My sister recommended that I try this incredible shop, and recommended Mary . The shop is elegant, very clean but also not intimidating. Fresh flowers are placed everywhere. It's a place where all the stylist and their clients are chatting and having a good time. My hair was in bad shape. Mary was excellent in her choice of colors for my hair. I have been trying to communicate what I wanted to other stylist for over a year but I would be disappointed time after time. Mary nailed it!!! I didn't know they didn't except credit cards and I ran to an ATM for cash. When I returned the owner gave me a box of high end shampoo and conditioner because I had to go out of my way. How cool is that This shop is the best !!!

I have had the best experience with a stylist, Maggie she communicated very well and gave me a great style my last 3 haircuts in Albuquerque have been terrible everything from mullet to military this is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this salon thank you Michael Berry

I called asking for someone who was specialized in long hair cuts. And was given Maggie since anyone else I wanted wasn’t available supposedly for 6 months according to the receptionist. My hair get very light when I left but after coming home and eventually styling my hair, I realized have the women’s version of a mullet. The back was completely misshapen, uneven and in odd layers if that’s what you want to call them. My beautiful long mane (to the middle of my back) was botched when I asked for a face frame, soft layers starting from my shoulders and down, and provided a picture. It’s now maybe 2 inches past my shoulders and 3/4 of my hair in the back is at ear length - simply awful. Thankfully my hair grows fast and hopefully it’ll get back in shape by the holidays. Update: went to a different salon and the stylist was appalled at how terrible my hair was. Luckily I found another place that actually knows how to handle long hair but it won’t be back to my ‘normal’ for another 6 months likely, if I’m lucky.

They have the best colorists in the city! But if you have curly hair, you're better off seeking a professional experienced with curly cuts. I have 3A curls with 3C ringlets, but Claudette gave me a standard cut with two blunt layers that didn't blend, so my curly hair hasn't looked right ever since. It's taking me THREE months and counting to grow them out for my new stylist to angle-cut and blend layers correctly for my bouncy curls.

When i discovered this place a year after moving to Albuquerque, I have been super happy. Haley has been perfect! She is only there part time now as she is going to college, but Machel has been great also and my husband also goes here but i don't know who does his hair and beard. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the stylists. If you hair cut/style is important to you, i highly recommend M&Co@

Emma Doyal is the BEST!! She gives the most gorgeous balayage I've ever had. I recently moved to Denver and went to a new stylist, and she even complimented my *grown out hair* in its current state, saying Emma had done a great job. (My last appointment was over 6 months ago). She's super cool, you'll love her. Highly recommend!

I literally cannot make people understand how amazing this entire establishment is! My experience with them, and Claudette was over the top! I came in yesterday to get color and highlights, and everyone is just so warm, and welcoming. The salon , and people are so elegant, so considerate, and each one of them take pride in the work they do (as they should).. I'm so obsessed with my hair, and have gotten so many compliments all because of Claudette! Thank you guys so much, and I look forward to seeing you in the future.

I got a blond balayage done by Emma and I am so happy with my service!!! She was so nice, I felt like I knew her my whole life, her technique was awesome. She took her time and paid attention to detail. I appreciate her so much! And she got the orange out of my hair! If I had an instagram I would take her. If your looking for balayage go to Emma! It’s worth the wait trust me! The two pictures are two different days and lightings.

Wonderful experiences with M&company. The day prior to writing this my son had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Cindy . She was very understanding to his sensory disorder and worked very well with him . She was a pleasant individual to speak with and we had a great time In her presence. He came away with a great haircut and a ring pop for the road. I met Miss Haylee today who was capable of taming my god awful head of hair. Pretty sure she removed a small animals worth of hair from me lol. She was able to take my vague description of what I wanted and make it a reality . She showed professionalism and good knowledge within her field, providing insight with my wife on her hair care. I believe needed or not we will be scheduling appts before leaving New Mexico just to have one more positive experience here.
