I had been a little disappointed after my first visit and went in to see where to go from that point with my color. Dee Dee was so very kind and patient with me. She helped me get my hair color back on track with some balayage type highlights and lighter shade for my roots. It looks wonderful now!! I have a plan how to proceed with follow up visits and feel confident about how my hair will look in the future.

First, I don’t let anybody touch my hair, so I walked in off the street for a in person consultation. That’s how I met my stylist, color expert and 2nd daughter, Andrea Buckner! She took the time to explain the process, listened to my fears and eased my anxiety about coloring my hair! She was so sweet. I am completely at ease with her professionalism and expertise, I don’t even think about it any more, I just make my appointment and tell Ms. Andrea, ‘Do whatever you think I need’! She even makes me a nice cup of hot tea! I feel like a Queen for the day! The store Manager, Ms. Dee Dee (sorry don’t know her full name), is always so pleasant and helpful! The entire staff is really nice and knowledgeable! Plus the music is great! I look forward to my return hair appointments, it’s so worth it, and so am I !

Very happy how my color came out. The girls were very friendly Brittany and Sanara. Sanara did a wonderful color job. Thank you! I have to say how pleased I am with Brittany. Holy cow, I am a convert, and it’s all because of the amazing stylists at this location! I’ve been dying my hair red for 12 years now, and even though I had stylists in my family and worked at a salon at 16, I have always preferred to do my hair at home. When we moved into our new house, my husband asked if I could start going to a salon to dye my hair because red dye has a way of getting everywhere no matter how careful you are. Last month, I went to a stylist who told me dying my hair medium auburn- something I’ve been doing nearly monthly for over a decade- was not possible. She insisted that I needed to bleach my hair and then she could put a very light copper on. I cried from the frustration and got even more angry when the $95 color appointment I booked turned into a $300 service (and tip) for a color I didn’t want and faded within 4 washes. When I tell you that Madison Reed was a complete 180, I’m not exaggerating. I was helped the moment I walked in and was kept informed of every step we were taking and how long it would be. Not once did anyone tell me my color was impossible because they knew what they were doing. Sonara was so sweet and was able to get my hair to a BEAUTIFUL shiny medium auburn that made me smile the entire time my hair was drying. I opted to add a blowout, and found out that hot tool styling is INCLUDED in that price. It was well after close, but the stylists still offered a curl multiple times. I didn’t take them up on it this time because I wanted them to get home, but if this salon is always as positive, capable of nailing my hair color, and affordable as it was this time, I won’t ever need to find another place to get my hair done!

I have the best experience every time I come to Madison Reed. I love DeeDee and Jourdan. Today 09/06/2024, my appointment was for 5:45 PM. I was running :15 minutes late and asked Ms. Deedee if I needed to reschedule? She responded with a BIG beautiful smile and said “NO”!! You come in, we would be happy to take care of you. I felt so welcomed. Thank you very much for these two beautiful ladies. If they ever leave I can’t promise you that I would stay. They are the reason I come to this location. So thankful for them!!

I was so pleased with my color. I was going to settle for a different color because I didn’t know if the hairstylist was going to be able to give me what I wanted. Wow ! She made it happen. Love my hair color… Thank you DeDe !!!!

It is always nice to go to a salon to have your hair professionally done. However, I would’ve preferred the colorist to give more professional advice as to which color best fit my skin tone, and eye color best. I did not receive expert advice instead I chose a color using an iPad. The hair stylist made me feel special and took her time styling my hair.

Phenomenal service. Felt pampered and relaxed from beginning to end. Staff was super friendly. I let the colorist have full creative freedom. She pulled up recommendations and came up with a plan for the direction we were headed for my hair. Wash station we delightful. The community on the salon floor was warm and relaxed. I enjoyed being there and you can definitely tell they genuinely love it there too!

They are the best! My hair is healthy even with bleach! I wash it about every 4 days and use hair bond and leave in conditioner. I get compliments all the time and always mention Madison Reed. The price is definitely worth it. One thing to note is you don’t get the same stylish each time, however they all do a great job. I have pics of my natural hair to now. I did the initial session w my stylist back in IL and then the last 3 at Madison Reed.

I was so amazed at the quality of expertise and service at the Fort Worth, TX color bar! DeeDee was exceptional at introducing me to the Madison and Reed experience and products and I just totally love this place and would recommend it to anyone needing a customized color with nourishing and healthy hair products. I have never received so many positive comments from complete strangers about my hair color being simply beautiful and I happily told them Madison and Reed definitely was the place to go ❣️They do not disappoint!

I started using Madison Reed during Covid. I was so pleased when they opened the Color Bar. They could mix and match roots and glosses far better than I did. We always discuss what I liked (and occasionally needed to change) from the prior coloring. The colorists all seem to know their product and are very professional. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. The Unlimited Roots membership is the best. The colorists are good at what they do and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable during the whole experience. The only thing that would make this place better is a receptionist. I love it here.
