They were very friendly, and the service was fast. I appreciated them telling me some tips for better hair care too. I have very long hair and my cut cost $27 before tip, so was super affordable! Definitely recommend coming here!

Would you believe me if i say, i had to come back home and cut the hair left by her, i mean she literally left a bunch of hair uncut, even after pointing out. I said cut this, she says its ok, its fine. Worst haircut i ever had.

I went for an inch trim. I left with the most disturbing, butchered cut I’ve ever had in my life. She didn’t even use real shears, it was some type of blade in a comb. She should be shut down. DO NOT COME HERE!

I’ve been Ms. Lynn’s client for 8 years and always satisfied every time when I visit the salon. They offered good hair style, plus very reasonable price. Since Covid hit all stores in Chinatown, Lynn hair salon is one of them to had impacted. I’m so glad the store still open and hope her’s clients will be back to normal.

Happened to stop by for a drop in haircut here, and despite being prepared with photo references and specific instructions for my haircut, I was rather disappointed with my experience. The fade / taper was very uneven and too much length was removed. This may be a better salon for women's haircuts or styling services, but for me I cannot recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I made an appointment for Japanese hair straightening 2 weeks in advance, showed up on time. And they did a 2 hour one-step process. My hair was not straight. I’ve lived in Philly, NYC, and Houston and always got it pin drop straight after. It usually takes 4-5 hours. Worst waste on menu and time EVER. I went to Jo-Jos 3 minutes away and they confirmed they wash and dry 3 times during the process. What an incredible wast of time and money Lyn’s is. I hope karma gets them.

Pros: - Cheap - Fast Cons: - I asked Lyn to cut it a certain style and she said she knew what I was talking about and when she was done, it looked nothing like what I wanted. I guess I should've shown her a picture or something..... she seemed so confident. So, I didn't like my hair cut much at all.... but at least it's hair and it'll grow back....

The lady is not good at cutting women hair, she’s only “good” at cutting men’s hair. I went to this salon and the lady shaved my head like an ”undercut” without me knowing, she also cut my hair so chunky and bad. I’m afraid to go get ever get a haircut again. I went to this salon thinking i was gonna get a normal trim and that the people there knew what they were doing. Worst experience ever don’t go here.

My go-to hair salon in Seattle. Lyn is very friendly and accommodating. She does a fantastic job with my hair everytime (cut and dye). The place is clean and comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable. Have recommended this place to a few friends.
