fully refused to refund me any of the money she took from me. There are way better places to go in Greensboro to get a massage that will not steal from you.

For some reason I can not add pictures but if I could it will tell you to run! Horrific experience! I did fibroblasting. First she numbed me in the waiting area which is unprofessional in my opinion. Concerns regarding infection control. The pain was excruciating. I was black and blue when I left there with major swelling. She stated that she does this procedure on herself without numbing cream which actually consulting other practices is very unlikely. I did procedure in April 2021 and still have indentation from the fibroblast needles in my skin. My skin is totally messed up. As a practice she should have called me the next day to follow up how I was doing but she didn’t. If she did I would have probably never left this negative review. I did this so hopefully she would learn and be more caring. I know there are always risks involved with any procedure snd we sign waivers but again a follow up appointment would have been nice! I still have nightmares. I paid $1000 for this procedure. I waited a couple of months to see my skin would recover before leaving this message.

Great service, welcoming staff, and so relaxing. Came with my sis to do a massage, facial, and henna brows and stayed to enjoy excellent company! Would highly recommend Kady, Alex, and Krystal, all excellent technicians. Looking forward to coming back.

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten and I’ve had a lot! Carley was great! Place was very clean and relaxing! I wish I had gotten the 90 minutes instead of an hour, another 30 mins would have been everything but I’m definitely going back!

I had a 90 min massage booked to start at 3pm. I got there 5 mins before then but the door was locked, which is ok bc I knew she was finishing up with the previous client and she had said it would be locked. She opens the door at 3 and I have to fill out an intake form, go for a quick bathroom stop, normal chit chat, then undress and wait for it to get started. By the time the massage actually gets underway it's 3:20pm. It ended right at 4:30pm. So I paid for 90 mins and only got 70 mins. I understand they have a schedule to keep but it's just bad business to not give your clients the full mins they paid for. If I'd known it was going to be like this I'd have rushed through all the stuff up front and told her to get started asap, BUT that's not very relaxing now is it? If I'd shown up late ok, but I couldn't even go inside the building early if I had wanted to. The minutes stated for a massage should be the same amount of minutes you're getting the actual massage. Don't book clients back to back so close, build in more time for the stuff up front and at the end and (assuming they show up on time) give them the full mins they paid for you to work on their body. Otherwise people just feel cheated and won't return.

I really hate to do this bc I believe in giving everyone 2nd/3rd chances and supporting businesses, but I’ve seriously had it w this place. I have a Groupon for this establishment. I’ve been trying to get in contact w them for OVER 2 WEEKS to redeem this Groupon. No one and I mean absolutely no one answers the phone. I left countless voicemails so someone could eventually get to me. I live an hour away so driving was very tedious for me. BUT I DID IT ANYWAY. Drove to this establishment TWICE and on both occasions, doors were closed … during supposed business hours. At this point, I wish I could get a refund for the Groupon purchased but it’s too late for that. I don’t understand all this. Very frustrating and annoying.

I recently returned to Luxury of Greensboro for a 60 minute massage with Carly. She was absolutly amazing! She was super nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She answered any questions I had and did a great job writing my focus areas. I also met the owner who was also very nice and made sure I was taken care of. I went ahead and booked a 90 minute massage with Carly for next week which I am looking forward to!!

I was looking for a private owned esthetician and came across Luxury of Greensboro on Groupon. Crystal was thorough and address all of my problem area needs. She was informative and suggested services for better results. Usually when I try a new place I am overwhelmed by sales strategies but did not feel this way at Luxury of Greensboro. I would also like to highlight the much needed neck massage provided with the 60 minute dermalogica facial. Would definitely recommend trying this place out. Crystal exceeding my expectations and will be back to try other services.

I would have been a new client but unfortunately I had car trouble and was unable to make it. I called and I could have easily rescheduled but the only option they gave me was to come the next day or not at all. All while still being charged full price. I understand a cancellation fee bc of your time but full price over a circumstance that I could not prevent and a new client. I guess I’m just shocked at the situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a package on Groupon. No one ever answers the phone. Ended up booking an appointment online, I was called less than 2hrs prior to appointment and it was canceled b/c heat didn’t work. I was told they would call be back to reschedule. Never got a call back. I called them a week later to reschedule, no answer. Booked an appointment online again. Arrived at the place and door was locked.

My masseuse was Carley. I schedule an appointment last week but Siri shots me to reschedule. I rebooked it for today and all I can say it was so worth the wait. I felt like a warm noodle afterward. I had the 60 minute massage with the hot stones and back brushing. It was purchased as a gift for me through Groupon. The location is on South Holden next to a vape shop. It seems out of place but I’m glad it’s easy to access.

So my husband booked a message for me in January ! And a facial. I was told by staff when I called to make a appointment that only the owner does the facials . (Which is fine ) and that I had to wait for her to reach out to me do give me a time and date . I revived a message to my phone with the time and date when I came to my appointment I was told that it was a “no call no show “ the host was extremely rude and nasty to and told me “we won’t be taking you at all “ and that’s exactly what happened ! My husband brought a Groupon for a message and facial for me in December I have been calling the number on the website site none stop and no one has gotten back to me since January ! Look at the reviews on group I am not the only one that this company basically stole $100 from my family! I’ve left over 50 voicemails and no answer

This was my 1st visit here for any service. I waxed for the 1st time. Crystal was ready to talk to and talked me through what to expect. She helped me relax and not react which could have made this experience unpleasant lol. While I had a lot of anxiety before, during and after and thought I wouldn't do this again I have to say I made a 2nd appointment 😅. I would recommend this place. It's clean and cozy.
