One of the absolute best massages I’ve had in the past thirty years. We were on vacation at The Fountains in Orlando and I was happy to find M Body Therapy less than a mile away in the Publix plaza behind Walgreens. I easily made my appointment online the night before, found ample parking when I arrived. I was greeted upon arrival and offered bottled water, filled out the customary form. Although my appointment was for 1p and I was fifteen minutes early, I was taken to a very nice treatment room. It was clean and comfortable, warm enough on this very chilly day. Vicky is an expert! She heard me explain my goals for this massage and addressed them very well. Oh my, those hot stones are the bomb! More surprisingly, Vicky even used hot towels to wipe down every place she had massaged with warm oil so that I wouldn’t stain my clothes when I got dressed again. I will definitely include this treat the next time I’m in Orlando — and may even make the trip just for a massage. Don’t hesitate to book here, people!

Fantastic service!! Had some issues with sciatica and was able to get relief from that. Sports massage, hot stones, walking on my back and stretching. 10/10 service. I would most definitely be back whenever I am in Orlando

Looked for a last minute massage for my mom and I and luckily found this place. They take walk ins and were very accommodating. Coco and Judy are the best! Excellent massages! We left feeling so relaxed. Will def be coming back!

Just had a couple’s deep tissue massage with hot stones and back-walking and it was wonderful! Lisa and Jason did a really amazing job. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My boyfriend’s chronic pain in his back is totally gone for now! The rooms were very nice, too. Definitely would recommend going here!

My wife and I were traveling and decided we needed massage to cap the vacation. We decided to pop in to M Body Therapy and Chloe and Coco did not disappoint. Very professional and the massage was likely the best I’ve ever had. We recommend the couples massage for those traveling in pairs and feel free to pop in on your own as well - you will not be disappointed. We travel to Orlando at least 4x per year and we will be sure to return. Cheers!

I received a gift from a friend my recent birthday this week. The gift was for a 90 minute deep tissue massage from M Body Therapy. My friend decided to give this gift because I had talked so much about how I had preciously enjoyed a massage session here several months ago. I cashed in on the gift today and once again, all I can say is positive things about this spa. The cleanliness, friendliness, and customer service sets the tone. My therapist was Elizabeth. She started by asking what pressure I desired and if I had any problem areas where treatment was need. I described a pain I had in my back. Elizabeth took her time and worked on my back with just the right amount of pressure. Towards the end of the session she did some stretching exercises which really helped my lower back and legs. This place is definitely professional and well staffed. I hope to return soon .

I was in desperate need of a massage and used google to find the nearest place possible and was lucky enough to have M Body Therapy pop up. I have been coming to this area for vacation for years and this time was having severe lower back pain after working around my house prior to leaving on vacation. I made an appointment on line for a deep tissue massage and reflexology. I was assigned Elizabeth as my masseuse and she was fantastic. Upon arrival, i filled out the questionnaire and Elizabeth went over everything including areas i was concerned about. She then gave me one of the best massages i have ever had. She used several techniques, including stretching, acupressure, hot stones and walking on my back. The entire place was very clean and the massage room was lit perfectly and gave off the right ambience for relaxation. I look forward to returning next year.

We came here for a couples massage while on vacation. It was very easy to book, we were welcomed at the door and the entire place is very peaceful and clean. We both had an incredible experience with the hot rocks massage, and I tried a massage with back walking for the first time and loved it! They were both very conscientious, taking care to make sure we were comfortable with the level of pressure and heat of the rocks. Highly recommend!

I kinda giggled when my therapist told me nearly instantly that my shoulder muscles are very tight and that she needs to work on me. This was my first time os such a massage type. I can now turn my head to the right sight significantly farther and easier. This was a fantastic deep tissue therapy! I can highly recommend them!

Vacation doesn't go as planned but Lisa was there to help! My ankle started hurting during the night, bad enough to wake me. I could barely walk. Any movement was extremely slow and with significant pain. I called for help and was able to get in immediately. Lisa was GREAT! She was knowledgeable and an amazing therapist. Today I was able to get around SO much better. SO happy I found her!

I recently moved down the street and decided to get a massage. I remembered seeing a place right by the Publix so I called and luckily they could see me right away. There was plenty of parking available right in front of the place. The lady that checked me in was so friendly and pleasant. I felt very welcomed! This place is very clean and so professional. My therapist was Lisa. Lisa was wonderful! You can tell she has been doing this for a very long time. She applied the perfect pressure and techniques. I haven't felt this good about a massage in years! I will definitely be returning regularly. I have found my perfect oasis to relax!

This is a great place with a wide variety of therapists available that is within 5 minutes of my home. Coco and her staff have been taking care of me for over a year now and it's always great. Sometimes I need a deep tissue, sometimes just a swedish, and sometimes a combination of both with stretching and hot stones. She knows which therapist to schedule based on the pressure and needs of your requests. Thanks for the ongoing great massages.

This was my very first massage experience but I brought a friend who’s been a few times before, and both of us were very impressed. It’s kind of a hidden little spot but glad I found it! They really took time and care and even though it was my first time I felt 100% comfortable.
