Very pleasant atmosphere. My nails looked great got them done on Sunday but by Tuesday my shellac/gel nail polish started chipping. Usually my nails would stay looking great for a week and 1/2 before chipping started. Bad polish? Old polish? Disappointed

Very mediocre pedicure. Sure there was no wait. The lady who did mine barely massaged my legs. She didn't seem interested in actually doing a good job. I set the massage chair at 30 min and she was way done before it was done

Watch out! Have had several positive experiences here over the years. Always been pressed to buy more services than needed which gets frustrating and annoying. Today was no different. However, today we were told to only pay in cash. Having brought only enough for 25% tips we needed to pay on credit card as we have always done in the past. We were charged 3 times at $148 a piece and told that we can dispute with our bank because they cannot issue refund to credit card. Felt this was pretty unethical and will not be returning.

I was a walkin. They saw me Right away. I wasn’t feeling very well and I appreciated the fact she was able to read my mood and not bombarded me with questions to fill the space. She did an awesome job. I paid with debit card and she suggested in the future I pay with cash 💰, that part was a turn off. I had cash for the tip but I use debit for all my transactions and intention keep doing that!

This was my first time in and I had the most wonderful time here. The place was clean, bright, and so relaxing. Everyone here was just so sweet and we had great conversations. You can tell they work very hard and they provide great service. I felt the pricing was also affordable. I feel like I have found my new favorite nail place and will definitely be coming back here! I highly recommend this nail spa.

Debbie is always very good, professional, and friendly. She seemed to take a number of phone calls, and that's the only thing that was a bit off-putting to me.

I just had the best experience at LV Nail Spa. I almost don’t want to share my review as it is such a gem. They get 5 stars on customer service alone. I had a beautiful manicure by Jade, a relaxing pedicure by John and my eyebrows threaded. They were so thorough, precise and kind. I will only be using this spa in the future.

I started going to LV nails about 3 months ago. 100% better than the last salon I went to for several years! If you have an appointment - they take you on time.

I’ve been very satisfied with this salon, but my pedicure yesterday was barely above average. The technician didn’t trim my nails, and didn’t ask if I wanted them short. I guess it’s a way to get quicker repeat business, but I didn’t appreciate it.

For $5 more than the place I usually go, the employees were extremely rude, but also, after asking and being told it would only take 30 minutes, it took over an hour and I missed an appointment. Horrible.

I've gone to LV Nail spa a total of 4 times now. I've had a good experience. Everyone is very nice and accommodating there. I love the dip for my nails. It makes them pretty much indestructible (which is great for someone like me who lifts weights every week, and works with my hands for a living). Communication takes a little patience, but well worth it. LV Nail Spa has a lot of availability. I highly recommend you make them your monthly Mani Pedi spot!

I’ve come here a few times for manis, pedis and the occasional wax. Went recently for a dip mani and had my bros waxed while I was at it. For both services, they really showed care and were meticulous to get things right. It’s clear their regulars love them too as one came in just to drop off a present and another came in for a last minute fix and was seen to immediately. They play slow living videos which add to the relaxation. I will admit that they try to talk you into additional services but that’s pretty typical of a nail place. I get it and it’s never bothered me. In fact, I only knew they did waxing cause someone asked me if I was interested. I go here as often as I can afford.

This was my fist time and I will be going back. Very friendly techs, the salon was very clean, and they did a nice job. I called with a day notice and they got my mom, my husband, and myself done quickly.

Wanted my wife to have a me day on (9/16/2023) called about 1030 to see if they could take her today she told me 12pm I said okay wife gets there about 1140-1150 ish a gentleman took her in. Now the gentleman that did my wife's feet amazing job nothing bad to say about him the lady who checked put my wife charged 80 bucks with tip for a simple pedicure Now she did she say wanted the basic pedicure which is listed at 35 dollars plus some hot oil for additional 5 he stated that should be bring the total to 40 plus tip not 80 you may have screwed us over but that will be the last time we ever go there

When we moved to Tucson, I tried almost every nail salon on this side of town, but LV is absolutely the best! I wont go anywhere else. Emily and team are professionals and take great pride in their work!
