Amazing experience! I had an AM appointment after a long flight home from vacation and was honestly dreading sitting through a long appointment - but wow, it was worth it! I was sleepy and not very talkative so Mallory encouraged me to just sit back and relax and the time flew by. At the end, she took the time to style my new hair, even though I only planned to go home and rest, so that I could see the full results. I'm glad she did because it made styling my hair the rest of the week so easy! l This was my first time getting extensions and I love the results - lots of compliments on my hair since I got them.

Elizabeth installed my extensions and everything was wonderful. It was my first time there, and she and Mallory were very welcoming. She blended the colors perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Elizabeth, for taking the time to ensure everything was done to perfection, which it was!

Emily is wonderful! She makes you feel comfortable & listens to what it is you are looking for or trying to achieve. And she aims to make it happen. I am overly particular with my hair and she tolerates it. She is attentive, and passionate, and strives for the best in anything she does. And to top it all off she is a very kind person. The salon is centrally located. It's calm and clean. All the girls are so sweet and welcoming.

Mallory Lane Salon and Gallery is so adorable and reasonably priced for high quality work! I was so happy with Emily's work on my hair, taking it from very long hair to a carefully styled, layered bob that really frames my face and highlights my personality! I adore her and this business!!

Sarah did an amazing job today and I'll definitely be going back! I asked for suggestions about what I should do with my hair and she answered all of my questions. I told her to do whatever she thought would look good and she did just that! She took her time and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

AMAZING! 5 ⭐️'s Sara did my hair sooo right! I went in with grown out dark roots with old blonde that was brassy, After Sara did her magic I left Classy! Shout out to Mallory who consulted me through this process. This salon is a true boutique but with a real relatable vibe all while remaining very professional. I was torn on this review because I wanted to keep it as my own secret but I guess I can share just this one time😉

I had the best experience i've ever had at a salon thanks to Emily. I cannot express enough how talented she is. I came in due to a botched hair extension job--my previous stylist did not match my real hair with the color of my extensions. I didn't think it was possible to fix it, but Emily completely rocked my world. My hair has never looked so good, seriously. She achieved a color blonde that I've always wanted. Ive gone to many salons but my hair color always turned out the same. However, Emily helped me achieve my dream color. The level of detail and time she took really speaks volume about her talent. For anyone reading this who is considering trying out the salon, you will absolutely not be disappointed. I took a chance and it was the best outcome I could have imagined!

I’ve been going to Mallory for the past 5-6 years. She’s the only person I trust with my hair. My hair has been long, short, and every color in between and she always manages to seamlessly transform my hair and make me feel beautiful. I started getting extensions for something new within the last year. She talked me through the process, she’s so knowledgeable about the many different forms of extensions and what will work best for your hair and texture. I love my hair and it’s all due to her. Mallory is also the sweetest person, always willing to give advice and offer her professional opinion. I look forward to my appts so much and always love the result. Can’t recommended her and the salon enough.

Mallory has been doing my hair for the last 5 years and I couldn’t imagine having a different stylist. Not only does she make me feel and look like a million bucks every time I walk out the door, she also makes the time spent in her chair enjoyable! This is definitely one of the best salons in the short north! Have your hair touched by Mallorys magic hands and you won’t be disappointed!

Mallory has been doing my hair since I moved to Columbus over 5 years ago. I use to live downtown and within walking distance of the salon. Now I live over 30 minutes away. I have tried other salons, but Mallory is the best and I would drive even further to have my hair done by her or one of the girls on her team! Best extensions and color work I have ever had.

Comfortable and cozy, I get my extensions done here. I like the stylist and she is quick and efficient at applying and maintaining my tape in extensions.

Mallory is my hero. She helps me get out the door looking great every day because of my great cut! She knows hair; she knows how to cut & color it to look your best easily! The salon is cool and in a great location. Plus I love seeing the art she has displayed.

Mallory and Jessi are amazing! The shop is very inviting. Their schedules are accommodating, and convenient. There aren't enough stars for their expertise! They're both phenomenal at color, cut, and especially extensions. I never imagined having my hair so perfectly matched. You are definitely doing yourself a disfavor if you don't try the salon. Parking can be a booger, but it's worth a lap or two! IThey are more than worth it!!

My hair is my favorite accessory so I am constantly changing cuts and colors. Out of all the salons I've been to Mallory Lane is by far the best. I will never have my hair touched in any other salon again. Mallory herself = AMAZING! you get exactly what you want!
