I had a very easy experience. I haven't had a GREAT Haircut prior to This one in probably 10 years. Okay cut, but not what I'd call Great. I had my appointment for a haircut in November but didn't know exactly what to ask for. I haven't had a consistent stylist since I moved away from where I called home nearly 10 years ago, so I was nervous. Richard Dade is my new Standard of stylist once again. I hope to get a 2nd visit. I live an about an hour away but really would sit in any traffic to have another cut by him. I missed my 2nd appointment in December and my hair is still looking good from the initial visit. Still manageable since it was a short cut. Not a pixie, more like a sort of Bob with bangs/framing the face a bit. I have been able to wear my hair parted a few different ways and still getting noticed and complimented on my cut even as it's growing back in. I've always believed that a great haircut looks great however you wear it, and can be noticed even as the length transitions. I'm a Dade fan!!

Huge shoutout to Lex Aversa! She's super personable and talented. I was shopping for a stylist around DFW for nearly a year. Almost gave up before I found Lex. Staff at the salon are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I went and saw Richard at Magnolia Avenue Salon today. It was my first visit there and everyone was extremely nice. I'm kind of a goofy and awkward chick and it was awesome being able to feel relaxed and not judged. I came in wanting to cut my thin medium length hair into a pixie. I showed Richard a picture of what I liked and trusted him from there. I'm glad I did! He did a great job and did more with my thin hair than I would have ever expected. Thanks Richard!!

Today was my first visit, and I can happily say that I have found my new salon!!! Everything was great, from the atmosphere of the place to the friendliness of the people there. Richard is an artist! I showed him a picture and explained to him kind of what I wanted, and I am happier with how it turned out than the picture I showed him. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

It had been about a year since my last haircut and Richard did a great job with very little helpful input from me. Very skillful and professional. I left with a very cute pixie cut which I'm super excited to show off.

I have been to this salon 3 times and will return. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and professional. I’m never made to feel that I’m not cool enough, pretty enough, or young enough to warrant a good haircut. I appreciate that the stylists don’t constantly try to sell you products you don’t need but if you ask for recommendations, they are happy to make them. I also appreciate the prices are not outlandish.

Ashley is amazing! I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and have not found a good hair person until now. The last girl I went to bleached my hair, burned my scalp, left a gold ring on my roots, and caused a large amount of breakage. I was afraid to go anywhere else to fix it because I didn't want to be bald. Ashley fixed it and I'm amazed at how good it looks!

I have been coming here since 2016. The staff is super friendly and professional. The facility itself is amazing. Parking is in the back, as is the entrance. Leave yourself some time to park, in case the lot is full. Neight is my stylist of choice, I won’t go to anyone else until he retires. I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anyone there.

I’ve been going to Bailey for years!! She is amazing! She always gives me her best opinion on what will look good on my face shape and keep my hair healthy. I recommend her for any color treatment and cut! You’ll love her as much as I do !

Love this place. Meghan Thalken does my hair. She is awesome. She listens to me in what I want and explains to me how we can get there. I always feel like it is a treat when I come here. It is so relaxing, and I always feel pampered.

When I get my hair done it is me time. I love the atmosphere and the decor. They always have beverage to offer. My stylist, Richard, always seems to know what I want and I don't give him good directions.

Lauren is the ONLY stylist that I will let do my hair and my kids hair. She is the sweetest and perfectly executes what we are wanting done! Lauren is very knowledgeable when it comes to what can possibly help your hair if damaged or experiencing hair loss. The shampoo session is my favorite! You get a head massage as well as getting a shampoo. Ask for Lauren! You won't regret it!
