Beware !!! Beware !!!! Due to the shop being closed down Z was coming to my house for the 6 session lipo.. After the 4th session Z stopped answering my calls and never showed up !! This is her 2nd time standing me up w/o a phone call !!! You pay for your sessions up front so I trusted her with my hard earned money and this how she repaid me !!!! Please spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

First appointment. Zee came up with a personalized plan for me. I was not ready for the cost and she did a payment plan for me. But most importantly she was flexible and worked with me on the terms. She made it very clear that she wanted me to focus on my body and not to stress about the money because she would work with me . We had a great appointment that flew by with our fun conversation . Excited to see my results to come

Friday I made an appointment online for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. Z called me moments later saying that she was out of town in New York and had to reschedule for later that day which we did. I went up there, no one was there. I called and she said she was still in New York and could not make it back so we rescheduled again for Monday. Come Monday I go up to the shop at the time we agreed on again no one's there I called no one answers I waited no one came. Hours later she calls me saying she has so many missed calls from this number it must be an emergency and must be 911 because there's so many calls from this number(I called like 10 over the hour so yeah) . When I'm trying to explain that I had an appointment today and waited outside for an hour for her she hangs up on me and blocked my number. I was being really understanding with the reschedule and I appreciated the communication but that was just too much, to unprofessional and just not handled in a good way. And Z if you are reading this please refund my money.

The yuni steam was great and the foot detox was really great. Z was thoughtful and took time to find the strawberry shortcake and beverage we wanted. The mini facial was not my favorite since they just wiped off my face and put a sheet face mask on.

She was very supportive & very informative abt Service's she recommended for me to get what I was looking for. We flew out from Vegas for my sister’s birthday. We are a group of 9 women and Z made it a point to get as much done as possible ahead of time to make the experience. She not only met that expectation, but exceeded it. There were changes leading up to the event and even day of. The owner Z made sure we were accommodated. She made sure we felt welcome, had fun and stayed together throughout the services. Thank you!

Z and Jazz are wonderful, they accommodated all 4 of us with a 4 day notice. My mother had an amazing time for her birthday. They catered to us and made the party special for us, from the cake to the banner, and the wine (well sparkling juice for us). This was an amazing experience!

my daughter ,bestfriend and i had appointment on 12/11/2021 for my birth yetday weekend, the owner did not show up and they were close,. we call her and she act like she forgot about us. we ask fora refund .

“Z” failed to let us know that instead of coming to us as discussed over the phone she apparently overbooked herself and started talking about her other clients she had while she was supposed to be taking care of us. No one on earth would set an event up, purchase food, decorations, and beverages without the understanding that they were coming to give a service. She was very rude as I tried talking respectfully. I called her when the appointment page asked for my address to clarify that she would be coming to us. She says yes. We will come to you all. But failed to do that and also failed to take accountability. I’m upset because I tried supporting a black business but sometimes it’s not worth it. She continues to HARASS ME via text about HER poor communication. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She also stated I wouldn’t get a refund but proof showed the bank I was right and I did receive my refund! So glad I kept all documents.
