I recently got my hair coloured at Made The Cut and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and even gave great suggestions to make sure the colour suited me perfectly. The process was smooth, and I loved how careful they were in keeping my hair healthy while achieving the perfect shade. The end result was vibrant, even, and absolutely gorgeous! On top of that, the salon itself had a great atmosphere—clean, stylish, and relaxing. I also appreciated the aftercare tips they gave me to help maintain my colour for as long as possible. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appointment. Highly recommend! 😊

I asked for a middle part and received a bowl cut, and they made my hair even more straight. I will not be naming the barber but the hair washers are pretty good.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. They are welcoming and friendly. The young woman who washed my hair was wonderful. The best ever. So relaxing. I got my haircut by Raymond. The BEST haircut I ever had!!!! Exceeded my expectations. So so happy. I am a new and loyal customer now. Worth every penny!

I visited the salon twice and paid $490 for hair color services. However, each time, despite clearly explaining the color I wanted, they ended up doing something completely different. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the results

the scalp massage is amazinggg, everyone is super attentive and the conversation is minimal which is nice for an introvert. Ryan is great, love my haircut!!

Every time I come here, without fail, they waste my time. No matter how many appointments I make and how many times I tell them, they still will have me wait an hour just to get a haircut. It’s ridiculous. They’re not getting my business anymore. If you want to have your time wasted and bad customer service, you can give this place a visit.

Love the shampoo and head massage. Reasonable price and experienced hairstylists. Went with a picture and that was helpful. Staff was friendly. The shop is clean and love the garden in the back.

Went in for only a hair wash, horrible experience. Do not get Ryan at any cost, dug his nails into my scalp when washing my hair. Was not worth the $15 for just a hair wash.

If I could give one with negative stars I would. I spent a total of $30 including tip and I didn't expect it to be this bad and only got worse once I got home. For the love of god, DO NOT GO TO THE SHORT PURPLED HAIR WOMAN AT ALL COST.

Do not come here!! I had the worst haircut ever by Elaine (short purple hair lady). My hair came out super choppy, uneven, and like 50% of my hair is cut into bangs. It looks like a wolf cut gone wrong (which I did NOT even ask for a wolf cut), I look ridiculous. She did not ask me about the length I wanted and just started cutting. During the haircut, she was aggressively yanking my hair in all directions, randomly cutting pieces, and kept knocking me in the face and head. She even poked my eyes a few times with her fingers. I will not be coming back here. I am super embarrassed to go out with my haircut and have to hide my hair under a hat now...

My mother went from box color burgundy to a beautiful silver. Jeff spent hours on her hair making sure not to damage it. The results were amazing!! I later got my hair cut by Raymond and it came out exactly like the haircut in the photo I showed him. The stylists at this salon really care about the happiness of the customers. I will never go to another salon again!!

Raymond is an amazing hair stylist from the cut to the wash and blow dry and the coloring, everything came out better than expected! I have been going to this salon since I was a child and I always leave the salon with gorgeous hair!

Wanted to color my hair where my grey would blend in as it grows out. Leo, the stylist, did exactly that. I showed him pictures of the haircut and hair color I wanted. He did exactly that. He also recommended products to use and how often I should come back for touch’s ups.

I went in on Labor Day to get a full highlight on level 7 hair that had a years worth of growth. They did a spectacular job. They overtoned it to silver (which I wanted them to so it’ll counter act the brass) also with a level 7 shadow root and 2 weeks later my hair is a PERFECT light buttery blonde. Ray and his team are the go to for your blonding needs!!

I've been going to Raymond since I was 18, and 20 years later, he's still the one styling my hair. I’ll suggest certain hairstyles, and sometimes he’ll gently let me know it's not the best choice for me. 😂 It might sound blunt, but I appreciate an honest stylist who knows what works!

I have my favorite hair style done in this salon! Everyone here is so nice especially the artist Jeff who got my hair done. He asked me my feelings and opinions patiently throughout the whole process. And the result that turned out doesn’t let me down; exactly what I wanted. Have to give a five stars for this hairstyle and experience. RECOMMENDDDDD!

Jeff not only matched the color to perfection but exceeded my expectations in every way. The shade was spot on, exactly as I had envisioned. The process involved a single round of bleaching, but Jeff’s meticulous attention to detail made the experience incredibly comfortable, my scalp didn’t experience any discomfort at all. Beyond the service, Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain the aftercare routine and offered valuable tips on how to maintain the vibrancy of my new color. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I will definitely be returning!!

This place is a mess lol, one stylist taking care of five different clients. They just throw them around, and make them sit anywhere to wait for the stylist to do everything else to get back to you. Must be regular to get better treatment Also, most of them are not professional. They ask for the owner Raymond's opinion for everything lol

Great service from Leo! It was my first time getting my hair dyed at the salon and I am really enjoying the results. Leo listened to my requests for the color and cut and also provided helpful tips for maintaining good hair health. My services also ended past closing time but Leo made sure I got what I wanted before leaving. I would come back again and request to be serviced by Leo.

I am obsessed with my hair! Raymond listened to what I wanted with my hair color (minimal maintenance, minimal follow-up) and he delivered! My hair looks so multidimensional and the color is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was also very friendly and respectfully. This salon has a great vibe! I highly recommend them.
