Always feel amazing when I leave here. But the salon needs work. Its a bit run down. Never good to look at a leaking/falling apart ceiling when you are getting your hair washed. Yuck.

I truly had a five-star experience at the UpCity Salon. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. Lyle gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I completely recommend this salon!

Extremely friendly staff and have always been prompt and on-time for my haircuts. Adam is so amenable and knowledgeable (he cuts my hair), and Lyle is always extremely friendly and his advice has always been spot on. Thanks guys

It is remarkably difficult for a man to get a professional and stylish cut here in the Mid-South. After moving from Washington D.C. I was in desperate need of a modern, trendy style. Up City wins hands down. Compare this salon to those in Southern California and along the trendy areas on the Eastern Seaboard. At 1/3 the price for an equal style in Manhattan, Up City is a remarkable gem in a sea of "cut and buzz" mediocrity. Ask for Kristin - her fiery passion translates to a remarkable style. You will be posting selfies for several hours after she is done with you!

Fantastic place with the friendliest staff. Kristen worked a miracle on my hair!! She used an Elumen dye that not only looks great but improved the condition of my hair. I've been seeing her for years for cuts and am continuously amazed. Plus, the owner Lyle is a gem. - Signed, returning customer.
