I can’t say enough good things about Mai. Easily the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I feel wonderful! Mai is highly professional and skilled while somehow being incredibly sweet and welcoming. I left feeling beautiful and happy and relaxed. Cut and wax were excellent and affordable and gentle, and full body massage was one of the best I’ve ever received! Salon is unpretentious and sparkling clean and set up with care, with lots of beautiful touches, including lovely ceiling tiles and fancy drinking water. Prices are an absolute steal, she’s easily worth twice that much. Her joy in her work is abundantly evident, and her level of care and thoughtfulness and expertise is truly rare. I’m so happy I found her, I can’t wait to go back! UPDATE: took my 11 year old in to Mai, got a wonderful cut and lots of kindness again, just so lovely!

Mai has cut my hair three times, and each cut has been perfect. I have thick but fine hair, which looks thin and sad with a bad cut. She’s done an incredible job with layering it so that it falls nicely, and I’m always so happy with the results.

Mai does an amazing job cutting hair. Her technique and attention to detail is exceptional. Today I got an eyebrow wax in addition to my usual hair cut and let me tell you, my eyebrows have never looked better! Hands down the best eyebrow wax I’ve ever gotten. I also really enjoy the relaxing music. Such a great experience!

We’ve been coming to see Mai for quite a few years now and every time is so wonderful, but yesterday’s experience was exceptional! We received a lesson/reading in numerology and oooooo weeee was it insightful! We had such a great time hearing about our numbers; apparently we have “master numbers!” Mai is very accommodating, and goes out of her way to be super helpful. She even gave a customer who she saw in the walking through the parking lot a ride home and then hustled back for our appointments. She really pays attention to detail when performing any service, hair, color and waxing. We both always love our hair and feel so good and confident after leaving her salon. If you’ve been looking for a new stylist give Mai a call, she’ll definitely hook you up with an amazing look!

Mai and her team do such a nice job! I can always get an appointment. I have gotten haircuts and color by Mai-- beautiful job. My two boys and hubby have gotten great haircuts with Mai also. I love going there for a pedi and some "ME" time! Great prices and nice atmosphere.

1-establishment made fun of me in Vietnamese for asking for shellac. 2-kids running around screaming and hitting my chair 3-did not remove 100% of Polish (black) before putting on red 4-food all over nail tech station 5-$35 after tip (even if they are bad servicer, I tip for effort) 6-this place wants to be high end but is little more than run of the mill. I would have expected $15 charge only. 7-expect this every time you visit, so in my opinion very overpriced. 8-trying many other nail salons before giving a second chance 9-thanks

Best place in Oregon for color, nails, style! Comfortable open shop with the nicest people inside too. Mai is the owner and she makes you feel like family, look fabulous leaving! Love this place and I'm telling everybody. A "MUST GO" PLACE!

I am very disappointed with the way in which the owner talked to me, one of her clients, after I told her that I would please need her to fix my hair. I ddi not like what she did with my hair previously, so I asked her to please fix it. Mai decided to confront me and tell me that she did not know what to do with my hair! Also the way he spoke to me was very disrespectful. She told me that she was angry and that if I wanted to, she could dye my hair and make it look like like I had it before-It doesn't matter if you hair breaks and gets ugly and damaged. It was a very disappointing experience because I really liked her. After this visit, I told him that she has lost a client. She didn't seen to care This experience was terrible. She doesn't like to be wrong. I twas also terrible to have talk to her in the morning and try to calm her down ....and ask her to speak to me in a respectful way....

I started with Mai in 2007! She is a beautiful, talented professional with a big heart. ❤️ And to boot, her pricing is the best in town for the quality of work. She gives the most amazing massages!! 💆 (she truly has the gift of touch). She cuts/hilights me and my daughter’s hair and now we can have our mani/pedis at her salon. I have watched Mai walk through some very challenging times with resilience and grace. I’m so happy and proud of her and now she has her own place! 😃 Please visit Mai and her crew if you want good service at a good price.

I went to get a pedicure and full set last week. They said the person who does full-sets was only there once a week. So I got a pedicure, the chair I sat in was broken because I couldn't feel the massage. The lady who did my nails barely pumiced my feet, her idea of a "massage" was applying lotion to my feet. She proceeded doing the most abhorrent job painting "French tip" nails. Later, a closer inspection revealed crooked, thin lines on some toes, thick lines on others. Just when the worst pedicure ever couldn't get any worse, it did. A large man came in for a pedicure and sat at the opposite end of the row of pedicure chairs. His nail tech moved him right next to me. Why? When we were the only 2 people getting pedicures did we have to sit right next to each other? He was so big he was practically rubbing arms with me and his feet stank. So on top of the worst, poor quality pedicure ever they violated me further. This was 8 days ago and my feet look terrible and have needed to be redone since I left this "salon." I would never recommend this place to anyone and later telling friends after returning to school, they said they had similar atrocious experiences

Mai gave me a great haircut twice in a row now and beautiful color too! I highly recommend her. Reasonable price and a cheerful, funny lady to spend time with while she's cutting your hair.

Mai is amazing! She's quick and friendly, and she has an incredibly accurate eye for what styles will look good on each of her customers. I've never seen anyone leave her salon unhappy.
