I cannot recommend this place enough. Dede , my massage therapist, was amazing. She figured out exactly what my body needed, and I left feeling taller and healthier. If I lived locally, I would see Dede weekly.

I recently experienced the 2-hour "four hands" massage with Ray and Lisa, and it was phenomenal. As a female athlete (6'0", 165 lbs) with lingering pain and injuries from tackle football, I often struggle to find massage therapists who apply enough pressure and work deep into the muscles. This is the best massage in Vegas for athletes. The massage therapists quickly identified areas of my previous injuries and worked not only to relieve tension there but also in the surrounding impacted areas, specifically my lower back and neck. They used a combination of cupping, Thai massage, stretching, and one other tool I don't know the name of. They made the most of the two hours and wasted no time. They also repeatedly checked with me to ensure I was comfortable. Overall, I have never had a bad experience at LV Thai Massage and Spa. They are always on time, the scheduling process is easy, and payment is straightforward. The price is worth what you get when you choose the four-hand massage. Ray and Lisa are the dream team.

Dede and Lisa and the receptionist Anna are AMAZING and did such a fantastic job!!! We did the Swedish and the Thai combination massage. The ladies are so courteous and hospitable and excellent therapists! Anna helped us decide which massage would be the best for our preference, and that was extremely helpful! A MUST GO MASSAGE PLACE IN VEGAS!

Last night, my partner and I visited LV Thai Spa for a couples massage, and I waited until this morning to write this review to see how we felt afterward. I’m happy to say we’re both feeling fantastic! My partner had a combination of Thai and Swedish massage with Lisa, and she did an excellent job working out the kinks in his lats—he thoroughly enjoyed it. I opted for a deep tissue massage at pressure level 4 with Mark. He maintained that level until he got to my problem areas (knots in my neck and shoulders), where he upped it to a 5. Not a complaint here—he knew exactly what my body needed. For the stretching, I requested a 5, and I have to say, I feel so loose and limber now. This was hands down the best and most professional massage we’ve received in Vegas. Highly recommend LV Thai Spa for anyone looking for a top-tier massage experience.

Visited LV Thai Massage & Spa while in town for NYE. We booked a couples massage. I opted for a lymphatic drainage massage, and my partner selected the Thai combination massage. We both left feeling extremely relaxed and that our areas of concern had been well addressed. The space was beautiful, and the team provided excellent customer service!

We had a very enjoyable massage at this place. What takes the cake is the fact that the staff and manager of this place are exceptionally phenomenal at customer service. Not only did they pay attention to all our small needs (like getting us free water, tea, heated blankets), but Paula, the manager of this place, even happily dropped us off to a safe spot near our hotel after our massage (which was the last of the night and things were starting to get secluded outside). I cannot thank these good people enough and hope my review can attract good customers to this fantastic place! They truly went above and beyond. The massage room itself is well equipped. They have bars on the ceiling to be able to give use their body weight on you, per your comfort. Several good options to choose from. I went with the staff recommended massage for beginners - the Thai combo I think it’s called. Also, a pro tip - if you have sensitive skin or allergies, just tell the staff to not use any balms on you. My friend had a small reaction to the “cooling” balm. No one could have seen it coming in our case, and the staff was very accommodating after finding out. Now we all know better!
