After being a loyal customer since they opened, I was told I couldn't get designs anymore because Kim was too busy. I even said i would make an appointment and pay extra. I was still told no. Pretty sad I gave them my hard earned money to be told that. I will never go back. Don't waste your money here.

Always love coming to M&T nails. They do an amazing job. They never rush and they always go above and beyond. Tom & his wife are amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s the only place I recommend.

I am sitting here getting my pedicure by the man. He FELL ASLEEP while filing my toe nails. He keeps touching the buttons on the massage chair and resetting what I set. Even when I tell him to stop. He wants to charge me extra to work on my callouses, which are very small. He barely rubbed my legs and feet with lotion. WORST pedi ever. Will not return here again.

I had a pedicure here on my birthday. I’ve had hundreds of pedicures in the past and this was a terrible experience. The guy that did the pedicure started cutting around my nails before they could soak and without applying any kind of oil to soften the cuticles. He was me three times and made me bleed. Now my nails are very sore and have big cuts on them. Terrible!!

My favorite nail salon in VB! They do the best gel manis in the area and always make crisp, clear lines at the cuticle. I have been going here for years and highly recommend this spot!

My Absolute Favorite Place To Go Get My Pedi, Mani and Wax. A Lovely Couple Work Together To Provide Excellent Service. I Never feel Rushed And Am Always Impressed, Best Place I have Ever Been. During Covid I Was So Impressed By All Of The Details They Have Put Into Place To Provide A Safe And Healthy Environment And Experience. I Recommend An Appointment. Place was empty from start to finish of mani/pedi...very clean- nice husband- they did hands and feet at same time so when finished I asked if I could sit in massage chair for 5 min while drying (since she did not allow it to be turned on while doing my nails, no problem I said, I understand)- but when finished and asked for a bit of chair massage, I heard NO- you’ve been in chair too long...?? “ it wasn’t turned on” I say, hear about $3,500 chair repair etc- bizarre treatment from an owner. Actually it was the wife who suddenly couldn’t speak English and tell me herself, made the husband explain as I say “please just 5 min while they dry a bit?” I wish I’d had the nerve to tell her it was pretty rude but I didn’t. I also tipped well as I felt sorry for the husband. The chair worked, they turned on- THREE minutes later they asked me to move to drying table, I did. Wouldn’t go back if they offered for free- she was scary. Btw- her hand nail job is already pulling back...

I went to M&T nails for the first time today. Ive been looking for a new place to get a peicure for months since the place I went to for years changed hands and I didnt like the service any more. I wear steal toe boats and even though I always make sure I have room in the toe area. I always have problem with the calluses and my big toe wanting to ingrow.I didnt even have to explain what I needed done. He cleaned everything up and even fixed the hack job I did.awesome. I did call fist to make sure they werent filled up with apts first.my new salon!!!

Never coming here again. I came in to get my dip powder removed and got turned away because they “didn’t have any time”... there were only two people in there and it was 3 in he afternoon 😑

I went here for years and they were so extremely nice. Ive never had anyone take their time like he did on my nails and they were ALWAYS perfect! His wife did my eyebrows and they were always perfect. This is the best salon Ive ever been to. I highly recommend!!!!

Went here while visiting the area. After 12 minutes past the opening time posted on the door with no lights on and no staff inside, my mom and I went to Nails Only down the street.

I am visiting the Va Beach area and went to M&T for a mani/pedi....the best I've ever had. When I entered the business, they were very busy thoroughly cleaning the footbaths- a good sign! They were thorough but gentle. My feet are ticklish, but they knew how to cope and still do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I love this place. I live 30 minutes away, but drive to VB to come here. (I do work over there, but will come on days off!) The owners are a husband and wife (and little girl), and are super thorough! I feel that they earn my $25 for a shellac manicure every other week. :)
