Incredible Makeup and Hair Styling for Our Wedding Day! I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the makeup and hairstyling services I received from Makiaj Beauty for my wedding! From the moment I reached out, they were so professional, communicative, and really took the time to understand my vision. On the big day, Micheal and Gina arrived right on time and made me feel instantly at ease. They listened to my preferences, offered helpful suggestions, and truly brought my bridal look to life. I wanted something soft, elegant, and timeless, and she absolutely nailed it! My makeup was flawless – I felt like myself, just with a glamorous upgrade. The foundation was perfect, the eyeshadow was stunning, and my lipstick lasted all day and night without needing touch-ups. As for my hair, it was exactly what I envisioned – beautiful, chic, and exactly what I wanted without being too over-the-top. The stylist incorporated some of my personal hair accessories, which made it feel even more personalized. My hair stayed in place throughout the entire day, from the ceremony to the reception, even through all the dancing! What really impressed me was the attention to detail and how calm and relaxed they kept me throughout the morning. It was such a fun experience, and I felt pampered and confident the entire time. My bridal party also got their makeup and hair done, and they were all so happy with how they looked – they felt gorgeous, and it showed. Makiaj did our hair and makeup for me and my bridal party and did an amazing job!! I got so many compliments throughout the night on how beautiful both my hair and makeup looked! And they are very organized and professional from the start of the process. Prices are made clear beforehand as well as all the details such as the timeline for the day, etc. They arrived right on time and completely prepared with everything you’ll possibly need, including a lip touch-up kit. And they’re all very friendly with positive, upbeat attitudes that help brighten your day and calm your nerves as you’re anxiously getting ready. Love love love my wedding hair updo by Gina with Makiaj beauty! I got so many compliments on my hair throughout the day and it stayed in place all night. I showed her a photo and she made it look even better than the photo! Gina was very sweet and easy to work with. She came early and was professional! Super happy I chose Makiaj for my hair!

Where do I even begin? My experience with Pooja was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. As someone who doesn’t wear much makeup in my daily life, I was nervous that my bridal look might not feel like “me.” But Pooja completely eased my fears. She made me feel absolutely beautiful while staying true to myself! My makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire event, and my hair and makeup were pure perfection. On top of her incredible talent, Pooja herself was so warm, kind, and lovely. I can’t recommend her enough—110% worth it!

Diana and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible! Their talent was unmatched, and they made me feel so confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Not only did they bring my vision to life, but they also kept everything perfectly on schedule—if not even a bit ahead. They listened closely to exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly. When one of my bridesmaids needed a touch-up or wanted to tweak something, they were more than willing to accommodate. The whole experience was seamless, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me feel my best on such an important day!

I used Makiaj Beauty South Asian Bridal Package for its services. I had a fusion wedding and knew very little about the differences in makeup style except for the dupatta and jewelry setting which is one of the main reasons I used the services. My makeup I feel was beautiful, the girls were very nice and showed up early to our hotel to begin working on me (bride) and our group of 8 for hair and makeup. The process in making the schedule was simple and easy, communication was great. My reasons for 4 stars is for my bridesmaids - they all had a similar complaint (also had a different artist than I) that lip colors were put on them they did not ask for and when they addressed it, the artist said "we will just put this on you for now and we can change later." So, the majority of them had to have this redone at the end, and one of the gals took most of her makeup off and redid it. She said her eyebrows looked scary and were way too dark despite her request. I am Hispanic and know nothing of draping dupattas or jewelry setting. We ended up having to call in Aunties from the wedding to help with my extravagant dress dupatta for shoulder draping as my artist said she only does dupatta pinning, not draping - so my new family did not like that response as the services were marketed with this inclusion. Outside of that, my hair and makeup I was very pleased with and the kindness and patience deserves 5 stars.

I chose to work with Makiaj for my April 2024 wedding after getting a non-bridal service done at their studio in March of 2023. My experience from start to end was nothing short of amazing! I got hair and makeup done in 2023 for my engagement shoot and I loved the outcome. For my wedding I was paired with Isa and she did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup. She listened to what I wanted and was able to pivot to a different style after my trial and I decided I wanted a completely different look. Makiaj has various different packages for all size bridal parties and they are so easy to work with! Highly recommend working with them for your wedding! Can’t wait to be back again to treat myself to hair and makeup.

