Not reliable. It is VERY disappointing to have an appointment scheduled and get cancelled on. Then to be given another person just to be not answered for days/weeks. This is a repetitive situation I have been through with this shop

first time coming to this salon! As soon as I walked in the stylists immediately made me feel welcome and were friendly and Professional. Michelle did my hair and did a fantastic job! She answered all my questions on what products to use in my hair and gave me great recommendations. I Definitely recommend!! It's the best experience I've had so far in my area with going to a hair salon! Ms Lynn thank you for the amazing customer service! 💙

Lynn is wonderful! I didn't need to look at all. We had a short conversation about why and what I wanted. She pulled one down, put it on me, and I was ESTATIC!! She is kind and knowledgeable. A true asset to the community!

This is the best place ever, I went in to buy 1 wig and walked out with 2. I never met such down to earth people and very friendly they made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was in the shop. I love my wigs Lynn tried on me diffently took me out of my comfort zone, I was used to buying certain colors and she tried colors on me I wouldn't have normally thought about buying. She is wonderful and so is her co- worker. If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would. I would recommend her shop to anyone. If you want great customer service, a friendly atmosphere, people that make you feel comfortable and like family this is the place to go. They have me a forever customer. You guys are the best. Yesterday evening I went with my sister to Lynn's Wigs on Wheels to help her pick out a wig, as she is about to start chemo. I know that my sister was not looking forward to going through with this, but Lynn was so easy going and made the entire experience so fun and comfortable that it put us both at ease. Lynn treated us like family and was very helpful throughout the entire process, and she gives a lot of good pep talks. We shared some laughs and some tears. You can tell she's good at her job, I would highly recommend her.

I recently lost most of my hair and thankfully Mrs Lynn helped me find the perfect wig to make me feel beautiful again! She made me feel so comfortable almost like family! Lynn & Bianca were very kind. They helped me with choosing wigs that suited me well. The facility is nicely decorated & is not crowded with too many wigs. There is a nice selection of wigs with a variety of colors. I LOVE 💘 the fact that this facility is MOBILE and can come to your home with an assortment of wigs to choose from, once you leery them know what thou are looking for. Prices are GREAT. Will be going back there again.
