I did my gel nail last week on 12/13/23 , my gel nail always last a month , This didnt last a week, Im posting this picture today on 12/21/23 because i work yesterday , and I didnt have a chance to do it yesterday , I dont know what product they r using, so pls if you readind this , dont go to this salon , they use very low product and they charge you as high product , Mary was my manicurist , she was very nice but the nail polish didnt last a week .., very disapointed and I call to complaint and the manager scream at me , and them she put me on hold and she was talking about me a d I was listen to the hole conversation .very disapointed .

This is the worst place to go. The employees fight with customers and tell them off. the owner doesn’t respect the customers neither. The employees are verbally abuse and physically abuse of customers at the time. This place is not recommended for no one.

Ayer fui a que me hicieran el tinte y corte de pelo y parece que el personal estaba disgustado con la dueña y me hicieron un buen tinte del pelo pero el corte de cabello fue un desastre. La persona que me lo hizo trabajó a toda carrera para salir pronto y me dejo completamente trasquilada. El corte no tiene forma alguna y ahora tengo que esperar a que crezca para poder hacer un nuevo corte. De esta manera es como se pierden los clientes. En cualquier negocio el cliente es prioridad.

Today they lost me as their customer for almost 10 years. All the manicurist i knew had leave this place in the past 6months. Today i had an appointment at 10 am and when I got there Ada was starting with a customer . There were only 2 manicurists working on a Friday mornin. Since nobody even tried to accomodate me i left and I won't come back.

I been thinking about writing a review about this salon for the past weeks. I honestly didn’t want to write a bad review about this salon because I basically been coming since it opened. At the beginning I loved the place super affordable the service was awesome but later on as I kept coming I notice how the staff would have their own arguments in front of the clients and how their appointment would be so unorganized in the sense that clients that had appointment would have to wait because they had started working on a client that didn’t have appointment. The last time I went was when I realized that’s it! I’m not gonna there anymore. I was so furious at the fact that the hairstylist went outside to smoke a cigarette and when she came back inside to give a blow dry my whole hair smelled like cigarettes :( I was so freaking mad!!!!! I couldn’t stand the smell plus I am pregnant so that wasn’t good for me. My husband was upset I wasted money on my hair because I ended up washing it at home. That wasn’t the only thing, she messed up the hair color I wanted. The lady the manager has in charge of answering the phone and making payments is SUPER RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I honestly don’t know her name but I wish I did she honestly doesn’t deserve to work there. The manager (Frida) is such a sweetheart and it breaks my heart that she’s letting her salon go down the drain with staff she has. Unfortunately she lost a client and I’ll no go there or recommend no one :(

Un lugar espertacular mi estilista maykel lo recomiendo 100% y sali super feliz me han dado servicio mas de 4 veces y garantizo que voy aseguir asistiendo porque tienen lo tienen todo profecionalismo , atecion ,y dedicacion a cada cliente que visite este exelente lugar

Michael was awesome! He cut my daughter's hair exactly the way she wanted it. 100% recomended! Michael es genial, le corto el pelo a mi hija exactamente como ella lo queria. 100% recomendado!
