I had an amazing experience at this salon with Taylor Nelson! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. Her attention to detail, skill, and creativity exceeded my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better! Not only is she talented, but she’s also warm, friendly, and professional. Absolutely love getting my hair done by Taylor! I followed her from her last salon and have been seeing her for over a year. She out does herself every time and my hair always looks sooooo good! And she’s literally amazing at everything: blondes, vibrant/pastel color, brunettes, you name it! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone new to do your hair. I previously had my hair damaged at another salon. A friend recommended LVL 11, and I got Jessica’s number through the salon’s Instagram. She called me to discuss what had happened to my hair, scheduled me for the soonest available appointment, and provided advice on how to care for my hair in the meantime. At my appointment, Jessica and Alexa reassured me throughout the entire process and talked me through every step. They truly saved my hair! Before my visit, I thought it was beyond repair and that I would need to get a pixie cut. However, after a conditioning treatment, some color, and a few layers, my confidence has been restored. My hair feels amazing, and there’s so much positive energy in this salon! I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I would never let anyone touch my hair besides Jess! She is a true artist and my blonde is perfect every time. I have extremely thick, curly hair and she is so careful to check foils throughout and ensure that everything is perfect! Not only is she an extremely skilled stylist, she is such a wonderful human. Being a new mom I’ve had to change my appointment due to a sick baby and she moves heaven and earth to get me in. The salon is gorgeous, the products are top notch, and the atmosphere is relaxing and pampering. LVL11 is an 11/10

My blowout from Lexi was awesome. I got the Isles treatment and my hair is so soft and shiny. Honorable mention to Sierra who helped with the rough dry. Loved the environment very clean and crisp air with all the greenery in there. Everyone was so nice. I’ll be back!

Brandie cut my hair about a week ago now and I LOVE it! She trimmed it up and gave me the prettiest curtain bangs. I have gotten so many (seriously, SO many) compliments. I will definitely be returning in 8 weeks.

Brandie has done my hair for years. I drive pretty far to get to her She is the best. Other hair stylists always had a hard time with my blonde, fine, crazy hair. She makes my hair absolutely beautiful everytime. I get compliments on my color and extensions all the time. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Brandie is the hair whisperer.

I would follow Jess to the end of the world. I was lucky enough to find her while she was working at a previous salon from word of mouth & Jess blew my mind away from the first moment I met her. When she opened up her own salon I knew she would create a beautiful space that anyone would want to come to. I have never, ever seen a client walk away unhappy or without a beaming smile of confidence as they leave her salon. I’ve watched women run in with hair emergencies, brushes stuck in their hair, etc and Jess always finds a way to meet a client needs, even if it means staying late herself. She is extremely talented when it comes to hair and she knows how to read and communicate with her clients to give them exactly what they’re looking for. She’s honest when it comes to hair goals and if something is realistic or not, and she always ensures to give you a timeline on how long it will take to get you to where you want to be. She always goes above and beyond my expectations. She is reliable and bends over backwards for her clients; if she can find a way to get you in for an appt, I promise you she will and you will never leave disappointed. Jess is the absolute best in the business!!!
