I had a WOW experience!! The staff at Madison Reed were amazing from pre-appointment consultant to end color application. I’m a natural brunette went platinum blonde; the team took me back to brunette and it turned out fantastic! Great service, healthy hair product and a beautiful salon! Well done!!!!💜

Amazing service! I brought my mom in for partial highlights and they did amazing. Such an amazing stylist who is very knowledge and knew exactly what she wanted. 100% would recommend!!!

Very disappointed. The service was long and exhausting. The person who was helping me gave me a completely different color to my hair as I requested. Then she kept giving the job to help me to someone or the else. Whenever I told her about something she did the complete opposite. I am just waiting for few days to colour my hair again and get rid of the mess they created. So disappointed never visiting again. I wish I can get my money back.

I went to Madison Reed in Tampa for the first time. I moved to Florida from Wisconsin and had only ever used the Madison Reed box color at home, so I was thrilled when I discovered a Madison Reed salon. I read the reviews and am honestly so surprised at the negative ones. This was the best first experience I could have asked for at a salon. I was greeted by everyone there and promptly offered coffee and water. I believe it was the manager who brought me the coffee with cream and sugar, I felt like I was in a cafe. I went in for an all over color, as I had patches of different colors going on from my own at-home box color touch ups, plus grays, plus fading. Shawna was my colorist and she was AMAZING!! She took the time to consult with me and go through what the most suitable color would be for me. I know nothing about hair and initially wanted something that was not the right shade. Luckily, Shawna was honest and advised me the right way, the color she suggested that I go with instead ended up PERFECT. Another thing I loved is that it is relatively affordable. In Wisconsin the salons I went to were a scam - I have long hair and I would always be charged additional for them having to mix extra color. Madison Reed doesn't do that. And instead of charging me extra for drying my hair, they have a self-service blow dry station with their own products to use. I would normally leave the salon with wet hair because I don't pay for blow drying, but I didn't have to do that here which was so amazing and something other salons don't provide. I am a full-time student in law school, so time and money are two things I don't have a lot of right now. To spend an entire afternoon and $100 on a beauty treatment is a big deal for me and this was worth every penny. It is days later and I am still absolutely loving and admiring my new hair. I will definitely be going back!

The staff that work here are all amazing from the Manager, Adam to the stylists Stefanie, Luisa and Brandy!! They have my back and make sure everything is right before I leave the salon! Great location too right off the freeway! Best experience, color and style. They are experts at what they do!! They go above and beyond!

I had an incredible experience at Madison Reed with Luisa as my stylist. Despite my hair's challenging history with multiple black box dyes, Luisa worked her magic and gave me a head full of stunning highlights on my very first visit. The results were realistic and beyond my expectations, making me extremely happy. I have super thick hair, and right before coming here, I was turned away by another salon because of the amount of hair I have. I came to Madison Reed feeling desperate, but I left so happy. Luisa went above and beyond for me, even staying late to ensure I got my blowout. Her talent and dedication are truly remarkable. I would recommend Madison Reed to everyone—they account for all types of hair! This place has definitely won me over, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

I do not think the quality reflects the price paid. Staff was very pleasant and offered product and to put me back in wash with toner; however 1st photo is what I asked for, 2nd photo is how it turned out. As you can see there is no dimensional color and it looks mostly blonde while my roots are a reddish brown. While the colors are pretty, this was not what I expected to pay so much for.

I would not recommend this place. I have been there at total of four times. The first two times the girl I had did a ok job but my highlights never were blond. The next two times I got stuck with this other girl.(you can’t pick your stylist) The last time was the worst ever! I was there for over four hours for a root touch up and a crown foil. The highlights were brown. I asked for blond. I will not be coming back. I have to go to another salon to fix it. My hair also feels like straw. It’s a good thing I use the best products and not theirs!

I’m a limitless pro + member and at MR every 3 weeks to get my gray and roots touched up. Everyone is great and works magic on my hair but I love Luisa the best, esp when I book a blowout with my color. Pure magic!!!

OBSESSED WITH THIS SALON! they are the sweetest people ever and so so helpful! they care so much about their clients and it truly shows! You must come to this place, and if you do Luisa is an amazing hair color and dresser person. I’ve being going to her for 3 months and I can say my hair has improved and it’s much healthier now. She has the Midas touch.
