I came to Lyfe after a really bad breakout. Dr Caroline talked through what could be causing it, recommended a facial and curated a routine for me. She also checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything. My skin has seen great improvement since I started going to Lyfe Everyone at Lyfe is so friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable about skin and skincare. One of my concern was finding someone who knew how to treat skin of color while maintaining the integrity and Dr Caroline and the everyone at Lyfe has done that excellently.

Caroline was incredible. So happy I chose to go to Lyfe MedSpa. After some health issues and some much needed weight loss, At 59 it was time for a little self love. Caroline worked within my budget, made suggestions of options available, in and outside of the med spa. Caroline is completely invested in helping people. I have found my home for future Aesthetics services. I will post before and after pics after recovery. Go see them! You will be happy that you did.

Sarah was incredible! She took lots of time with me and listened to all my questions and helped come up with a plan. She was respectful of my budget and had some wonderful suggestions! Went back and had a facial with Sydney! Pure magic. She was so wonderful and affordable! Plus it was easy to get to from downtown or midtown. Nice not to have to drive all the way to Carmel for a med spa!

I went by to see Caroline’s spa and I was so impressed with the look and the whole set up. As soon as I walked in I felt very calm and relaxed. It is very beautiful. The atmosphere is very peaceful and pleasant.

I've never had a facial before but this was definitely a 10/10 experience. Caoline actually greeted my mom and I to Welcome us. Caroline wanted to make sure she saw my face to make sure i was getting the correct level of facial. Sydney was so sweet and I loved how relaxing the whole facial was! It was the most relaxed I've felt all week! Definitely going to back again! Best Medspa!!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again to Sydney and Caroline for making my first experence so amazing.

Dr Caroline and her team were amazing. You always have their full attention when you are there for your appt. Dr Caroline is very passionate about her work and always makes you feel very welcome when you come in. She uses the cleanest techniques when doing her procedures. The office is beautiful and quiet/relaxing. Would recommend her and her team to anyone!!!

Caroline is amazing! I'm NOT a girl who knows a lot about any of what Lyfe offers, but at 45, I needed to learn. Caroline broke everything down for me, really taking time to answer all my questions. She laid out some great options and even recommended tea bags for my eyes instead of any treatment she would offer. Caroline and her staff really care about each individual and make you feel like you're part of an extended loving family, not just a number or $$. I highly recommend Lyfe whether you're looking for a little pampering or an entire plan of action to gracefully age.

Just had my first PRF microneedling, and it was a solid 10/10. Dr. Caroline really knows her stuff and made sure I felt super comfortable the whole time. It was my first time getting something like this done and it ended up being a great experience. Can't wait to see the results and already looking forward to my next visit. Totally worth it!

Sarah is amazing!! I went for my first ever neurotoxin (“Botox”) appointment, she was patient, personable, and explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable. The space is cozy, clean, and very high-end. I can’t recommend a med spa more than Lyfe!

I just recently went to Lyfe and Sarah was absolutely fantastic. If you’re looking for a place that wants the best for you and not just trying to poke you for money- go to Lyfe. Sarah was super informative about the procedure plus wanted to make sure I was super comfortable before doing anything. I don’t think I would go anywhere else now having this experience at Lyfe! Highly recommend!

I recently had the GLO2 facial done for the first time at Lyfe a few weeks ago, and I am very pleased with the results! This facial helped out alot with skin dryness. I left the spa with my skin feeling and looking so radiant and nourished! Sydney, the esthetician and Dr. Caroline are an amazing team to work with. They both gave me pointers on how to best care for my skin at home and the best products to use (products they sell in their spa, as well as drug store products). They also throughly assessed my individual needs and skin care goals and tailored my services based on what we discussed. This is my new go-to spa for my skin care needs... I plan to be back! I would highly recommend.

Sarah Mattingly is the only person I trust with injecting my face!!! She is an expert at what she does and makes everyone feel so safe and comfortable in her space. I have been so so happy with my treatment and results from her. I was so nervous my first time getting injected, but Sarah made it so easy and the results are so worth it! Dr.Caroline & Sydney are by far one of the nicest & most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. Very knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options and suggested how to move forward with my skin care journey. Although I haven’t received any services YET .. i COMPLETELY trust that they will do right by me and give me the end result I’m looking for. Really excited to finally have the skin I’ve been dreaming of & I can’t think of a better place & doctor to help me finally fulfill those dreams. Needless to say I will be coming here for the rest of my days. Even once i achieve my skin goals I will be a regular with Doctor Caroline & come regularly to get facials and maintenance treatments. Top Notch! I've been to Lyfe Medspa several times now. The personalized experience I received from both Dr. Caroline and Sydney was impressive. The low lighting, quiet music, and low speaking voices create a smooth, relaxing environment for the guest to just relax and enjoy the treatments. Props to Sydney for a superior first experience with a facial. I'd never had a facial and honestly didn't think it was something I could enjoy. Dr. Caroline recommended the facial prior to my treatment with her, and it was amazing! Cool, cleansing, relaxing...I felt renewed and my skin looked great too! It had been a while since my wife had had a facial. So, when she mentioned that she wanted to try out a new place on Meridian, I was a little perplexed. Long story short, she went for the facial and came back home looking gorgeous! I kept looking at her beautiful, calm, and relaxed face. She couldn’t stop talking about the kindness and professionalism she experienced with Dr. Carolyne and the rest of the staff. She plans to go back more often. I have not had a facial for 5 years, but I might just accompany her on her next trip 😊

This is the place to be! I’ve visited other places and Botox was the first thing they pushed. Syd and Dr. Caroline cared about my results but mostly my health. She presented me with many different options short term and long term. They are super friendly and caring. No one is rude or see you as a dollar sign they truly care for everyone that enters their door even if it’s just for a consultation. The love is genuine. Syd is amazing at facials they will put you right to sleep lbs. Dr.C truly knows her stuff I’m super excited to trust her with my PRF Facial. Also the environmental aesthetics is so peaceful, clean and beautiful.

Had an amazing experience for my consultation and also did a facial afterwords. That was the most in depth consultation I’ve ever had and I was not disappointed. I like that the products are not expensive compared to what I’ve paid in the past and a little goes a long way. I never once felt rushed. I’m excited to go back for more treatments. I travel for work so I’m always trying to find a med spa where I go and google is my go to and it did not disappoint.

WOW! What a gem! I had a Lyfe PRF dermal injection, and I swear to you, in less than 2 hours I look like I did 10 years ago. My results are natural, and beautiful and just enhance my own features.
