I have been coming to this Madison Reed Color Bar ever since they first opened and they do not ever disappoint!!! Liz is AMAZING and every time I need anything new or fresh or have any questions, she is always there to help. She is extremely knowledgeable and a great colorist!!!!! I go every 2 weeks and they always make me look beautiful!!!!!

I like the experience but the price didn't match what was online. both ladies were 5 stars. I made the assumption I got charged correctly. If I decide to go back, I will consult first about the price.

Everyone at Madison Reed is very nice and welcoming. But Liz was amazing, she went above and beyond for me. Great service and i absolutely love how my hair color came out. I will definitely keep coming back!!!

The staff @Madison Reed in Pembroke Pines is amazing! Everyone is very respectful and friendly. Elizabeth does an amazing job every time and y she loves her work as they all do there! Thank you Elizabeth and everyone who always assists me!! You really make us beautiful!

Unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the services and results. It started from the first appt. On Thursday, Jan 2nd when I arrived after scheduling my appt online, with the impression I would be getting a full color and highlights for $159 after the promocode offered online. The colorist told me she would not be able to do both, and could only do the full color. And I could schedule the highlights for the next day. Despite my confusion, as I booked online, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I got my full color and booked an appt for 1pm with the same colorist for the very next day (Friday January 3rd). The full color came out fine. I arrived on Friday excited to get my highlights, as the colorist from the day prior mentioned she would make my inspo pic come true. As soon as I get there she tells me she can’t do it because of scheduling conflicts. Again confused because I just booked with her the day prior. She puts me with another colorist who mentions she will not be able to achieve my inspo pic, but can work me up to it due to the color of my hair. Despite my hesitation to continue, I do so reluctantly and show her my inspo pic. She starts the process, and I pray for the best. At the end, the highlights are the color the colorist showed me, but nowhere near enough and definitely not worth the $100 I was charged. In total I paid $210 for results I am extremely disappointed with. More then what I booked online. I would not recommend this place, as the customer service was poor, the results are not what I wanted, and I feel as though I was taken for a fool. Sad as I had high hopes for them after being referred.

Christina did an amazing job. I gave her the impossible task of fixing the nightmare of hair color I had received from a different person. She was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and with her expertise she gave me the exact color I wanted. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

I have a membership and have been been going to Madison Reed for my hair coloring for the past three years. On today's visit my Colorist was Abby who asked me questions as to my color preference and services requested. She also recommended a product to maintain my color until my next appointment. As usual the color was absolutely stunning and she blow dried my hair in the style I love! Very happy with my recent visit! :-)

This is my second time here. First time was such a lovely experience with my colorist that I decided to get a membership however, today as I was going in for a root cover up, my colorist tried to upsell me a conditioner to take home. After politely, refusing the second time she said “just buy it, if you don’t like it you can return it” . I declined again but she simply left the conditioner at the stylist station and walked away with an attitude. I was annoyed, but at this point my color was developing and I was like whatever . At the end of my visit, as I was checking out, I see that she kept the conditioner (which I three times declined) on my tab and luckily the receptionist who was checking me out made me aware of it. I don’t know if it was the shift in her attitude or the fact that she tried to trick me into buying a conditioner, but frankly, it didn’t feel good. Just beware if you go there. Beyond that, roots came out fine but I’ll never go to her again.

First time going to Madison reed and trying their color services. I had to leave to return to work otherwise i would have stayed to have it fixed. I came in requesting a balayage with golden / honey , and had mentioned several times i did not want ashy or reds of any sort. The stylist was very nice, however i left incredibly disappointed. I had showed a picture of what i was trying to get my hair toned down to. I walked in with very grown out highlights, and wanted to weave in some caramels / gold / honey … i left with my roots completely dark and still showing as grown out, my hair is completely ashy and dull, and my bottom layer looks like a burnt sienna. I left very disappointed and unhappy. Hopefully calling tomorrow to see if they will fix as this is not at all what i had requested or wanted. After paying $285 i expect to have my hair look at least similar to what i requested. Attached is a picture of the golden i showed the stylist i wanted… and next to it is what i received - roots still appear grown out and my hair is completely dull.

Lisa did a great job of providing me a consult to make sure I would be happy with a full head of highlights and updated shade of brown. She offered s strip test which was amazing because a lot of stylists will wing it and may overprocess your hair. But, she performed the test and we checked the color and talked about everything before she started my highlights. She was very personable, professional and caring. She knew exactly how to create the shade I wanted.
