I love my hair so much! I was in and out within 90 minutes, the staff is super friendly, and everyone there seems like they really love their work. So glad I found this place!!

I had a late evening appointment and the woman who started the color clocked out before my hair was done processing. The woman who washed and conditioned my hair was fine. I think having one person thru the process is much better. I ended up tipping 20% anyway but it didn’t feel right.

Product leaves my hair to dry and after each color so far 2 I lose hair immediately! Please cancel my membership!!!!

The weave was just not done well. The bleach probably ran through and not applied close enough to my scalp

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you are a blond do not go here. They turned my daughter’s golden blond hair to white with green/blue undertones. I don’t even know how this can happen with toner. Then the stylist charged me full because she thought it looked great while my daughter was crying in the salon. Zero Concern on the customers perspective. Zero compassion and no solution offered besides to wash her hair a lot to try to get the toner out.

Visit the salon on Sundays and Mondays. That’s when the grumpy manager from California is off and the salon is full of kind & sweet ladies w southern hospitality 🏜️🫶✨

Perhaps this model works for some people, but not for me. The first time I went I ended up with red roots. My hair is not red. The second time I went to try and correct it- I now have orange red highlights. It’s a mess. They did offer me 50% off because I wasn’t happy however there was no attempt to correct it. I’m extremely unhappy. I do not recommend this place.

Great experience at this salon! I have a membership and go to this location for over a year, consistently getting great results. Eric, the manager, is really good at picking the right color- such a treat to get service with him!

I love my hair color! It's easy to work with Madison Reed. I book the appointment online at a time convenient for me. The appointment starts on time and ends on time. The staff are professional, friendly and appreciate the customer. Great color and other products.

This cancelation policy is horrible, the business model charged me $110 for a cancelation that was 2 days before the appointment. The part that was the most concerning was that when I placed the cancelation it didn't prompt me to confirm that cancelation will charge me "x" amount and have me confirm my choice. This leads me to believe that they care very little about the customer or how they are perceived, horrible. I completely understand a cancelation policy but their should be appropriate warning and verification. I will never be using this business for this reason and suggest that you are very careful about any booking you make with Madison Reed. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying them out.

Always a great experience getting my roots colored. Eric the manager and staff are friendly and professional. My hair color is always perfect and very soft! I really enjoy going to the Scottsdale Color Bar!

I had a membership for a few months but canceled it today. You cannot request a stylist or make an appointment with a stylist. You get whoever you get to do your hair and while some of the colors and stylists are skilled, some are not and it was a disappointment being a member here.

I really had a terrible experience here. There was a lot of waiting with no communication, it was uncomfortable. They left the color in my hair for longer than projected because they seem to not have enough staff to accommodate the workload. I also was made to feel like I was bothering them when I was trying to check out. I don’t love the blow dry your hair yourself concept, especially for the price! I left with wet hair and color in my face and paid over $100. I will not be going back.

I have had several bad colors over the past couple of years and was about to give up on finding somewhere that could give me the experience I was looking for. I could not be more happy to have found Madison Reed! My colorist Emily was approachable, understanding, listened and offered recommendations on how to best move forward! So happy with my color that I have signed up for the renewal/monthly program to come in and continue with root work and occasional highlight touchups. The environment is welcoming and clean. I do wish that they would offer a basic cut treatment but understand and respect that they have perfected the coloring and want to maintain that!

It was my first time going to Madison Reed and I was a little nervous. That quickly went away as I had Francine as my hairstylist and she did an amazing job! She was very professional and she knew what she was doing, but above that she very friendly and kind.

My first color experience with Madison Reed was very good. Chantel was wonderful fully explaining products and the process in a friendly and professional manner. My color and gloss came out great and she did a nice blowout. Definitely recommen!

I usually color my hair at home and have been using madison reed for about 2 years. The service did give me full coverage but left my scalp very irritable and dry. I wish there was more time in the process for conditioning the hair after the color.

We are late in adding this review ! scheduling our new appointment reminded me . The service , professionalism , and skill was 5 stars during our first visit . Such a friendly and caring staff that helped my daughter choose the perfect color! She is excited to go back today. We use madison reed to refresh at home , but love to go here for first time applications of new color and for their consulting help. The best ever resource ! Can't wait for our re color and style today- love their products and staff !
