Been coming here for YEARS. Me and my mom are so thankful to have found Luu .. she is literally the ONLY one we trust with our hair.. her customer service is top notch (shes super sweet) .. she truly goes above and beyond for her customers—something you dont see to much or nowadays. Seriously idk where we would go if she was to close down. Scary to even think about .. and im NOT even exaggerating. I tried SO many places and all of them suck..

I have been coming here since I was a teenager (I’m 33 now 😜) and the excellent service and high quality hasn’t changed one bit. The owner, Luu, works so hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and she personally does many of the cuts and colors herself. I just got a fresh cut today! Her prices are also extremely affordable for the quality you get! There’s a reason she has operated from the same location for such a long time. ✨ Highly recommend!!!

I went in for a simple cut. I wanted it shorter for the summer and maybe some face framing bangs. I was taken care of by the male stylist. We decided on a length and he started recommending long layers. I finally agreed (I'd had them before) and when I started asking him about my bangs he responded with "later". I thought ok maybe we wants to give me options after he's cut it shorter. He then proceeded to cut the hair around my face with the thinning scissors! Just holding my hair taught and dragging them down to cut off length. Initially, I thought he was just making the face framing bangs first but he ended up chopping the rest of my hair with the thinning scissors. I was in shock and honestly I felt it was too late to say anything. I thought MAYBE he knew what he was doing and just went about it differently than other hair stylists I'd been to. I could've cried when I saw the end result, I did end up tearing up in the car. He gave me a haircut with a V shape from the back and all of my ends are that choppy edgy style 😭 I've never had someone completely misunderstand what I wanted so badly or hated a haircut so much. It's too short to get it fixed. I have a family wedding in a few months and I can only hope it grows out enough in time to get it redone. I'm devastated. Also, he straightened my hair without asking me and then proceeded to charge me for styling it. I paid 35 dollars for a haircut I hate and my scalp still hurts from all the pulling he did.

Liu is wonderful. Been going to her for 10 years. The man who does my monthly pedi is efficient, thorough and professional. Highly recommend shop.

This is the best and most reasonably priced salon in Dallas!!! My only issue is, they didn't stay open until the hours they have on the door. I've been getting my haircut here, as well as my family of 7, and they can do all styles for men women & kids. They're fast and you can also book appointments.

Luu tiene que cuidar a su mamá anciana en la mañana, la encuentran por la tarde a partir a las 3:00 pm hasta a las 8:00 pm o 9:00 pm. Luu have to take care for her old mom in the morning, she begins to work at 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm. She is a good daughter, may God bless her and her job🙏🤗

They are super fast, I’m happy with the results. The girls are the indicated ones. There’s a man working now there too but I wouldn’t recommend it because he’s still learning.

Worst haircut ever. Lady was not paying attention, had to have her fix fade 3x, and did not trim around ears or neck even after specifically asking to trim around neck .. Very careless 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The Lady Named Amy Did My Nails Which Was Powder Because They Don’t Do Acrylic Nails The Lady That Do Hair There Charged $60.00 For Powder Nails My Nails Was All Big And Clumpy I Was So Unhappy I Told Her I Didn’t Like My Nails And She Still Charged Me To Take Them Off And I Ask Why When I’m The One Broke My Nails Off Then They Say They Charge For Soaking In Acetone And I Still Clean Off My Own Nails!!! I Wouldn’t Advice Anyone To Go There! SERVICE IS POOR AMY IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
