Great environment, great vibes, Tim is definitely the go to guy, as someone who doesn’t get their nails done often, he gave me great advise on my nails and what would look best for my nail type; and he is super funny! Highly recommend you ask for Tim!

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. To start, the lady who did my pedicure and massage was nice and did a decent job with my massage. However, after the massage, I was left with hot towels on my legs as a transition to the nail painting. The problem? The towels got cold and soggy, especially on a chilly winter day. They stayed on my legs for far too long, and I had to remove them myself after they became uncomfortable. When I asked for dry towels to replace the cold ones, I was completely ignored. They looked at me like I was doing something wrong by wanting to dry off my legs—no one even apologized for the inconvenience. The most frustrating part was watching people who came in after me get their nails painted and serviced first. I felt completely disregarded, and when it was finally my turn for the nail painting, it was rushed and sloppy. As a person of color, I also felt the service was dismissive and unprofessional. It’s disheartening to be treated so poorly when you’re simply there to relax and treat yourself. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before going here. There are plenty of other nail salons that will treat you with respect and provide a much better experience.

$150 on nail that did not even last for a week, the product they use are cheap not good quality for what I paid for!!!!! DONT PAY EXTRA FOR “HOT GEL”

This place is HORRIBLE AND OVER PRICED!!! They charged me $65 for my 3 year to get her nails and toes done and the polish doesn’t last past a couple days. Then they charged me the full price for a gel pedicure and I didn’t even get Gel!!!!!!! I only went to get my feet scrubbed. They tacked on the extra cost for nail length and my nails are the same length as before (not long at all)….i had to go back and get my nails fix 3 times in one week! Please save yourself a trip and do not go there!!!!!! They are not worth it!!! Please refer me somewhere else asap!! That’s not true!!! When I called the shop you tried to justify the pricing!! I’m telling yall do not go to this shop.

Great customer service and I received exactly what I asked for in regard to my manicure. I showed May, who is the manager, a picture and she executed my nails perfectly. I came in the day before Christmas Eve almost at closing time and I still received excellent service and didn’t feel rushed because of my late arrival. Will be returning for another manicure and also will be trying the pedicure and eyebrow waxing services. Very satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed by this establishment. I went to get a pedicure and full set December 21st, and just one week later two of my nails have completely come off. I paid $140 dollars for a gel pedicure and full set nails… there is no reason why my nails should be coming off. A waste of money! This has not happened ever in my life and I am a person who likes to get her nails done frequently. Will not be returning and I don’t recommend.

May was the Best!! She really captured what my extra self was trying to envision. I appreciate her patience with me even when we had to restart the design process. Also these nails are just fire. She did it in record time! Definitely, definitely definitely see her when you go!

My daughter and I went on a mommy-daughter date, and I was absolutely blown away by how clean and professional this nail salon is. I’ve been to every salon in Harrisburg, but this will be the only one we go to from now on. The pedicure was amazing. They really took their time with the scrubs and massages, and the polish looked flawless. Unlike some salons that thin their polish too much, this one held up beautifully—my pedicure lasted for weeks! I don’t go regularly and don’t get gels or dips, so finding a place where the polish quality is excellent was a huge plus for me. My 7-year-old daughter had a simple pedicure, but the manicurist went above and beyond. She took her time painting the cutest flower designs on her toes and fingernails, asking my daughter for input and making her feel so special. It was such a wonderful experience, and my little girl was thrilled!

A wonderful experience after a long day of traveling and helping my mom move my grandmother. The staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. I almost fell asleep in comfort. I saved the location as a favorite for each time I visit Charlotte. They stay open until 730 pm which is a HUGE plus! Thank you!

I wanted to try this place out since it just opened up near me. Both the prices and the manicure were better than where I used to go. Ruby was nice and did a great job. Probably the cleanest gel polish I've gotten. I'll definitely go there again.

They do good nails the older lady and the lady with two girls, but the lady who I'm guessing is the manager has the nastiest attitude it made my mother feel some type of way. She asked if they take apple pay the guy said yes we take all forms of payment. So my mom used apple pay and it went through on my mom side but it didn't print the receipt on the attitude lady side she starts yelling at my mom telling her next time leave the phone down longer. Everyone was looking at us. Then she proceeded to try to charge us again and my mother locked her card because it already went through the first time and showed her where it went though and was approved but ms ma’am wasn’t listening. This was so unprofessional of the lady and my mother felt embarrassed because she was yelling at her.

Tim was friendly and very nice, but he didn’t do my nails. Lily is the tech that did my nails but she was not as nice or professional as Tim. I will be back but to see Tim only.

Took a moment to get into the groove….had to have the water reheated a couple of times before I got the full-on service. But WOW!!! The experience was great! Get the Milk and Honey Pedi❤️ Ruby - you put me to sleep and that’s a good thing! And Tim, you are my man when it comes to nails 💅 I WILL be back!

Got my feet done here for the first time two weeks ago. The salon is nice however I’ve NEVER had my gel polish start looking dingy this quick! For $80.00, I should NOT have my white polish looking cream in spots! I would like to add that I’ve never had this happen before, I’m a creature of habit and I only get white toes.

I tried this salon because it opened up recently and it’s very close to my house. It wasn’t crowded so I was confused as to why my pedicure was rushed. The polish dried lumpy with excess polish on my skin. My toenails were also cut at a slant. I would not recommend.

I went here as it is in the neighborhood and had good reviews. It has s great and clean interior. I did SNS and it was chipped off almost within a week. I have been doing SNS for many years in Modish Nail Spa it never comes off until I take it off. So I was disappointed by this. I also did my pedicure there which was good but I couldn’t relax during pedicure as my SNS was done at the same time. It was too uncomfortable .

This is my first time here and I am obsessed! Nu did my nails using “hot gel” they turned out exactly how I wished them to be. Very professional and the atmosphere is great. Super elegant and friendly staff!
