Alex did excellent work!! I got a pedicure on another day by the older lady and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I went in with soft feet and by the time I left my heels were cut and hurting so bad. She thought she was grating cheese or something. And she’s so rude to the customers. Never will I go back

These people are ripping everyone with bad customer service and charges. I paid almost 50.00 for just a rebase 😲. GO SOME PLACE ELSE! They are loosing lots of clients. Place was empty when I went in, on a weekend I do not recommend.

Worst service ever! I simply asked Alex to clean the table with alcohol because there was dust flying everywhere and in my coffee and he dusted off his hands and said I am gonna ask you to leave, no communication just I will not serve you? Rude service will never return and urge other to run!

Yesterday was my first time at this salon, I've tried several others, must say I was empress, I didn't get his name but he was fast and did a great job. Definitely recommed.

Alex never just meets my expectations, he usually blows them away! He’s very talented. He’s a great artist so I tell him to what colors I want and he does the rest! I always get pretty toes to match! Thank you all at Magic Nails

I have been going here for 15 years, and I always leave so happy with my nails. Alex has been doing my nails my last few visits and I am over the moon. I always think I will stump him with my design ideas...and each time he blows me away with something even better. Highly recommend.

I went today and I HATE my nails. They are so ugly they couldn’t do any design I wanted even a simple star design were SO rude and I the acrylic is a mess bumpy all over my fingers sooo ugly I left crying and still paid. The lady cut my fingers twice I have never left such a mean review but they are soo bad I’m embarrassed. And now I have to go spend more money to fix them SOMEWHERE else do not recommend.

I whent today to their place they were really friendly, but they charge me 70 dollars for a pedicure and a manicure. Would sadly not come back again because of the prices.

They did a very bad job on my nails when I got home and looked at them under the light I couldn't believe it I originally gave her a good review then to top it off my daughter got a really nasty infection on her toe from the pedicure that she got I had to do a chargeback because of the money and pain that was wasted and our time I spent $135 there and I ended up spending over $40 at the store and my daughter had to take off all her nail polish from her toes it was just a big mess I'll never go to another salon again

Went in for pedicure. It was empty and as soon as I walked in the younger girl was rushing me to sit down. She was hurting my feet that whole pedicure. She was rushing as if they were busy. Very rude , not friendly. The older lady tried to turn away a girl that went in to fix her nail and told her they can’t because they don’t have her nail color but she had gotten her nails done there lol horrible customer service. Never going here again .

Horrible customer service. If i could give 0 stars I would The lady that did my pedicure was rude and in a rush. I felt like she just wanted me out. She kicked me out of the chair before my toes were even dry. I ended up with chipped nail polish. Not worth the $31 i paid. I could of purchased a $5 dollar polish and did them at home. I won't go there again.

I got a French tip gel nail and French tip gel pedicure they made my feet soft and they actually corrected my ingrown toe nail problem they haven’t come back in 3 months. My Finge nail gel polish though did not last more than a week. I spent $90

I usually only go here because of Lynn. But yesterday I went in for manicure and dip powder polish, and the older lady who did mine was so grumpy and never said a single word to me. She didn’t do the service I asked for and I’m so disappointed in my polish job she did, I want to go somewhere to get them fixed. I asked for dip polish, she sprinkled acrylic powder on my real nails and painted with gel. My nails are lumpy and all different shapes, I’m actually a bit embarrassed to show them. Sad to say but I won’t return there. They just rush even when nobody is waiting.

I went here for a pedicure and the girl had an attitude for no reason she was poking at my skin and made me bleed twice, even when I was pulling my foot away because it was hurting she wouldn’t stop. It was supposed to be a regular $35 pedicure and she charged me $50 definitely not worth it never coming here again.

It was a good experience. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing ! Real good complements ! And the man who did my nail designs was great as well. Although at first he took his time, the lines came out perfect , but as more people entered the shop he started rushing the process a bit more. Some of the lines are uneven. Payed $100 for the set and the pedicure. The nails still look good though.

My normal nails tech lady was busy. Decided to give a nail place in my area a try. Big mistake. My daughter asked for her nails to be shorter she was told they were fine. Confused if the nail tech was paying for them or myself...my daughter had to come home with extremely long nails I paid for....for my daughter. Will never be back. I understand why i travel 40 minutes from where i live to have my nails done.

The lady that did my nails was so rude to me, she was doing my nails in a rush and was going too hard, I told her I was hurting and she even said if I don’t like it I could leave. I now have a cut on the edge of my finger and it hurts like hell. She also gave me one price and at the end she charged me way more and she just took my money without even saying thanks. This place is not profesional and it should close down, the service is horrible.

Went in for a new set and a pedicure. First off the lady did not listen when I kept asking her for shorter nails, she would actually get irritated and only say “later” same applies to the shape of the nail. So much acrylic was left over around my fingers, the shape was wrong and so was the length. A day later my toe has been hurting all day and I just now took a look at it and pus is coming out. Not a good experience at all.

i paid $75 for a set of acrylic nails. the guy who did my nails, Alex, didn’t tell me it would cost more for french tip, so when i had to pay he told me it was $75 and my jaw dropped. the staff was not very friendly. they didn’t talk to anyone but each other, and when they did talk to their coworkers they were making fun of the customer. Alex and another worker looked at my sisters hands and laughed at them, and also compared her hands to theirs and just kept laughing. for my set of nails being $75 you would think they’d last longer than a week. well they haven’t. i don’t do any manual labor and these nails are falling apart. ive never had a set of nails where the plastic nail piece separates from the acrylic. also adding, we arrived there at 2, and were told to come back in an hour being they were busy. so we can back at 3, and they made us wait until 4/5 to even be served.

Give no Star. Lady rushed and splash acetone in my eye and burn. Rough file my nails and cut scrap my skin. New set of nails came out awful and paint too. She got on FaceTime and not pay attention talking. I repeated told her what I want on my nails but she didn't do it. She is rushing to get next client. I do not recommend at all. I sat in shop for 3 and half hours. I couldn't leave because I have foil and acetone on my fingers. I should've left.
