Been coming here for awhile. Always a good experience until today!! I don't think these workers are licensed!!! Left my feet in cold water for 45 mins and during a pedicure had to instruct to cut my toe nails!!! Finding a new nail salon and I would advise everyone else to do the same!! Going to file a report with the state, as I do not believe these workers are licensed to give these services!!!

Every time I've gone to Lynny's, I've always experienced great service and nails that last a very long time. Typically, I get a gel fill on my acrylic set, and they ALWAYS look exactly like I want them to look. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Took my daughter there for a girls day. She got taken back to start her pedi while I was still in the process of getting my dip filed off. Since her pedi was started before mine, she was done before me and then moved to get her nails done. A little disappointed we didn’t get to do our pedi’s together. Every color I picked they were out in the dip- I ended up settling for a color I wasn’t exactly excited about. When my nails were finished half of them were uneven. I had to ask for them to be filed so my nails were not on a slant. I still have 2 nails that are uneven- looks like I’ll have to fix them on my own. The whole time we were there I felt very rushed. Very disappointed in the experience overall, especially after spending over $200. I feel like my nails look sloppy. I will not be returning.

I haven't gotten my mails done in a very long time. Fifteen years. My nails usually look awful and color stained from doing hair. I had an event I wanted them to look nice for. First experience here was ok. Woman was friendly, Nails were thick and somewhat lumpy. Went back to get them removed a few weeks later and different nail tech talked me into getting a fill. Haha. Second time, so much better. Nails look beautiful. Now I don't want them removed.

I've been going to this location for about a year now and I went in for my recent visit with a fun request. I asked for Halloween nails to go with my baby's birthday theme (he's obsessed with pumpkins right now). They turned out perfectly! I had people hovering around looking as they were getting done. I'm sure it was because they looked great but also because it's early September and I'm getting Halloween nails lol I've never been disappointed going to Lynny Nails! 💅

Less than impressed with this nail salon. Leaving with seven bleeding fingers is unacceptable. The tech sneezed into his mask multiple times and didn’t bother to turn away. Will not be returning.

I went to get a mani/pedi for my wedding nails. The woman doing my nails cut the cuticles so short on my toenails that I wound up with an infected toenail. I wanted a couple add-ons (chrome, cuticles trimmed on fingernails) and she informed me of the prices, in which I agreed. She then stated, "Oh, you want to spend a lot of money on your nails today," to which I responded that these were my wedding nails and I wanted them to look nice. I thought this was very rude. She filed my nails so narrow that the finger nail beds were painful the following 3 days. She also tore at my finger cuticles and I left with 4 bloody fingers. Not to mention, this appointment took 2+ hours, and the chrome on my toes is wearing off less than 36 hours later, and it was the most expensive mani/pedi I have ever paid for. I do not recommend Lynny nails.

I loved them! I got Katie and she did a phenomenal job! Just a warning the colors were a lot brighter than they looked on the nail color options, but it was no big deal!

I wasn't going for a while, as I was in the hospital, but I went back yesterday and got a very warm welcome. I believe Lynny Nails is one of the most cleanly and professional salons I've seen. They keep quality products and chairs for our comfort! I missed the family while I wasn't able to go. Always 5 stars.

I’ve been so disappointed. Technicians rush through the process without concern for the client. My recent $50 pedicure lasted a total of 28 minutes. Vey little of anything more than a gel polish. Went for a nail dip and pedi. I was rushed into a chair. Put my hands in a bowl of chemicals and that was that. Very unprofessional

I went here earlier today and if was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I don’t live in Michigan I’m only visiting so I usually don’t go here, but my expectations were met! I would highly recommend going here!

My best friend introduced me to Lynny nails a few years before I moved to Lansing. I have had nothing but good experiences over the last two years I've been going. At one point, I should have broke a nail, but my nail came away from my nail bed instead. It was awful, but urgent care said to go there and prescribed antibiotics. 🤷‍♀️ They got me fixed as much as possible and on my way. I can't speak more highly of my tech Mindy, the manager, and the whole team.
