Unfortunately, the shipping/ service I've received from this company was not good. I ordered a bundle of hair at the beginning of July to add a few loc extensions to my locs. I selected expedited shipping and didn't receive shipping information until a month later, on August 7th. I contacted several times via email and phone but never got a response. I've ordered from this company before, and the service was good, but it was not so good this time! In addition, they use USPS, which is not very reliable. I still haven't received my order as USPS has not provided any updates, even though my estimated delivery date was August 9. I will never use this company again - I missed my loc appointment twice due to slow, non-responsive service.

Macon Styles team are amazing. They did my loc extensions in Feb 2019. And I must say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My hair is beautiful and so realistic. Not even Loctician's can tell that I have extensions. Not only are they extremely talented at what they do. They are also professional, honest, and accommodating. They kept in open communication with me and helped me transition from natural girl to a Loc Goddess! I just want to say if you are thinking of getting loc extensions this is the place you want to go!

My experience at Macon Styles was fantastic. I had been wanting to get loc extensions for my undercut and shaved sides that I was growing out for some time. From the very start, the entire process was well documented. She was extremely thorough, ensuring I understood exactly what to expect from the service. She went above and beyond, making me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The ambiance in her salon is incredibly welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. On top of that, her prices are reasonable. I'm very happy with the result aka “she did that”! After a year of researching, she truly stood out. I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs. As a newbie to locs, I must say that I was well pleased with the outcome of my locs installation. The professionalism and care shown at Macon Styles was excellent! I appreciate how my loctician explained each step, what was best for my hair, and how she stopped to allow me to see the process. Additionally, every concern and questioned asked was met and answered. It makes a difference when those that specializes in hair cares more about your actual hair than anything else…I’m very big on that, and it’s a huge plus to win me over. If you’re considering locs, I would with no doubt recommend Macon Styles.

I went today to have my hair styled for my father's funeral. Latoya not only got me a quick appointment but she did an amazing job. She was so sweet and professional. How Dare you!!!! 😠 How Dare you steal money from hard working people. You have some nerve!! Because I've purchased from you before in the past, I felt comfortable to purchase again. Boy was I wrong because not ONLY did you steal my money, you made me think I'm crazy, thinking I might have did something wrong, maybe I might have written my address incorrectly or something ... only to find out you purposely changed my zip code, sent ( maybe an empty box) just to have prove that it was shipped... WOW. It's over a month now and still haven't received it, guess we'll have to deal with this matter legally then

They have great quality hair, but their shipping times are horrible!! I really hate that because I love their product but I am a hair stylist and I’ve missed a lot of opportunities waiting on them to send my hair to me. It shouldn’t take 3+ weeks to fulfill someone’s order and if it does take that long, that should be communicated before a purchase is made. I’ve been ordering from them for 3 years and I never had this issue with them until last year. I continued to order from them after the first incident because I assumed the mishap was a one time occurrence, but here I am coming up on week 3 and I’m still waiting on my hair. I have a loc extension appt next week and I depend on receiving my hair in a timely manner so I have enough time to make the locs. The shipping label was created 12 days ago, but it still has not been shipped. This will be my last time ordering from them
