Came in here to get a pedi first thing in AM, there were two techs there. They told me to sit at a pedicure chair. Another woman came in after me, not only did they take her first but both techs began working on her and just had me sit there. Then kindly just say we can take you later, no they kept telling me two minutes. Never will step foot in here again! Racist salon

Absolutely LOVED this place. My first time getting my nails done at a nail salon. Staff were friendly and helpful, felt welcomed here. It was a pretty busy day, but the wait was not too long. The nails came out really good and exactly what I asked for. This place slayed, definitely coming back with my girlies next time.

Everyone at Magnificent Nail Salon is absolutely amazing. They take their time on everyone's nails and make sure that you leave loving your nails. They treat everyone like family and I cannot recommend them more!

I had a terrible experience here. I was quoted $65 when I first went in for ombre gel nails and was charged $74 before I left due to some hidden fees that was never told to me. The owner Esther justifies cuz all the stores in the area impose hidden fees [so it’s ok for her to do the same thing]. I walked in with excitement to get my nails done as a reward for myself after completing a challenging semester as a grad school student and walked out feeling lied to. The experience ruined everything.

I went here with my girlfriend to get her nails done yesterday, she loved the service and absolutely loved the way her nails came out. Staff were friendly and understanding, nail polish and materials were high quality for a good price. Recommend this place to anyone.

I was hesitant to write this review because I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021 and had appreciation for Esther, but I have to tell the truth.. Last few times that I came to get my usual dip powder nails & gel pedicure the quality of the work declined significantly, they rushed my work and treated me as If I haven’t been coming here for years, last 2 times she had an attitude and to top it off, my nails peeled within a day.. then I came back to get them redone but a different color since I was already traumatized with this one.. Same thing. They peeled off within a few days.. To me, it seems like they been using cheap/ low quality products & still charging a lot.. Not what it used to be. Super disappointed & unhappy. Unbelievable. Will never go there again. Expensive yet low quality. And the shapes are all rushed and not uniform.

Yesterday I called for an appointment. Scheduled it @4:30. Went today. Esther Said come back @5. I go back and she said pick a color. I’m asking her how much. She said I have to see your nails to tell you the price. I’m literally standing there. The Customer she is doing tells her look at her nails. She gets up and walks around me. And still said I’m not sure. I turn around and walk out. I said Never mind. How unprofessional. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

The name of the salon is exactly how they make you feel. Wing did my nails excellent and Maggie did my pedicure perfectly. The experience I received from all of the technicians made me feel like I had been going there all the time, and it was in fact my 1st visit. This salon will be the best choice I could have made.

This place is super affordable and reliable. Everyone is super friendly and the nails are amazing 👏. They come with a complimentary back and hand massage which is sooooo nice 😭. I highly recommend getting your nails done here, manicure or pedicure, they also do massages by themselves.

not a terrible experience, but my nails came out looking nothing like the reference picture, and they charged me $82 for it 🥲 if you’re coming here for complex designs, just don’t. Go to a home based nail tech instead.

Came back for them to fix a toe nail that chipped, was told they were to busy. Never will go here again they use cheap products and don't care if they need to fix their cheap products. Happy with my new spot!

My wife used to get her nails done in manhattan and the price was outrageous to be honest. She tried it here and she fell in LOVE. Her nail tech (Phoebe) is honestly amazing. Her designs are fire. For myself I get gel and honestly it’s amazing. And the nails last a good month and like others. You guys should try it. Phoebe is dope I recommend you guys try her out. They are all great. Amanda did my feet and she is a very nice lady always checking to make sure I’m good. They are the best in Bensonhurst. Hands down

I have tried many nail salons and have to say that this is my go to place from now on. I walked in gor a UV gel fill and gel polish. The front desk person was so nice and curtious. After a little bit og a wait I was brought to Wing's station. She was great. Her attention to detail was amazing. I have never had a more perfect gel application, shaping and polish. They were literally perfect. I made an appt to go back and am anxiously awaiting my next visit. A definite must try if you're looking for a new place.

My friend and I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon. After inquiring about prices and certain nail designs with the front desk, we decided to get gel manicure and pedicure. I went with a simple mani while my friend wanted more complex designs. While mine got started, my friend was still explaining her desired designs. However, it became somewhat tense between her and her nail tech (Phoebe) while they were discussing. My friend was ultimately not comfortable and, thus, decided not to continue. They gave her a separate chair to sit on my other side. I decided to get a pedicure elsewhere with her. My nail tech Wing was efficient throughout the whole process. Another perk is that she gave me a light massage as well. No complaints with my final results! I paid $33 total, not including tips. I mostly liked the modern and clean atmosphere of the space. However, my friend alleged that they didn't give me a proper pampered experience: soaking hands at the beginning and asking my nail shape (my nails are cut rather short prior to this so maybe that was a factor).

Excellent service. The owner is a sweetheart and Fenny the nail tech does a fantastic job on my pedicures.. She gives the best massage after and always remembers my color.. The decor is cute and relaxing.. I give them a 4.8 star rating. I am so behind the times but just got my 1st Gel manicure and love it..

5/5 stars! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, my nails always end up looking super cute. All the nail techs do a really good job, especially with designs. The salon itself is very clean and pretty, they have nice decor inside and calm music. 10/10 recommend!

I was here for nail removal. I was assigned to the lady sitting on the right side second- desk, I believe her name was Phoebe. My request was not to go too deep when filing my nails (as my friend had a damaged nail experience where the nail technician over filing her nails in another store). Anyway, there was a miscommunication between the nail technician (Phoebe) and myself (I was communicating with her in Chinese and my use of words confuse her), she raised her voice, very annoyed, and told me to get up and move to another desk and asked someone else to help me. I don’t think anyone should be treated like this!!!! I was shocked. She was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL. I was speechless with her behaviors. Then, Esther took over and helped me out with my nails. She was extremely really nice and very patient with me. Will definitely recommend Esther!
