First off, I want to congratulate Ty on her opening Mai Ty Salon! Ty, you are amazing and I'm thrilled you've stepped into sole proprietorship of your own salon! I've followed Ty from two other salons; she's very talented, extremely professional, and incredibly sweet and bubbly. On my very first visit over 6 years ago, Ty displayed such a wealth of knowledge on the science and art of hair length, type, and texture I couldn't help but feel totally confident in her chair. She took the time to calculate my color and helped me determine the length best suited to my facial features. She explained the techniques she was planning to use, from cutting in a certain direction to the proper way to blow dry. Every step of the way Ty explained her reasoning and how she planned to implement her knowledge for the perfect hairdo based on me! Ty also took the time to educated me on the products she was using; reminding me we wanted to promote hair growth, not damage, useful home care tips, the mechanics behind the how and why each worked which is something I really loved as tips are always easier to remember if you understand the underlying logic, rather than just memorizing a laundry list of to-do's. I felt in good in her hands the entire time and the end result was everything I could have wanted. And here I am years later to tell you, Ty is a pleasure to interact with, professional in every way yet personable, meticulous, and consistent and I'm still loving each time she cuts and colors my hair! Mai Ty Salon is tastefully decorated, very clean, extremely comfortable, full of good vibes, a nice selection of products available for purchase. Mai Ty Salon prices are very reasonable in comparison to a lot of other Denver salons and a big plus is, there's never been any wait time. I'm thrilled to know Ty will be doing my hair for many years to come!!!

Great with Natural Hair Care & Style. I could not be more happy to have met Ty, you can deeply trust on her job. I did half balayage in my curls and it looks very beautiful and healthy. Her place is very clean, the decor is Beautiful. Thank you Ty for your service and for being friendly, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the best in hair care service. Smiles

Ty did more than gave me a fabulous haircut, she rescued thinned out split end disaster of a head 🙃 truly thankful to have found her salon when I did! And I will be returning again! Thank you Ty 🙏🏼

In Denver for a day, decided to get my hair colored, so I chose a small shop with a 5 star rating and the ratings were spot on. Punctual, clean, and friendly. Ty was knowledgeable and customer satisfaction oriented which provided me the comfort of knowing that whatever she applied or however long it took that it would be the best possible outcome for the look I desired.

I cannot put into words how happy I am today. I don't usually go to the hairdressers and am always scared to get my hair cut, but I needed a change in my life and decided to bite the bullet. A friend recommended Mai Ty Salon, I researched her on Instagram (@MyTaiHair) and fell in love. Amazingly enough, she was able to get me scheduled THAT DAY. Ty was wonderful from the beginning. She took the time to go through the photos I had saved showing what style and color I liked, talked me through every single step, asked if I was happy with each step and treated my hair like her work of art. I have never loved my hair this much. The color is EXACTLY what I only ever dreamed of, the cut is perfect. I cannot thank her enough. Ty's patience and attention to detail is second to none. Mai Ty Salon is definitely the only place I will be going to, and I cannot recommend Ty enough. Thank you!!! I wish there were more stars to give!
