I got a facial by Alicia and it was the best experience ever. She explained everything she did and held convo through the whole process. I was very comfortable and feel great afterwards. I’ll definitely be back :)

I seen the reviews on this place and was hopeful because I finally get to find someone who can finally do my hair. (I haven't found a consistent one yet since I been in Cincinnati). I mostly get crochets in my head and I see that folks who do crochets here, charge entirely too much from what I'm used to getting charged in the South. Anyways before I even came to this shop, the details of the address was discussed except exactly where the shop was. I didn't know that there was multiple shops at the same address. And the price of my hair wasn't even discussed in the messages. But somehow I think someone from the shop said it would be like $95. So I guess it was. Anyways I had my own hair and different colors and finally after the lady got done with my hair, she charged me like $15 bucks more for adding color to my hair, talking about it takes time. Even though no one EVER charged me like that before. So I was frustrated, gave her the money and from that day forward I said I would never be back. It's hard finding a decent hairdresser in this city for a black person 🙄 And I'm tired of going to these Africanns.

I love it at Makin Heads Turn!! I have been getting my brows and hair done with Saira before she opened her salon and quickly became great friends with her, I love the vibe at her salon, everyone is welcoming and attentive, we love it so much, my mom, sister, daughters, grandmother and friends all enjoy the service as well!! Every time I go I get so many compliments and always recommend them, what’s also great is they are diverse and inclusive and care for all hair types!! Try it for yourself, you would not be disappointed!!

I love this black, female owned small business. When it comes to hair, Saira can do it all. She has clients that are black, Indian, and even my very white self, and she has always done a wonderful job with my hair. It is the best value for a haircut in town. I’m grateful for not only a great hairstylist but a lovely woman to talk to every visit. She is brilliant, thoughtful, empathetic, and always curious about the world. I recommend her to anyone.

I've been a client for over a decade along with my mom and two of my referrals... years! Johnnie (naisha_styles_llc on Instagram) is one of hottest braiders in Cincy, period. Tasha is a master stylist with what they call "growing hands" but her short haircuts for women? Fire! Although I've been in other chairs, Saira is my normal stylist and now like family to me. I admire the diversity because honestly I've never seen a stylist with clients of all races, ages, and gender. Jack of all trades and hair- types, Saira is also the Time Whisperer lol She gets my unpermed Afr Amr hair from washed to flat ironed and bouncy in 90 mins! Name somebody else doing that lol

Incredible service and vibe curated by Saira at this salon. Staff always friendly, it's always clean. Most importantly 🔥 haircuts. For me being a guy it was hard to find someone who didn't use a razor and constantly push my hairline back. Been going to Saira since 2016/2017. Never had a bad cut, I've regret the few times I tried other places. Never disappointed w/ the cut. Saira will literally always have you looking photo ready. 🙏🏾💪🏾💯

Very unprofessional! The owner Saira never speaks or greet any other clients besides her own clients. Everyone that works in the salon all have dry personalities and aren’t welcoming at all. I’ve never been to a salon where no one speaks not even the owner! The shop has potential but the people that work there need better customer service skills and need to learn how to interact with clients or potential clients. They definitely just lost a few good clients due to their lack of professionalism

I LOVE SARAH SHE IS YHE BEST HAIR DRESSER EVER!!!! I am all natural and she’s been treating my hair for 3 yrs, she’s very professional and on time !!
