Totally unprofessional and disrespectful people. Not only did I not get the hair style I wanted but I was disrespected and talked about the whole appointment. I asked for knotless boho but was instead given box braids with a knot of my natural hair at the root of the braid which caused severe hair loss. I am only 18 and have had very thick hair my whole life, I’ve never experienced anything like this. On top of all this distress the owner of the business who was supposed to call me back and handle my issues BLOCKED ME. I will not be letting this matter go and I will be taking them to court. I didn’t spend almost $300 to get my hair ripped out. Don’t go here

Gave a 1 because it was lowest. NATIVE Black American women warning... the tethering od your hair by this business will make you bald. Hateful disgusting and tried to pull out my hair with every braid. They dont care about scalp care. I want them to go braid back home like that. Deport!!!!

I agree with prior 1 star reviews. This place is loud and chaotic. Lady quoted me 1 price on phone and since she didn't communicate to the other braider what size to braid and price. When braider was done she said the price I was quoted was wrong for my size and lady who told me price on phone said my price is wrong for size I said not what you told me when booked appointment. You should've communicated with the braider what size to do for the price you quoted me. On top of that 2 braiders on my head and still took a long time. They were busy talking to each other, talking on the phone and watching TV than working. And of course while they're talking they stop working sometimes. Hair is nice, not evenly cut but presentable. But will not go back because unprofessional and not customer friendly. Not very comfortable and peaceful place to be in. And 1 braider touched the bottom of another lady shoe and continued to braid my hair without washing her hands.

My go to.....I only wish that they advance their braiding designs ie stitch braids or designs. But if you want basic braids like box braids singalese twist kinky twist cornrows they good. Be specific. Nice staff!

The place was very dirty! Very poor customer service! My daughter said… mum they kept eating in between doing my hair without even washing their hands!!! We planned on getting both my daughters hair done their…. but was very disappointing

I will never go here again my appointment was at 1 pm for tree braids and the lady flat out lied and said the lady didn’t come in. The service is very bad and unprofessional. I ask for one thing you offing me something I don’t want Don’t go there they not that good Texas would put you to shame 👎👎👎👎👎

Had to return a week after install to have some braids done over. Because they had all slipped. Now I'm taking them out and I have terrible hair loss. Do not go here. This place changed my hair in the worst way.

I didn’t have a problem with this place they were great...they were the only one who could do my plaits really really small and really long down to my but...they were quick and had multiple people working on me (which i don’t mind at all because it makes it goes faster) they were nice and made sure i was comfortable...the only thing was i had to wait for the owner to come in to tell me what type of hair to buy (normally their hair is included but i wanted my braids so long i had to bring my own hair) other than that no issues at all...

I had a great experience. I almost let the negative reviews stop me but sometime you have to know the difference between someone being mean because they are super picky or not a good communicator. I’m glad I went they did both I and my sister hair. My hair is beautiful I would go again. They were very professional and made the experience a beautiful experience. Going back is a must for us.

When it comes to Dreads, this shop is excellent. I’ve gotten retwists from many places in TX & FL. However, I have not met someone who could twist as neat or style as well.

I do not recommend anyone to go here if you want your hair professionally braided. Mali I guess she was the owner was unprepared, unprofessional, not on time. She quoted another price to me over the phone for box braids, then when I get in her chair she talking about $200 dollars because I naturally had a lot of hair. The job ended up taking up two and a half hours because of what I asked for which wasn’t a lot. Not a very pleasant person to get your her done by. I seen some of the comments and noticed that it’s a pattern with this place. I’ve gone to people that braided my hair way better then Mali and was way cheat. Quality is not what your gonna get when you go to her because she does a half a** job.
