Im sorry I kept the technicians a little late Thursday, January 9th it was a last minute thought since I was around the area, and my nails were really getting bad. I honestly didn't realize there was so going under polish 😅 I believe your name was Diane," I'm bad with names". 🫤My nails are beautiful, and I hope I get you again, I'll have watch the schedule. No worries about anything, you were all very kind❤️ I've been to several salons and I will not go anywhere but Majestic nails on Colonial close to 82. Very friendly staff and sensitive technicians that your needs are met. My husband also loves his pedicures he gets done once a month as well.🙌🥰 I'll see ya in a 2-3 weeks weeks Again, Thank you.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over four years, even trusting this salon for my wedding manicure, but my recent experience left me disappointed. During my full set manicure, glue was left around my fingers, and polish extended onto my skin. The acrylics underneath my nails were uneven, and when I mentioned it, I was told the polish would come off after a couple of showers, which didn’t feel like a proper solution. The nail-shaping process felt rushed, and my skin was painfully ground despite me voicing my discomfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’ve always appreciated the quality and care in the past, but this appointment fell short of my expectations.

Was a regular customer but I am now never coming here again. If you need multiple services or can not come in the middle of the day for them, do not bother. I went in for a Manicure, Pedicure and full facial wax an hour and a half before closing (to be fair, I DID think they would be open later). They did my pedicure, and during my facial wax, they started to rush the lady working on me. They called her twice AND walked into the wax room while she was with me. Despite a language barrier, I can read a room, so I told her that it was alright, I'll come in another day for the manicure. She thanks me, I pay the $110 with a $28 tip only to come home and find out that they completely messed up my eyebrows without telling me. I cried and have vowed to NEVER come here again.

Just got. Manicure with my daughter. Not happy at all. Manicure was okay the polish is awful. I told the gentleman that the polish needed to be fix and he just used a brush with nail polish and just went over them. They feel rough. Very disappointing

I have been here many times - always w Naomi who is amazing! I made an appt and asked for Naomi however when I got there I was told she was on vacation. But was not told this ahead of time as I would have asked when she was coming back. So since I was there someone else did my gel manicure and did a horrible job. I didn’t get her name but soon realized after only 4 days all my nails were chipping. Never happens w gel and especially when Naomi does them. So I called and complained. They said come back in and we will make it right. My appt was set yet when I arrived confirmed why I was there and that there would be no charge. (As also discussed when I made the re-appointment). I waited 40 minutes for my technician !! (My appt had been confirmed too). Lucy did do a nice job. I tipped her and said thank you to the man at the front (again who knew why I was there). I was pulling out of the parking lot and was chased down by the man at the front desk and another man/worker. Demanding I pay for the manicure I just got. I was in disbelief and furious! I actually had intentions of staying with Lucy because I know Naoimi was not “on vacation” but gone. No way would I ever step foot in this salon again!!!

I moved to the area last month and today, wanted a pedi. I had no appt and was immediately seen. Luc was fantastic-- the perfect amount of talkative but not too talkative. A nice guy. He even gave me tips on restaurants. The spa was spotless. The prices were reasonable.

This was a great pedicure, however watch what they are doing and what they charge you for. I asked for the deluxe and they gave me the majestic. I didn’t realize it until I paid since it was my first time here. Just make sure you are very clear otherwise you will receive what you didn’t ask for and wind up paying more.
