My mom and I visited this amazing spa for CO2 Cool Peel laser around the eyes. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Space is well designed. They provided post laser instructions and care. Thank you so much, my mom is so happy with her results.

This is a beautiful spa and I can tell all their products are high quality. Even their robes were so comfortable! I got the scalp retreat with Keravive treatment, which is supposed to help with hair growth. The staff was very informative and explained every step. They started off with a picture of my scalp showing me the health of my scalp and even explained how my follicles were. Then you get your scalp wash, even though it’s in a shared space-it was peaceful. The girl was gentle and the face mask was nice as she worked on my scalp. After you get a delicious tea and snack before getting the Keravive treatment. Even the tea tasted high quality!The Keravive treatment is like a hydro facial for your scalp, infusing peptide and vitamins. They also ended it with red light treatment to the scalp to help with growth. I left the spa refreshed and my thin hair full of volume. Staff was great, and was even able to accommodate me as I was late for my appt due to traffic. I’d recommend this place - it’s clean, staff is great and knowledgeable, and I’m hopeful the treatment will work. Tips: Street parking in front.

I had my first scalp treatment here yesterday and it goes without saying, this was a life changing experience. I have been dealing with health issues and hair loss, so not only did they help explain the health status of my scalp and how they can help with hair regrowth (and gave me knowledge I can bring into my own personal routine), but they made me feel comfortable and not ashamed. It was such a beautiful and peaceful environment, with the kindest of staff. I am looking forward to making this a monthly routine because I woke up today with my scalp feeling the best its felt in a year or so. Thank you to everyone yesterday!

Let me take a moment to thank Armen and the staff at Madison d'Emilie for the excellent service they provided. I brought my mom in for a Hydrafacial which took alot of convincing. She typically performs no facial treatment ( soap & moisturizer) and refused all prior facial treatment or injections. My mom loved her transformative facial and is booking her next treatment; She loves how soft, brighter, and supple her face looks. Thanks Armen for reinvigorating the youthfulness in my mom.

Absolutely amazing experience! This scalp spa is everything I’ve been looking for and more. I’ve tried other places before, but the treatments there felt more like a chore than a treat—vigorous scrubbing that left me feeling uncomfortable and no blowout at the end to make me feel polished. I always left wondering why I bothered. Here, it’s the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such care and attention. The atmosphere is serene and luxurious, and the entire process was incredibly relaxing. The treatments are gentle yet effective, and the staff takes the time to ensure every detail is perfect. Plus, the blowout at the end is the cherry on top—it made me feel like a million bucks walking out the door. If you’ve been searching for a truly relaxing scalp spa experience, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough! Five stars!

I can’t say enough good things about this scalp spa! It’s exactly the relaxing experience I’ve been searching for. I’ve been to other places in the past, but they always left me disappointed—rough, rushed scrubbing that felt anything but soothing. I’d leave feeling frazzled instead of refreshed, which made me never want to go back. This place is on a whole different level. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the entire treatment felt like pure indulgence. The staff is so thoughtful and gentle, making sure the experience is not only effective but incredibly relaxing. The blowout at the end is such a nice touch—it’s the perfect way to complete the experience and leave feeling your absolute best. I had high hopes for this place because the space looks beautiful and aesthetic, but unfortunately, the scalp treatment itself fell short. I’ve had scalp treatments in Asia and was expecting something similar—thorough scalp scaling, a relaxing head massage, and that refreshed, rejuvenating feeling. Instead, this experience was far too gentle, with no real pressure or hand technique. I got the 2 hr with facial. The technician was nice, but she had long fake nails, which made it difficult for her to give an effective head massage or facial. The treatment felt more like an extended shampoo session with various products and face masks applied on. It was almost 90 minutes of what felt like wet hair brushing, which became tedious to sit through. I even considered leaving halfway through. The only noticeable sensation was the minty Korean rosemary product sprayed on my scalp at the very end. Afterward, the front desk staff asked for my feedback, and I shared my honest thoughts. They explained that the products are strong and designed to clean the scalp and the technicians aren’t massage therapists, so massages are just an “added bonus.” While I appreciate the explanation, it didn’t match what I was expecting from a scalp treatment. That said, the space is well-designed, and it’s rare to find a service like this in LA. If they improved their techniques, they could do much better. I’ll give them +1 star for the nice blowout at the end, but overall, I probably won’t be back. I hope this review is helpful for others looking for an authentic scalp treatment experience.

This spa is a completely different experience. The moment I walked in, I felt so calm and taken care of. Their complimentary tea and coffee menu, their macarons are such a thoughtful touch. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and customized everything to suit my skin’s needs. The products they used felt luxurious, and the treatment was gentle but so effective. My skin was glowing when I left, and I didn’t have any of the redness or discomfort I’ve experienced elsewhere. This is the first time I’ve actually felt excited to come back for another facial. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax and see results, this is it. Five stars, hands down!

From beginning to end one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. I opted for the scalp revive treatment which started with a full scalp analysis, a 1 hour treatment with a mini facial, and a 30 minute blow dry. I had Lina who was absolutely incredible. Cannot wait to go back!

Lena is fantastic! She was professional, attentive, and made the entire scalp spa treatment so relaxing. Had the BEST facial today and bought some new skincare products to start a new skincare regimen. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and the entire salon energy is relaxing and very comfortable. Would encourage women in the area and tourists to come here for regular treatments or girly get togethers!

I absolutely loved my Hydro facial. My skin feels so fresh, clean and glowing. The treatment was gentle yet super effective and I noticed results instantly. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a radiant complexion. Also, when walking in it felt very serene, relaxing, and it was very clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I had my appointment yesterday here.. I brought my friend here since we both have been wanting to try a scalp treatment, and we loved it! (The only bad thing I have to say is that now I feel that if i go to get a different scalp treatment anywhere else im going to be disappointed that its not as good as this place). It was a great relaxing experience as soon as we walked into the door. Everyone was super nice and made us feel comfortable. We did the Scalp Revive Platinum treatment. I would definitely recommend it. it's 2 hours, and it includes a facial. We were very pleased with the whole experience. we walked out feeling relaxed and are still talking about it the next day. We can't wait to go back! This is definitely a place I will be recommending to others.

What a gem! The space is absolutely lovely and serene, and all of the staff takes the care and experience of all clients very seriously (in a friendly way!) Went in for a scalp session today and it was amazing! Highly recommend, my skin, hair and scalp all feel much better and I am very relaxed and zen after my treatment. Going back next week for more!
