Visited this past Sunday for the first time to get pedicures with my sister & as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the guy at the front desk that was very helpful & helped us pick out which pedicure to get. The lady that did my pedicure was named Yen & she took great care of me! I didn’t catch the name of my sisters manicurist but she did a great job as well! Also we arrived 40minutes before they closed not knowing how long the pedicures would take and they went on for about 25mins after they closed & they still took their time til we were finished without rushing which we really appreciated!☺️ this is one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon so we will definitely be coming back☺️☺️

Tina did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. She gives firm and thorough massages on both services and does a very neat job always paying attention to detail.

Worst gel manicure I have ever had. I know when I’ve been rough on my nails, but this is not the case. Polished started chipping the next day and these pictures were 4 days later.

I've been going to Luxe nails for a couple years now. I've only seen Alice and I only want to see Alice. I tell her that she is the "boss of my nails." I've never left unhappy and plan to continue seeing her as long as she is there.

Kate is THE best nail tech I have ever had! She is so personable and will keep a conversation going. Anything you want done she will make it happen without hesitation!! She is friendly, loving and makes sure that you are well taken care of. And Ki who works the front is so funny and will make sure you are satisfied during your whole service. Overall great customer service, friendly and comfortable environment. If you need your nails done ask for Kate and Ki will make sure you are not disappointed <3

I absolutely love this salon! I believe it’s all about getting the right technician! I always request Tammy for manicure’s and Grace for pedicure’s. They are amazing! They are both so kind, professional and always take their time to ensure I’m completely satisfied! Love these ladies and would recommend them all day, any day, everyday!

I admit it, I cheated on my regular nail salon to check this place out today...but I'm so glad I did and think that this will be my new spot! I came here after continued bad experiences at my last place and just wanting to get what I ask for. I wasn't asking for anything crazy, just a gel manicure and pedicure with a solid color. Simple in and out. I love that they listened to what I wanted and did such a great job! They were so friendly, helpful, and got me in and out really quickly. Not to mention, it wasn't at all painful - which is something I had come to expect when they would mess with my cuticles at the old place so I'm super glad this is different here! Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thanks Luxx Nail Salon! Little Edit: I've been back since and wanted to give a small update on what I've noticed - all good things don't worry! One thing I love about this place is that they use brand new, disposable files, foot scrubs, separators, etc. for when they are doing your pedicures. This made things feel especially clean for me. They were also pretty busy right before the holiday but got me right in and out with no problem and, again, were super friendly with no issues. I'm moving a little further up north to Saginaw in a few weeks, but at this point, I'll probably keep driving back down to keep seeing them because of how much I've enjoyed this place!

Kate has amazing customer service. For me it’s important to have interaction with us customers and she does that very well. I’m a massage therapist and unfortunately can’t have long nails but Kate can execute her nail art perfectly on my little nails. Thank you Kate for your hard work! Will be back soon! Stella knew the assignment and did an amazing job. I'm very satisfied. The customer service there was top notch. I just moved to town and now I can say 10000% I found my new nail shop. Oh forgot to mention Grace did my feet and boy was that a job that she did an amazing job as well
