I was so nervous booking an appointment, bc in past at different salon, I was not welcomed. Montese( I hope I spelled correctly!) and Jen were both friendly and welcoming! I appreciated the fact that they asked for pictures and explained how that style would be done for my hair type. I also liked that Montese gave me a really good wash and scalp massage! To me, that’s important. Jen did my hair and did EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I absolutely love my braids.. I know to them, it was probably very simple, but to me having my hair styled instead of a messy bun means everything!!!! Definitely will be going back and would recommend to anyone!!!

I was approached by the owner while shopping. I decided to check out the building. I booked an appointment for a wash and loc retwist. The staff and service were pleasant. I was satisfied with my hair. However, I had a reaction to some of the products used (I have a dry/sensitive scalp). After contacting the salon, they explained what products they used and how they should’ve used a different product since I have locs. They were completely emphatic and understanding and wanted to rectify the situation. They were able to reschedule me immediately (they offered free of charge). The experience was pleasant once again. I left the salon happy once again with my loc retwist (I did bring my own products because of my scalp sensitivity). Thank you to the amazing staff for their services!

Had another great experience today. I absolutely love my hair. I tried a different style this time and was not disappointed. My braided Pierrette was very nice and efficient and did a beautiful job. Moteez the owner is always helpful with consultations and open dialogue making sure that what you want is understood. The atmosphere was relaxing and did I mention.. I love my hair!!!!!!

I had the best experience at this shop! They are professionals and manage my time with respect. The ambiance was perfect! The music was relaxing and the service was 100 percent amazing. My hair texture was handled well and the care for each strand was great! I’ll be going back again and again!

I recently visited a luxury braiding bar in Pheonix AZ I’m from Washington, DC, with my best friend, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! My friend opted for lemonade braids, and they turned out absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the craftsmanship top-notch, but the service was also exemplary. The shop's environment was very professional and impeccably clean, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and valued throughout our visit. I'm genuinely impressed by the high standard of service and the quality of the work done. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional braiding in a luxurious setting. If I could, I would definitely give more than just 5 stars
