Bad customer service! Super sneaky and will add 20% forced tip! Also they cheat you about the time. Husbands and wife team are so cheap and sneaky. Beware and take your money elsewhere!

Beware! They charge you a forced 20% tip and they are racist! They would not allow me a few minutes to get dressed and I’m a Muslim woman and need time to cover back up. I’ve been coming to her for years and they do not appreciate the customers. Stop being cheap and hire someone else to charge customers.

Wonderful experience! I got more value out of a 30 minute massage than a 90 minute many other places. Great pressure and precision. I believe one of the owners was the one who took care of me. She was phenomenal. I will be back!

I had the best full body deep tissue massage at this place. Very good technique that actually relaxes the muscle, especially for sports stiffness.

I've been going to LW for over 2 yrs. The woman and her husband do a great job. HOWEVER, now they tell you they want a 20% tip and nothing less. I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately too many places want more money for less work. LW now has become one of them. Tipping in general is out of control. And 20% is just ridiculous. Won't be back to LW. I'll stick to paying my wife for my massages.😝

I have been coming to Citrus Park Mall for YEARS, and for a while, just assumed it was dying because outside of Chic-Fil-A and Sarku Japan, their food court is always empty and many stores throughout closed. Imagine my pleasant surprise when all I had to do was slow my walk and discover a great hole in the wall like LW Massage! Years ago I went from a very sedentary lifestyle to a more active one, working out 4 times a week. As a part of my recovery, I go here with friend and just try a half hour massage. Practically fell asleep, in a relaxed way, and had such a great time, I came back. Again, and again, now I'm maybe 2 and a half years or so of coming here as often as I can make it out, and EVERY time, I get a great massage. The two owners Lucy and James are both super sweet. Reading other reviews, and having BEEN on the table and hearing the discussions about "how much time?", it's honestly all just misunderstanding. Example: literally yesterday I go with friend. There's a lady working with James, and Lucy is able to take me, I ask for an hour massage. During me getting work done, I hear a lady come in and ask how much time, and Lucy says an hour. Someone else comes, hears 45 minutes, and acutally just laughs and says "I dont have time". Like, what? THOSE are the type of people leaving 1 star reviews, complaining about time. Ignore those, despite the fact they maybe could use a board or a receptionist to help accommodate, but EVERY time I go there for a massage, it's been 15-20 minute wait? And for the people about tips? Their prices are $1/minute, which when I shop around is way lower than others, despite being in a mall which no doubt increases the lease or rent. From first trip to every trip, both Lucy and James have been kind to me, and while I tip well, I always feel it's worth the service received. I thought about trying Massage Envy or Hand and Stone, but those are practically subscription based places, and their rate is way more than $1/minute, so while I may try a one visit with them, I'm perfectly happy contining to support LW Massage. Absolutely recommend them!

Have been coming here for a couple years and now they demand tips. Got a 30 minutes massage, and paid 36.. man got annoyed and wanted more! 6 is 20$% but he wanted more money.. terrible attitude.. avoid this place . Plenty of similar places that charge less, are friendly and don’t demand tips.

I’m going twice per week at the moment. Periformis is pinching my sciatic nerve. This is not your little ‘massage envy spa day’. This is deep tissue hard core stuff. They are lovely people. First come first served. $1 per minute. I usually go for 20mins on my hip and have 5 on the stiff muscles on my arm. I’d choose this over any spa.

If I could leave 0 stars. Came in with my mom, when the man walked up I said I wanted 20 mins on my legs and 10 mins on my arms he just said “no” so my mom asked him to explain and he said “no” while pointing to the sign outside with all the pricing (that starts out “$1 per minute”). Based on other reviews they are hoping to push away business. Very rude and unprofessional man. Immediately made us feel uncomfortable.

I received a foot and leg massage that was excellent!!! The massage released swelling of the knee. I felt less knee pressure for about 4days after.

Let me start by saying that I have been going to LW Massage for many years. Lucie (the owner) is a sweetheart. That being said, I was very disappointed when last Friday Lucie's husband demanded that I left a 20% tip. I took a 30 minute massage and left a $5.00 dollar tip (that's almost 18%), which in his eyes it wasn't enough. So when I refused to give him the 20% tip I was asked to never come back.

Well, today was My last day at this place. I gave them many chances but they're Actitud is Really UNPROFESSIONAL, Nasty, Grumpy must of the time. At first everything was OK, but after a few months and from nowhere they start putting obstacles and restrictions for a message. THEY ask You " How many minutes" or even they tell in advance "30 minutes thats it"

Absolutely unprofessional. Wasted 1hr of my day here, there is no type of good customer service whatsoever, very rude staff. If you’re planning to get a quick 30 min relief this IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! You will be dismissed and disrespected if you don’t get over 30 mins- which is different from what they are advertising. If I could give zero stars I would, I do not recommend.

Lady told me 20 minutes. I said OK I went and Dick’s Sporting Goods and came back and she told me 30 minutes. So now I don’t have time to get a massage And I wasted time waiting on her to see me. This is my first and last time ever trying to come to this unprofessional place.

This place is excellent! I have been going for a few months now and it is great every time. The pressure is great, it is deep but that's what I need. I always feel so much better after. I think the therapists are the owners and are married. The place is very clean. You have three options, a chair massage, a table massage, or a foot massage on a recliner type chair. It is$1 a minute and you can customize the route of massage you want. I usually do a table and a foot massage.

Wonderful experience and I'll be back for sure! I had a terrible throbbing tension headache and needed some immediate relief. My upper back & neck tension was completely gone after a 35 minute massage. Their $1 per minute massage is a fabulous deal and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some immediate relief from sore & aching muscles!
