I would give a zero star rating if Google would allow me. In addition to wasting $555 (plus tip), I also wasted my time (3-4 hours). I spoke with Jessie over the phone prior to making my appointment and told her about my previous experiences with microblading. She reassured me that her technique would allow for the ink to stick or she would reimburse me if it didn't. I was thrilled with her confidence. I was pleased with the outcome when the microblading and microshading was complete. The form and color complemented my natural hair growth well. I meticulously followed the care instructions she provided. According to Jessie, the eyebrows will gradually lighten and then darken. I gave myself two months to heal before attempting to get in touch with her. I've made an effort to contact her by phone, text, and Instagram. None of my calls or messages have been returned. It is as if nothing has been done to my eyebrows. All the ink was gone after two months. If you are seeing this, Jessie, do the right thing. Edit**** to respond. I find it hilarious that you are complimenting my eyebrow make up. I have had microblading done several times, I am not new to this. It would make sense to get a touch up if I had even the slightest pigment on my brows from you...but I literally have NOTHING. (And thankfully I've been documenting the healing stages and the after). It is as if you never even touched my face. So i don't think your recommended "touch up" would have helped. Your pigment didn't hold the first time, and you think you could get it right the second time? You saw my skin, you saw my face and still said I was a good candidate. I do not have oily skin or any health problems. These are all things we discussed when you promised a refund if the microblading didn't work. Your personal problems have nothing to do with me. I am only concerned about the service I paid you for. I don't trust you at all with my eyebrows. Especially after lying to me. Promising me a full refund if the pigment didn't stick. You are a deceiver. You provided a service and it did not work. A decent person would have stuck true to their word... but you have shown who you are. I called the number listed on google and I have also called and texted your personal number .

Phenomenal skills. My brows were almost nonexistent, and now they look so natural, and I feel so confident. Jessie is so on point and understands exactly what you want. She nailed my natural color. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Professional. I cannot recommend Luxx Beauty & Brow enough! Go here and send everyone you know.

I really want to leave a good review because my first impression and first visit was a pleasant experience and I loved my brow. After a few weeks the ink started to fade. I went for the retouch appointment and Jess added more ink and made a promise that if I experienced the fading after a specific period of time I should message her directly and she will schedule me in for a free touch up. The ink faded again pretty quickly, I texted and sent her pics of how the brow looked. It’s been 5 months since my messages. No response from her. I am very disappointed

Very happy with brow touch up! I needed a color adjustment and boost since I went from blonde to redhead. Jessie did an amazing job correcting color. I plan to go back in a few weeks for eyeliner touch up as well. She does great work.

Great experience for a first timer! I was nervous going into it that they would look unnatural but the microblading was so amazing that they look like my actual eyebrows. Jess made the process fast and easy. She explained the procedure well and was able to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Jess and her entire team at Luxx Brow & Beauty Bar are nothing short of amazing. After researching for over 2 years, I finally decided to take the plunge and get microbladed. Jess took the time to explain brow design, and how your face shapes your brows. Jess also took the time to explain the entire process. Once we started the microblading, Jess made sure to check in to make sure the pain was minimal and that I was comfortable. Afterwards, she explained (in detail) how to care for my new brows to ensure the best healing, how to achieve minimal scabbing & how to maintain the brows for the longevity of my investment! If you have been thinking about microblading or microshading, do not go anywhere other than straight to Jess!!! Updated! I have now been with Jess for over 4 years now and I would not trust my face to anyone else! She is patient and provided all of the information to keep my face looking amazing! Thanks, Jess!!

Jess is it PERIOD!! Anyone that says differently is LYING! My first appointment was the beginning of February when I arrived she walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. We chatted like two old friends. When I left she gave me everything I needed to heal and explained the healing process and that everyone is different. She let me know I could call her for any questions or concerns. At my 4 week mark my brows look amazing 😻 but I wanted to go to my touch up to make sure all was well. Just finished my touch up and my brows are more CRISP and DEFINED !! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 If you’re on the fence get off and make an appointment!! THANKS JESS!! 💜💜

This lady was the most unprofessional business person I’ve ever met in my life. When I went to book online, her scheduling didnt even accept her own gift certificate that she made. She the TEXTED me the day of my appointment ten minutes before I was supposed to ve there to tell me she’d be 45 minutes late. Then once I arrived she made my mother and I wait outside for 45 minutes. My fiancé paid on a debit card, I asked her to refund my money using the same method and she sent me a cash app instead. She was completely unapologetic about the entire situation. She used terms that were discriminatory in my opinion, don’t waste your time with this lady. She won’t be in business long. The microblading eveybrpws I saw in person were crooked and she was using interesting equipment to do it with. Absolutely disgusting treatment of her black customer. I got weird hostile vibes. Girl, I did not read one word of that long lie you just put up there. Anyone who is interested? I have text messages to prove that she canceled on me at the last minute. Quickly asked to refund my money. My appointment was at 10 and she canceled and told me that she was still working on a client. And definitely have the whole recording on my phone which I did say I would post online to show your unprofessional beginner but…You clearly can do that on your own.

Thrilled with the results! I’ve had microblading done years ago. I can say Jess at LUXX did a far superior job than what I had before. It’s exactly what I wanted. The facility is clean and private. And Jess is knowledgeable and informative both pre appointment and during. Thank you thank you! My makeup routine will take me half as long now that my brows look beautiful. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is magical. I got my eyebrows micro bladed just 2 months before my wedding. I was hesitant that it will look ugly or needs more work, but Jess did such a great job and made my brows the best. My brows never looked this good! She’s the best

Jess was amazing. I had over plucked my brows in the 90s and they never grew back. Jess did an amazing job creating a full and natural looking brow that helped frame my face properly. With her care instructions and products I had minimal flaking and no issues. I’m looking forward to my touch up session!

Update: 9 months later and Im still happy with my brows! After a misunderstanding during the touch up appointment (the second appointment to make sure everything is perfect, after the initial microblading is healed), I posted my concerns and Jess reached out immediately to clear the air and reconnect. She was so sweet and not defensive, a true business professional. Looking forward to seeing her again for my annual refresh! Original Review: Being blonde and fair skinned, I was scared to jump into the "permanent" nature of microblading, but I found Jess to be super informed, professional, and comforting. I entered the process ready to go, and I am SO GLAD I DID! It looks natural, but my face is more balanced and my brows are fuller without looking overly bushy like the current trend. Definitely worth the $$!

Very comfortable surroundings, a technician who makes you feel like a friend who has a wonderful artistic touch. Realistic and beautiful brows. Recovery experience the best. I’ve been elsewhere before and will only come here in the future. Professional and lovely.
