She took me in to do my hair during the snow storm. My braids turned out amazing and I will be returning to her. Only took her 4 hours to do my hair and my head is big. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

My hair was done 2 days ago it already looks old, braids are not neat at all, my real hair is showing through the braids, she didn’t cut the extra hair and also has an attitude problem, I asked her to take them down and refund me she refused to even fix them. 250$ gone down the drain.

I took my daughter for butterfly locs and paid 200$ I was tired after working a 12 hr shift to have a loc literally standing on her head she styled it so I couldn't see it n I was so tired didn't think to tell my baby let me see...Neva again smh

The sign on her shop said open but the door was locked. I also rang the doorbell no one answered. I looked up her hours online the shop was supposed to be open. I called several times no picked up or ever called back.

I asked for 5 feed in braids and even showed a pic of the style. Not one time did she say I cannot do that style. She just braided away. No hair products until after finished. Walked out of her house with gel build up on my braids! If it was individual braids maybe it could be better but I won’t be finding out!!! I think the pics online are catfished

I called and she was able to take me and do feed in braids within 15 mins. 6 braids in 1.5 hour and Fatima has very strong grip when braiding. Braids looked good. Works out of home.

I had called to get my hair braided at 7 o’clock in the morning and I was told to come right in made it there about 8 o’clock her home is clean nice environment very respectful and welcome and get the job done quickly I will recommend anyone to get their hair braided here….🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I went to get micro braids in the beginning of March. She started a little before 10am. Her sister came and finished. I dont remember their names but they are PHENOMENAL hair braiders and are very sweet, professional and laidback. The sister came around 10:30am, and was finished with my microbraids by 4pm! 6HRS!! AND SHE HAD A NEWBORN WITH HER!! (Him was so precious, I held and fed him 🥰). Definitely will be back soon to get these micros redone, they are small too. I dont know how to add pics. Update: 2 yrs later.. Went and got the same hairstyle (microbraids) by the same lady, (the heavyset sister).. but this time she was extremely HEAVY HANDED and rude, she wasnt that heavy handed the 1st time. Then she requested me to be there at 7am and she wasnt even there.. i had to wait 20mins for her to arrive. THEN she didnt have on a mask and was laughing and snorting, spraying spit in my hair!! THEN she charged me $200, even though I brought my OWN HAIR, when its suppose to be $200 without hair and $180 if u bring your own hair! If they went up i should have been told that! She almost lost me as a customer because i dont like ppl playing with my intelligence because i can get real IGNORANT!! But I will say though, that they do great work, and they are FAST!! Finished my hair in 6-7hrs! I never sit longer than 7 hrs! Last time her sister finished my hair in 5 hrs.

I'm a Retired/Disabled Licensed Cosmetologist and also Ex Admin Asst. I'm VERY big on good Customer Service. I Googled places to do my tresses, since I can no longer do my own, and this "shop/Apt" came up soooo I'm not sure as to why this place says it's open 24hrs and I've called and left a message over a week ago and no one has called me back 🤔 I honestly forgot I've even called until I got a message from Google to rate this place... I'm like really🤦🏽😏 I would've loved to give a 5 star ⭐ rating however if this is how you run your business then I would respectfully suggest hiring a scheduler to handle your calls and appts or change your hours if you're not going to answer calls 24hrs or even respond within 24hrs ijs🥴🤷🏼

The owner go tell me She go don't want to sell some hair to me and it's was only one pack of hair . It's was to do my niece hair and it's was the holiday so I couldn't get it from the beauty supply and she is a 4 year old . Go say come get your hair done in the shop.

I thought I was going to a shop, GPS took me to her house. Anyways Got my hair braided 4 days ago, my real hair coming out the braids as if she was rushing to braid my hair. Neva again.

Overall, she was timely, got me in right away, and did a great job styling my hair. However, it was my first time getting hair braids and I later learned she took advantage by charging $180 to put my natural hair in box braids without weave. All and all I would go back if the price changed.
