I had to choose a salon for my lashes when I moved to the area. Ella is amazing and I am so happy I found this place! Everyone is very nice, and welcoming. Ella is doing an amazing job, she is so gentle and makes sure I have the lashes I want 😊

I came to Mai lash for the 2nd time on the 1/3/25. I just got my eyebrows laminated and tinted. I cannot remember my eyebrow tech but she was very sweet and kind. When she finished she had me look and I haven’t gotten my eyebrows tinted before so I was very shocked at my appearance. I didn’t say anything and hurt her feelings so I just said they looked good. I went and paid and sat down. Then I was getting upset because I felt I looked like Groucho. I went to the front and explained to 2 nice women if I could just wash it off because I didn’t like it. The woman was very nice and explained I could but it will look better in 24 hours and if I wash it all the tint will come off. I feel bad about complaining, but I took her word for it. The next morning after 24 hours I washed my face and she was right they lookamazing. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me including the woman who did my brows. I am moving out of state or I would be back. Oh I also got my lashes done in November for the very 1st time in my life and I really liked them as well and Dani did them.

I can’t say enough great things about Anna at Mai Lashes! From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, kind, and dedicated to making sure I left 100% happy. I initially came in for a classic full set, but after seeing the final look, I felt the length wasn’t quite what I wanted. Anna didn’t hesitate to make it right—she spent so much time carefully trimming, then removing the set, and finally offering me another service that matched exactly what I had envisioned. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I walked out the door feeling confident and beautiful. I left extremely happy and so grateful for her professionalism and expertise. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work and their clients, Anna is the one to see! I can’t recommend her enough!💚

I can’t say good enough things about MaiLash! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years to get my brows and lashes done. I’ve seen a couple different lash artists here, and they’ve all been great. But Amy is my favorite! She’s so sweet, and does an amazing job EVERY time I get a lash fill! 10/10 recommended🩵

I paid extra to have someone with top experience do my eyebrows. She was rude , snobby and did a horrible job. The place is a joke. Like a dirty nail salon trying to be an upscale Scottsdale salon.

Lip blushing done with Ivy and absolutely love the color we chose. The office is VERY comfortable and clean. I just booked an appointment to get a lip touch up done by Ivy in a few weeks :) definitely recommend

Terrible first time experience, front desk lady was very inconsiderate and rude. I was up charged for being a new client and was also charged for a 2 week fill when it had only been 2 days, I only wanted a touch up in my corners which they did not say they could not provide at the time I booked. Had to pay for 2 full sets in 2 days, will not return

I had combo eyebrows done about 6 weeks ago and am very happy with the result. Amy did a great job! She was very patient and thorough, which made me feel more at ease. The after care instructions were helpful, accurate, and easy to do.

I understand finger tattoos fade, but after 3 weeks being almost completely gone is unacceptable. Not only was it done incorrectly at the time of service, there is one small mark left showing that anything was even there to begin with. I called to schedule a touch up, they advised I would have to wait 4 weeks for it to heal before I could do a touch up. By then, there will be nothing left to touch up. It was a waste of $80 to say the least.

I get my eyebrows waxed and laminated from time to time with Amy, and she is fantastic. She's incredibly mindful and meticulous and my eyebrows always end up looking perfect. I do a lash lift with her every once in a while of which she is great at doing as well. Thanks for always taking care of me, Amy!

I just had a classic set done with Kim and she is amazing! I’m a bit particular when it comes to my lashes but I’m pleased to say that my eyelashes were perfect. Kim is very professional and truly takes her time with doing the extensions. Truly appreciate her work. Definitely book an appointment with her for your lash extensions!

I spent 2 days studying and practicing on models with Mai. I learned a lot of knowledge from her, from how to draw lip shape, how to choose ink color, how to feel the depth of the needle on the skin,... she will answer all questions of students via chat group . Highly recommend Mai for pmu training courses 😊

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have been going here for about 2 years now consistently for my lashes and brow laminations. Francheska is the BEST, and always makes my lashes and brows look amazing. My appointments are relaxing and I usually fall asleep. The studio is so cute and clean, and I've actually seen multiple lash artists here and they are all so good. Never had a bad experience :) If you are looking for your new lash studio, you've found it!

I had my very first eyebrows done and I had it done with Mai at MaiLash and Brows. I was very pleased and honestly did not know what to expect. Mai did such a good job, she explained all the way what to expect about the results. It was done very professionally, painless and very quick. My eyebrows were so bad initially and had some spots that I always hated about my eyebrows. Mai made my eyebrows so beautiful, even, color was the best and match my hair. .I am vet pleased with my eyebrows results and so happy that I had a chance to do it with Mai. I definitely recommend MaiLash & Brows. I will definitely come back for more beauty procedures with Mai. Thank you Mai to make me beautiful 😍

Francheska is my lash artist and she is hands down the best I’ve been to since I started getting lashes 8 years ago. Before going to her, I was anxious during appointments, but she is so gentle I actually fall asleep. She always makes my lashes look perfect and the health of my lashes improved dramatically after seeing her. The studio staff is very friendly and always helpful.

I was so excited to finally go to a place that had great reviews until I arrived and had a devastating experience with one of their workers. I would never recommend this place for lashes, My daughter had made the appointment with a lash tech by the name of Anna. This lash tech is suppose to be the best at Mailash & Brows which I beg to defer. Lashes were not what I requested she would not listen to my request, and I still paid and tipped her solely because that’s how they make their money unfortunately. As soon as I arrived home my lashes were falling off , my eyes were burning. I advised them about the situation and scheduled another appointment to get them fixed and my appointment kept getting cancelled. I’ve never been to a place where the lash tech is unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients.

I had my permanent makeup done on my brows by Amy and my only regret is not doing it sooner! She did fantastic. Over a year later and I still love them!
