I had a pedicure and SNS dip. My nails were so thick with acrylic, but Trinh took her time, and made them perfect! I love this place! Everyone was so nice, and seems to really care.

Very happy with my experience! Came in for a pedicure today and was immediately helped. The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff is welcoming. I explained to my nail tech that my big toes are prone to ingrowns and he was very understanding and extra careful! My nails looks amazing! At the end we all discovered that there’s a Spectrum internet outage across the state so their credit card machine wasn’t working. They were so gracious to let me leave without paying or giving my name so I could get cash! I will definitely be back!

Lady was rude upon entry wouldn't let us use the restroom I felt like she was attacking me.You go next door and use restroom.Ill be back after using restroom to sign in she was not understanding.We won't go back.

Came in with an appointment on Saturday morning and they were ready for me! I had Son Le Phan as my technician and he was fantastic. I didn’t have anything too difficult with a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a simple manicure. He was meticulous and did a fantastic job. I will be coming back for sure!

It’s a great place with great service, I had problems with my gel but they fixed it and were really nice about it. I loved how they waxed and clean my eyebrows as well!

10/10 recommend Madalynne’s!! Being new in town, I was needing a new nail place and found Madalynne’s Nails and Spa with some good reviews and near my house. Trust when I say go here! Trinh did my nails you see in the pics and she did amazing! She was also very helpful and informative when I had questions. I will say make an appointment because if they are booked, you are not getting in, which is great because they are not trying to rush on the clients who are already there. I will be returning for sure.

Clean and excellent service. My SNS manicure has held up very well. I was not as happy with the polish for my pedicure (it came out bumpy and bubbly), but other than that I can’t complain. I will visit again. Photo is my manicure after 8 days.

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone was really nice and courteous, but I did not have a good experience. I went in last week for a gel mani and regular pedi and explicitly mentioned I needed them to be gentle with my cuticles and I need someone experienced and gentle to work with me. I was pretty badly cut and did start bleeding- in the filing was so rough it scratched up the delicate skin below the cuticles as well and stung for days. In addition I didn’t even get a nice looking finish as she painted the gel polish over my cuticles themselves and it started lifting within a day. In addition the clear coat on top was not evenly applied and there are small air bubbles. Photos are from after things have healed a bit. Pedicure was fine, but that polish also chipped shortly thereafter. Thankfully no bleeding there.

Please do not go here. Go to LUV nails on William Cannon. This was the worst pedicure I’ve had in the longest time. She barely filed, didn’t push back my cuticle. Attempted to cut the side walls of my toenails when I have perfectly good mail beds and no ingrown nails. I got the organic and she used regular deluxe (not organic) Voesch products from a box. I asked about them and why they don’t say organic on the box and some woman started to explain this is what comes with the organic pedicure. Service was less than mediocre. Massage had no pressure. She barely spoke English so communicating what I wanted was out of the question. Never again. Even Pearl nails is better than this establishment. My usual place was booked. Not all places are created equal. Don’t do it, just don’t.

These nail techs are wonderful. Very good customer service. My toe nail gel polish chipped the same night I got my pedicure and so I went back the next day and they fixed it for no extra charge. Super sweet staff and they do a great job. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful and so I hate to give a bad review but after less then a week my polish started chipping off. At first it was just a small corner but tonight a giant chunk came off my middle finger as you can see in the picture. It’s so frustrating since I got these done for the holidays and they probably won’t last till then.

Trinh did amazing on my nails the past 2 visits!! I got a sns french manicure the pink is called "bubble bath" soooo cute. The white was for christmas and nye and the pink set was for my bday.

When I moved to Austin I went to so many nail places. Everyone was nice and my nails were okay but I’m now loyal to this shop. Perfection every time. But don’t tell anyone ;)

Wow I had the best experience with Austin she was the sweetest most heart centered loving lady. She was very detailed and present with me & communicated and complemented me. She made me feel really good. Deff will be going back to see her.