Unfortunately, my experience with Makiaj for my wedding day was extremely disappointing. From the tense atmosphere to the subpar services, it fell short of my expectations. The makeup application was uneven, and I even got eyelash glue in my eye. False eyelashes were patchy and fell out before the ceremony. Hairstyling was also lacking, with my hair not being properly brushed out, and my guests' updos falling apart after just a few hours. Overall, it was a stressful and dissatisfying experience. I hope they take steps to improve their services in the future.

She was such a joy to work with! She did my bridal trial, bridal shower and wedding day hair and makeup! She made me feel like the most beautiful bride, truly made my dreams come true! I booked Makiaj Beauty for my wedding and it was the best decision I could have made. Isa was my master artist and not only is she extremely talented, she is also very sweet and was a great hype girl for my wedding day! Her second, Monica, was also fabulous and they made an incredible team. All of my bridesmaids and my mom loved their hair and makeup, and they looked stunning. I highly recommend using this fantastic team for your bridal hair and makeup services, and will definitely be using them in the future for any events to have my makeup and hair done. I had a trial, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day makeup done by Makiaj and every single time they took my inspiration and made it better than what I imagined. For my wedding party, they also did the makeup for my bridesmaids with all skin types from rosasia, dry, and oily and they all looked absolutely stunning. Nadia Did my makeup and hair for a wedding I attended in October, and the entire experience was amazing. She is a very talented makeup artist and hair stylist-everything stayed in place all day and through the night, & I got so many compliments. As someone who usually hates getting their makeup done, I could not recommend Makiaj Beauty and Nadia's services enough. She was also super sweet and so fun to talk to.

Overall, I loved my hair and makeup on both days of my wedding. I felt very much like me and was extremely comfortable considering this was my first time getting my makeup professionally done. The team was amazing when it came to responding to e-mails, phone calls, etc. They were truly professional and I could tell they wanted to work with me when it came to how I wanted things done. My only complaint was that it took a lot longer to get my hair and makeup done the second day of my wedding, and because of that I ended up missing my outdoor photo shoot because it was too dark. I was supposed to be done at 4, and I gave myself a buffer until about 4:30 but wasn’t done until about after 5 pm, and since I got married in November, the sun was already set.

WOW!!! Incredible experience. I had my bridal party in studio for makeup services on the day of my wedding. The space is clean, comfortable, & so beautiful. It was so relaxing and fun to spend the morning of my wedding in studio. Danielle did an amazing job with my makeup. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. My makeup lasted all night! Dianna did a wonderful job with my bridesmaids. Can’t recommend trusting Makiaj with your wedding glam enough!

It was classic and glowy and glam, looked natural and lasted a long time. There were three hair dresses for different occasions and I loved all my hair styles. I had a fabulous experience with Makiaj beauty for my wedding in Nov 2021. Michaela was a dream to work with and I can’t recommend her enough. The bridal trial is a must! We had time to collaborate and iron out my ideas. The actual wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The Makiaj girls worked like a quiet symphony while I enjoyed my family and took in the magical day. I had two team members working on the women in my family and Michaela was all to myself. I loved having this separation in artists because it meant that Michaela was focused me and I could truly feel pampered. My only miss was that I wanted to be a part of the new studio, my wedding came just before it was all unveiled.

Makiaj Beauty was referred to me through multiple sources, and I had such an amazing experience with them for my wedding makeup in 10/10/22. Diamond did my makeup and I absolutely loved it. She has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests, and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a calm, collected stress-free attitude. Diamond and Anissa did my hair and they literally made my dream wedding hair come true. They made me look and feel gorgeous. They’re the BEST!! I highly recommend the bridal trial, because that’s when I was able to talk about and test out the look I wanted with my makeup artist. This ensured that I could 100% relax and enjoy being glammed up on my big day, because I knew I was in such great hands. I can’t recommend Diamond and Anissa enough! Makiaj beauty is THE place to go in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. They’re customer service was 5 star! I loved my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day! Being a destination bride I was impressed with the communication with myself and Makiaj beauty. They were very responsive and truly cared about my day and made me feel like the only bride on my wedding day! All 4 girls that I had booked appointments (makeup/hair) with were fabulous. Each one made sure I was 110% happy with each service prior to leaving the studio.

We went to Makiaj for my sisters wedding. Mikaela and Daniella are incredibly talented. They really took their time, made us feel special, talked through what was best for our skin and would last for our event. I was initially concerned since you never know if MUA pictures are edited to look better, but I can tell you that their makeup is the best I’ve ever had done. And their pictures are accurate to how talented their team is!
