Hi, I had gotten my nails done the night of New Year's Eve. And I'm definitely not going back. My fingers are irritating and are itchy. My nails are all different sizes. I tried telling the guy to fix them but he just kept saying "Oh they look fine" or "you should've came in earlier". I'm definitely going to get my fricken $100 back. This is ridiculous. I have never had my nails done that bad. Sorry for the harsh review I'm just annoyedddd!!!! Update: I went and got my nails fixed and they look a lot better!! I'm glad I gave you guys a second chance! If I could add the newest nail pictured I would!! Thank you guys so much!!

Very disappointed & frustrated with the cost plus the quality of acrylics we got. Won’t be going back. At first it was that I waited 1 day too late and I would be charged to fix them but then he said it wouldn’t cost me. But how can I believe you after what happened!? Not to mention to quality was below the $75 plus per acrylics for myself and my daughter. They’re not exactly what we were looking for which fine, it can’t be exact but then by the 2nd day my nails were already getting stuck in my hair with my nails lifting. And my daughter lost 2 nails as well by the second week. I work from home & did nothing extreme, so it didn’t make sense to either of us. It was high hopes that the place who serves margaritas would be our permanent nail salon, but an even bigger let down when they ripped me off & then lied about what we agreed to. Especially dropping an insane amount of $$$ nearly $400 that they don’t disclose to you along the way. Then stuff you with the bill. It’s not right. They ask you & that’s it. No mention of price. And no, they wouldn’t refund me either.

Have been getting my nails done here for 2 years getting subpar manicures. Didn’t mind it too much since that’s what nail salons are now a days but this time I got my wedding nails done there on Wednesday the 18th and my entire nail broke off the MORNING OF MY OUT OF STATE WEDDING on 9/21. Ive never had a manicure only last 3 days… Thank goodness for my friends who brought glue to make shift fix it. Extremely disappointing considering I’ve given this salon not only chance after chance but my business as well. No more after this incident.

Edited to say, they called me and asked me to come back in so they could fix them. They were very nice about it and did much better 😁 Thank you! I don’t usually leave a review but… $108 for pedi and short dip nails just for them to look like this.. none of the toe nails are fully painted. The lady was nice and made conversation while doing the pedi and the place is beautiful but extremely disappointed in how they turned out 😭

Huge , beautiful & clean place ! I walked in and they took me right away. Hannah is so nice and wants to please you. Got a French Ombré manicure for $55.

Excellent service, the girl who did my pedicure was super friendly and the manager or owner offered me a drink I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for my service. Excellent place to relax

I was so impressed after my very first visit to get a pedicure that I came back 2 days later and bought a gift certificate for a friend.

I like this place and I love that you can walk in. Only been here twice, last year and this year. Love my shiny nails. And the foot massage was amazing. Wish you would’ve offered me a complimentary drink! But I get it I’m 23 I look young haha. I will definitely be returning.

Drinks are offered when you arrive and sit down with a mail technician. The salon is super cute and well put together. They even have an area for little girls to get pedicures.

They ALWAYS stare at me oddly. And when I ask them "WHY" are you looking at me like that?!!! They reply with Where Do you live?.. Like why?!!! LOL! They talk bad about you and think No one knows what they're saying. They're Expensively Over Priced, and do Alright work. Last service, I got a manicure with No hand washing and a Pedicure without any Lotion.

Was very disappointment in my nails they felt very rushed and if you don’t ask for a clean file or buffer they will just use the same ones on everyone.. didn’t feel very sanitary. My nails look rushed and sloppy my shape is very crooked.. overall not impressed and this is them being “fixed” from them after stating I wasn’t happy about them. Update 3 days later and now they are all chipping.

