IF UR BLONDE OR HAVE CURLY HAIR DONT GO HERE! First photo is my hair before I came to this Salon, long healthy no split ends, and curly! I tried at least 4 times now to have this salon redeem itself after the first mess up ( 2nd and 3rd photo ) were they somehow fried half my head even tho it was supposed to just be a root touch up. After 2 attempts to correct the color I still have discoloration and damage ( 4th photo ) that’s clearly not gonna get corrected unless I completely cut off my hair and start over. Mind you after the first attempt to correct it I had to pay to continue to fix there mess. Today I just needed a haircut and defuse so I didn’t have to worry about my curly hair not budging with me the day of my new job. I get told I have to get my defuse done by a tier 1 stylist since I was late to my appointment which is my fault but I’m told she knows what she’s doing with curly hair. She did not and it’s not even her fault she was so sweet clearly wanted to do what was right but was not given the right training, the last photo is what my hair turned out like after getting a blow dryer straight to the scalp with no defused tip which all curly haired people know is essential for evenly distributing heat for minimal heat damage. I probably got even more damage done today. Had to cut my hair even shorter after these experiences cause my hair just isn’t bouncing back even after 3 free treatments to “makeup” for frying my hair. I’m so done with this salon so sad with what happened to my hair I debate every day just shaving it off and starting over.

I had originally left them a five star review. The first time I went my hair was amazing gorgeous best hairdo I've ever had. When I went back in to get my roots touched up she ruined my hair. I went from Reese Witherspoon Sandra Bullock Grill next-door to Jessica rabbit on crack. I had hotspots of red there were probably five different colors red on my hair. The crazy thing is there wasn't supposed to be any red in my hair it was a brown with blonde chunks. When I went back in and complained she said oh you gave me Permission to do it however I wanted OK well that didn't mean ruin my hair. So when I went back in two days later for her to fix it I sat in the chair with bleach on my hair for like four hours I was literally in her chair for almost 6 hours and instead of her fixing it she had someone else do it. This has been a year ago and my hair is still fried out shame on you and shame on you Maggie for allowing this to happen

After extensive research, we came across this salon and book an appointment for my daughter’s first curly cut. Upon booking, I stressed the fact that this was our first time, and we were very nervous. I asked if my daughter’s hair needed to be washed prior to the appointment and was told no, they do it. I called once again on the day of the appointment to let them know my daughter’s hair was currently straight and if it needed to be washed prior. Again, the response was no. We made it to the appointment, my daughter was already extremely nervous and as soon as the stylist approaches us, he says “her hair needs to be washed and it’s natural state” of course my daughter began crying. The manager not once approached us to apologize or offer to rectify the complete waste of time and lack of communication. We demanded our deposit be refunded and left. I’m disgusted and honestly dodged a bullet with this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Jazmine is a great stylist that understood from the begining my apprehension with highlights and how they tended to fade to orange after time with my hair. She treated my virgin hair with care and took extra precaution to make sure a mistake that happened about twenty years ago, disinteresting me in ever highlighting again, did not happen. Both, my husband and I are happy with the way my hair turned out, and I am excited to continue this new hair journey with Jazmine as my hair specialist/artist.

Mary gave me exactly what I asked for… thank you!! The color and cut is perfection. She was also great listener and explained each step of what she was doing. I can’t wait to come back and continue my hair transformation process! My only suggestion for improvement is not for Mary at all, but rather the front desk staff. When I made my appt, I was very clear I would need some sort of color AND cut. I explained I typically get highlights and toner. The front desk staff explained I’d need a color consultation first, which I agreed to and reconfirmed that I would be able to get my hair colored that same day after the consult. They even had me change my time to 2pm (from 12) bc Mary had no one after that time so she could dedicate it to my color. Well, when I arrived I was only scheduled for my color consult and cut, but it had not been communicated that I’d be doing my color the same day as someone else had been booked after me. That said, Mary was excellent and was able to do everything I needed. Let me reiterate, this was a poorly managed appointment scheduling issue from the staff - nothing to do with Mary. Mary was excellent. Suppose this could be a training opportunity…

My stylist Mary was great! I have alot of fine, curly hair and she handled my blowdry/flatiron really well. I came as a walk- in and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. They are well organized and efficient and it was an overall great experience. 👍

I came to Claudia second time.. Maybe she is a wonderful master on long beautiful hair, but mine is short and thin. First time she cut my hair was far away from great, but acceptable. Hair blow she has no idea how to do..again on short hair. Second time, just before Thanksgiving, she can’t cut nicely my hair, all in visible steps.. after she tried blow my hair and was a nightmare. She looked at me and said “it’s nice”.. I don’t know she is in apriori doesn’t see beauty or just on me.. Finally Christine (hope spell her name correctly) wash my hair again, cut again and blow. After that it’s became a Nice. When I called the first time in office, I asked specifically for Master who is a specialist for short haircuts. They scheduled my appointment with Claudia, who is not even close to be the master I requested. Please listen the customer and offer right specialist.

I didn't want to look older. I'm 71. I get the job done, ladies. I decided to take charge and do something. I called 3-4 local PemPines salons. Rude, out of bness, etc... Maggie's actually spoke with me and introduced me to Sola. An appointment followed, with Sola, a consultation, great connectivity, a total pro on my hair. No more $20 and out Sola gave me a totally short military style straight cut today. He is a meticulous MAN. I now have shiny silver instead of pale, lifeless gray. And what was left of the lifeless dark hair near the temples is now Salt N Peppa, baby. Thank you Sola. Nuff said.
