My experiences at Madison Avenue Salon and Day Spa have always been good. My husband and I are snowbirds so I go here during the winter months. The past two years I have tried new services, products, and changed my hair style. Rachel was wonderful about listening to what I was looking for and I left very happy with my new haircut and confident that I could style it as well myself! Going here feels like a treat to myself.

Greeted with smiles 😃 and friendly staff. Love the set up. My stylist, Rachel, was easy to talk with and listened to my hair needs. She did a fabulous job and uplifted my spirit ❤️; which was highly needed, after moving cross country and dealing with house renovations. Love this spa and would highly recommend this place.

Madison Avenue Salon & Spa always has great customer service from the staff at the front desk to the amazing staff who provide the services. Pam cut my hair and did a superb job, making sure everything was perfect. I big thank you to her and the front desk staff. I am so happy with the results.

My daughter, Natalie, has been seen by ANGELA at Madison on 50th Street in Ahwahtukee for many years and I cannot remember a time when she has not been happy with her experience. I have seen the beautiful results of the time and care Angela puts into advising, cutting, treating, and coloring Natalie's hair. Yesterday, I needed a haircut so I called Madison. Luckily, Tracey, who I not met before, had a time open up to cut/style my hair. Very happy!!!! My preferred cut is a pixie style, and not exaggerating, when I say I am very picky... no weight here or there, cut a little more here or there, lots of texturing, shave up from the neck, etc. Tracey did a wonderful job. She listened to what I was looking for and spent time to give me the best haircut I have had in a long time. She is a joy of a person, which added so much to my appointment. She has a new client here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped me pick up some gifts to take home. I asked Natalie to proofread this review and now she knows about the gifts. 😂 Just a great experience. Recommend this salon!!

It’s one thing that she is an incredible hair stylist, but even better that she is in incredible human being. Can’t recommend Sasha enough! She even puts up with my indecisive hair color switches every appointment 😅

I have been going to Sasha for almost five years now and love her!! She gets my blonde exactly where I want it every time. Her balayages are so natural that I can make them last for a while which is great as well. I definitely recommend!

Sasha is a champion. I have had some AWFUL hair experiences in the past, and I am SO grateful I found Sasha. I go in with some ideas, but a lot of time I just ask her what she thinks or what she wants to do with it and let her vibes take over. 11/10 recommend for sure

Kate has been doing my nails for me for over 10 years. She is very welcoming and detail-oriented. I highly recommend her service as a nail technician. I have also known Jessica for less than a year. She does my hair color and styling. She is really good at fixing hair colors and her service is excellent.

Sasha is an absolute hair wizard. I've trusted her with my cuts and color for the last seven years. We've done every color under the rainbow, from short styles to helping me grow out to longer locks. I love that she understands my lifestyle and maintenance needs and is able to provide me with flawless hair that I'm able to easily style and enjoy outside of the salon. Sasha really is responsible for all my good hair days and I couldn't recommend her more!

My last visit was with a new stylist and she not only cut my hair way too short but completely damaged my hair from extreme high heat. I asked to straighten my hair and she offered a blow out I which left my hair curly and not straight. The worst part is I suffered from burns on my scalp from the heat she used!

I have been seeing Sasha for years and she completely saved my life!!! I came to her as a box dye bleacher at home with broken off hair and now I have healthy blonde locks!! Not only is she extremely talented at what she does she is beyond fun to chat with and actually cares about her clients! She is also doing my wedding hair this September and I can’t wait!

Taylor is a complete professional as well as a really enjoyable person! She has nurtured my hair back to health after I had a terrible experience elsewhere.