I will keep editing my responses. Your replies to everyone with a concern is a snarky belittling comment. You can't keep trying to cover up bad service by getting smart & being unprofessional it will never help your business yall need to learn to take accountability for once! Sunday right before Christmas was my last straw with Kelly! I was early for our appointment I was her first appointment and she was over 30 mins late, her co workers were looking at me whispering where is Kelly in their language while glancing at me every now and then. Finally, Kelly shows up. Barely apologizes doesn't offer me a drink per usual, barely looks at the nail design I wanted. She seemed off and not in the best spirit when she arrived. BUT one thing she didn't miss was to ask if my hair was real and get up and look at my scalp and said you did it well today.... Excuse me backhanded compliments will NEVER be a true compliment! She began looking at my nails. One of my nails cracked down to the nail bed so I showed her. I told her to be careful she starts lifting up my cracked nail until I yelped out in pain! No sorry. Just, "Oh I thought that was fake nail." Mind you 4 days before this appointment I came into get the acrylic soaked off my nails. So she knew I had no more overlay on as she made sure the tech who soaked my nails earlier in the week was careful with my nails because I get arcylic overlay over my natural length. She then starts rush painting my nails not trying to get my design at all. Like I had clearly stated after two years the service declined GREATLY. and i was tired of the racial jabs from KELLY every visit. I made many of my nail designs SUPER simple because Kelly always told me what she couldn't do. So if getting 2 different colors and a sparkly nail is super crazy of a style then sadly yall really need to step your talent and skills up. I'm use to actual art being painted on my nails not only with different nail colors but gems and jewelry. No matter how simple my design i tipped her $15-$20 every visit. And a $50 tip for my bday nails because she did them as i asked. 👏👏 Kelly was always shocked and wanted to give some of her tip back I never would let her i always told her that is for you dear. So don't make it out as if I'm not a decent human. But when you pay more attention to my hair which is not what you're paid for and I come to you to get my NAILS done how I want them!! I expect nothing less than what i want. No matter how simple or complicated the design ILL ALWAYS HAVE THE TOTAL SERVICE FEE PLUS THE 32-35% TIP WITHOUT FAIL. I want my nails done right and you need to pay attention to the design as that's what you're getting paid for. Bottom line my last appt was HORRIBLE. Kelly was OVER 30 mins late, unacommodating, saying racial comments (when someone likes your hair they will say it and i know Kelly can say it,if she wanted to compliment me she would have but she DIDNT! She wanted to make sure my hair was real & disrespetfully kept asking like i was lying!) You can't spin that for her but sure be my guest to try and spin it again!! I definitely found a new place and been referring people there. They could tell I had been hurt by my last nail tech due to me watching super closely, being tense and stiff. They took time to calm and reassure me that they would not hurt me and they didn't lie at all. My nails were beautifully done with no pain and they listened to my concerns about my nails. The attention to detail on MY NAILS was refreshing. Seeing them take out new tools to use on me was nice especially compared to how Luxury nails reuses the same tools on everyone. Only clean their tools off with alcohol between each client. I have been there for morning, afternoon, & I've been the last client. I've NEVER seen any tool of theirs properly deep cleaned. They clean off their station, sweep, and wipe all tools down with alcohol and put them up. I guess the illusion of being so upscale is suppose to distract from yall cutting corners. Reply again but this time use professionalism & true facts.

Please see my update for 1/21/2024 (Especially people of color) 12/13/2023: I wrote a good review of this nail salon when I came here for the first time a few weeks back, but unfortunately, I had to delete it. I am a Nurse San Diego, California. My husband and I moved to Parkville, MO, for a travel contract and for school. I came into this nail salon tonight with a friend of mine. My friend told me that they served alcohol and that I did not have to bring my ID because they did not ask for an ID. Well, me and my friend had a seat, and apparently, the same lady who did her feet last time(The one who never asked for her ID ) was doing her feet again. Me and my friend began talking, and I asked the lady if they had wine. She said "yes, but are you over 21?" My friend and I looked at each other strangely because we did not understand that if she had never asked her last time, why was she asking me?, this is the SAME lady. Then I paused and showed her my ID on my phone. Thank God I had it on my phone. I told the lady, "My friend said you did not ask for her ID last time, so I did not bring mine." She said," Oh well, it's because you look young." I have never been told that by anyone. I am an adult. To me, It felt like I had to explain and extend myself because I was not white like every other person in that nail shop. My friend is white as well, which explains why she never was supposedly "mistaken" as a minor lol. When she was done with my toes, I still tipped 10$ because I appreciated her service. I always tip no matter what, but unfortunately, I will take my services elsewhere. Thank you. It sucks because I live in the area and really liked this place, but people really do need to understand that profiling is not okay and that what you do for one, you need to do for all. Thanks! Update 1/21/24: The company's original response stated that I should call their number to work things out. They edited their statement to imply that I am 23 and should not have been offended. Sorry but It does not work that way, lol. Not at all. If you took the time to consider how you make others feel instead of grasping at straws to try to save yourself, you might actually make people of color feel more comfortable in your environment. My point still stands. All you did was card me. Big deal thats not the problem. I'm not complaining that you checked my ID at all actually. I look young so it’s understandable. It’s all about the motivation, behind it. And the fact that you guys edited the comment to try and make it seem like I'm just upset I got carded proves my point that you guys are exactly what I am describing because any normal human being with common sense can read this and clearly see that I am not upset at what you did, I was upset about how it was done. That's very clear to see but instead you edit your comment to bring up something that has nothing to do with the situation to attempt to shift the focus off of your bogus and shady ways. Tragic. My friend stated “That's weird they carded you, they never carded me, not even on my first day”. So that fact that you guys are lying about knowing her age is immature and unprofessional. And I didn't even mention that in my original comment because I wanted to stick to the point. But since we are here lets put it out there. She also mentioned that she never mentioned her age to any of you. Regardless of my age(which is none of your business as long as I am over 21), I am still over 21, and you carded me and did not card my white friend, who is younger than me. That's the point. It's called fair and equal treatment. If you guys were sincere, you would not have edited the comment to imply that I shouldn't be offended. People of color, be careful, please. I moved my star from 2 to 1 for the unfair treatment and now the unprofessional remarks. And if I hear anything else, I will edit this review every time. Thanks.

They were amazing!! The guy that did my nails was awesome! He took his time to make sure they were absolutely perfect! I'm definitely coming back.
