I have found my go-to stylist. From my initial hair assessment to now, my third visit has been nothing but phenomenal. Marcia talked me through all my options during the initial assessment of my hair...of which I didn't need because I was getting the sew-in, but I'm glad I did since I was able to see the hair products. You do have to use Luxury Tress hair, but it is good quality hair. Today, I finished my 2 month refresh. The results look like the first day I received my initial sew-in service! The braids are not tight and Marcia checks periodically to ensure the install isn't pulling. I say without hesitation, I will continue to be a customer. Thank you for your professionalism and great service.

Update: I never updated after the 1st time, but clearly I was happy with her work because 4yrs later, I went back and got extensions again. Marcia is great, professional, fast with her work without skimping on quality, and I feel is fair with her pricing. My hair looks fabulous and I would 10 out of 10 recommend! After reading the reviews for this salon online and researching others in the area, I decided to book a consultation with Marcia. Walking into the salon, the place was very nice and clean, and everybody, employees and customers, were nice and friendly. I told her I knew nothing about sew in extensions as I've never had them and she pretty much walked me through on what would be best for my hair. Marcia answered all my questions and by the end of our consultation I decided I was definitely going to book an appointment with her! I am super excited and will update this review with my results!

I have never been more pleased than I am with the services I received. My extentions are absolutely beautiful. I finally have what I have been wanting for so very long. Marcia and her staff are true examples of professionalism. They made sure that I was comfortable and again showed patience and guidance. The products that were used on my hair were amazing. I love Marcia Cross! She is amazing. I went to Luxury Tress Salon with a damaged hair with the intention of cutting it all off. But not only she did not cut my hair but she also provided me with the ‘tolls’ to repair the damage. Out of all the hair stylists I have been to, she is the only one who said ‘ No we are not chopping your hair. We are going to save it.’ So thank you Marcia.

I tried this salon out for the first time yesterday and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was so nice and friendly, the salon is absolutely stunning and my salon experience with Pink was top notch. I got my natural hair straightened and I've never seen it look this good. Pink did an awesome job. I will be back and telling everyone I know about Luxury Trees!

Marcia ( The Oprah of Hair) is a miracle worker. I was nervous about the sew in. Afraid that it wouldn’t look natural. But to my surprise it does and I love it. She is truly gifted.

Met with Ms Cross for free consultation before service and was thoroughly pleased with the great customer service she provided. She paid attention to my requests and gave her assessment on the best solution for my hair. I have had alopecia for a decade or more and Luxury Tress specializes in the helping people with the disorder. I got a sew in and am so pleased and amazed.

Pink did a wonderful job helping me bring my balayage dreams to life! My hair feels healthy despite the color processing and the balayage looks seamless. She really took time to make sure my hair was moisturized and conditioned at every step.

This place was great. Everyone was so nice and greeted me when I walked in. My stylist was Pink and she was just great. She gave me the exact color I wanted and charged a fair price. I had a ton of questions and she answered all of them. The salon itself was super clean and so cute. I would recommend this place to anyone. These ladies are talented and are great with any kind of hair. I also was able to get an appointment super fast.

Updated. I was not able to get my hair done at this salon. I showed up for my appointment and was sent to another salon because the stylist (the owner) does not specialize in natural hair or the silk wrap, I can't remember which one (Their appointment system needs to be updated because the original person I had the appointment with wasn't there). The place I was recommended I will not name. I got my hair done there and was not satisfied. I don't plan on going back.
