So, I was in the area and needed a fill. It was the closest place and the reviews seemed good enough for me to chance it. When I got there, I didn’t have to wait long because someone was finished when I got there. The nail tech was pleasant and polite. She did my fill in record time. The polish was done nicely. My ONLY concern was that if I didn’t mention washing my hands, she wouldn’t have allowed it. She went ahead and still oiled my cuticles with all the dust on my hands 😩😩. She said she would reapply the oil after the wash, that wasn’t done. She was kind enough to give me some lotion though. Of all my years of getting my nails done, did I get a polish with my hand all dusty. Not sure if that’s a new thing. Idk. Apart from the powdery hand finish, everything else was good.

Started out going to LV Nails about a year ago and was happy with their work until a new hire cut my cuticles back way too far in April 2024. I left LV nails, but I contacted the manager immediately after to let him know. He listened and resolved to do my nails at no charge. Because of the bad experience, I did not return there or to any other nail shop until September. Thinking nothing of the time lapse, I was given a hard time about not returning sooner so the manager could honor his word in regard to doing my nails for free. Understood, but after going back and forth, I just decided to forego using them ever again. I will add that the tech who messed up my cuticles is no longer there. (Sarcastically saying - wonder why)

The nails look fine, service took longer than expected. Nails went in very healthy and came out very weak and flimsy from sitting in acetone for almost half an hr. Also very unorganized and messy.

I’m excited about LV NAIL SALON!!! After having damaged nails over the years I was very skeptical about getting them done again, but after speaking with one of the techs I was impressed by how understanding and caring she was so I decided to try them and I love the service and atmosphere!!!!

My experience at LV nails was pretty good. They have great customer service. My feet took quite some time but the nail techs tag teamed so i could still get my hands done while staying over their closing time. I appreciate the hard work and speed that they did to make sure that I left with what I wanted. My nails turned out great and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you!!

Terrible service, the lady that did my polish change on toes and 3 nails repair with a polish change had a terrible attitude in the beginning I told her if she doesn’t want to do it someone else can after I called her out on her behavior is when she changed. They charged $70 for a polish change on my toes regular polish and 3 nails repair n gel polish change. The price was excessive to not have a full service done
